how silly. Its easy to claim responsibility for something happening AFTER the fact (re: Japan). If you really want to be credible it would be much more effective to tell us that you were going to create a 8.8 BEFORE it happens. Wake up sheople! Who really believes this shit? Let’s see that 9.4

All points insist that Guam remain sacrosanct. The Prince has disappeared. Revisit Japan as often as wished but under no circumstances approach Guam.

Again we insist no serious action in the areas of possible Princess location. Guam to Hawaii should be sacrosanct.

Scare them but under no circumstances make possible endangerment to the Princess.

As long as Japan realizes they cannot use the possible location of the Princess as an excuse to act impudently.

A touch on Hilo or Kapalui should be sufficient. Under no circumstances take it too far inland in these areas.

Pearl Harbor is the point we need to visit with serious intentions. The sub is probably headed there.

The concern is Guam. We need to know what the Emperor’s intentions are there. He knows that their is no consensus on how to keep the Prince from entering the area.

We suggest a 5 to 7.2 in California or a series of rolling ones along the coastal states until we have a signal from the sub that the duc will be returned.
