Social Butterfly thanks for keeping us informed. The corporations pay off the Senate and House to give them huge tax credits. White american continues to elect bigots who promise them they will stay America's Affirmative Action Beneficiaries(AAAB) while taking huge brides to keep the corporations feeding off the American tax payer.

So we end up with Obama forcing the crooks to clean up their mess, then the crooks go to the republicans and the republicans stick the bill to the tax payer. The same tax payer who is electing the crooked republican because that republican promises to keep his white constituents AAAB, but, we, those that are the minority vote(OTW and white) also have to pay for the clean up.

So here we OTWs and the bottom 1/3 of the white race stand at the mercy of the 1/3 bigots and the 1/3 looking the other way as long as they get to keep their status as AAAB.

Add that to a bought and paid for supreme court FIVE (4 racists and their house nigger) and one can see that the USA suffers because it is in the grips of the white boy's "Just-Us" justice system.

That means justice applied to them is NOT the justice applied to OTWs. Hence a black President can force a white corporation to clean up something done to all Americans but a white Senate and House will apply "Just-Us" justice principles to that act and the result is All Americans bear the burden and the white corporation gets a tax break.

Then that same white Senate and House works the media and the sound bites to make it appear this was done by the executive branch run by the black President. And those whites who know that it is the Legislative Branch of the federal government that write the laws actively encourage those that don't know shit about how their government works to continue to believe in their stupidity that Obama gave those tax breaks to BP.

Ahhhhhhhh, it's a white country and we OTWs just live in it.

Infuriating report in the news today:

BP is getting a tax credit to the tune of $13 billion by calling Gulf clean-up efforts business expenses.

That's right, the government played tough and forced BP to pay to clean up its own mess. But then BP stuck Uncle Sam with the tab after all.

U.S. corporate law allows companies to take credits for up to 35 percent of their losses. As a result, U.S. taxpayers are indirectly subsidizing the cost of the cleanup and the $20 billion fund BP created to compensate Gulf residents and businesses for its whoopsie-daisy last April. Heads, you're screwed; tails, you're screwed, too!

While taxpayer interest groups and others are denouncing BP's move, there is apparently no legal recourse.

The company's shareholders have significantly more leverage: Ken Kies, a top tax lobbyist, told TPM that if BP did not take the full amount of write-offs for the losses, its shareholders could sue.

It is interesting that your news comes out while the flights from Hong Kong to Guam have picked up.

=======================
Fly Micronesia targets 3 planes by June 2011'
Fly Guam now has 3 weekly roundtrip flights to NMI
By Moneth Deposa

The Marianas Visitors Authority expects some additional flights to the CNMI within the year after Fly Micronesia informed the agency of its plan to bring in three new planes by June 2011.

MVA managing director Perry Tenorio also told Saipan Tribune that Fly Micronesia's first plane-Fly Guam-has increased its air service for its weekly Saipan-Guam-Hong Kong routes.

From the initial two roundtrip weekly schedule, the new airline is now servicing the Saipan route with three regular roundtrip services, excluding one-way trips on some days.

Tenorio said that, based on MVA's initial discussion with company officials, the second plane will also carry the name Fly Guam, while the third plane will be operating under the Fly Marianas banner.

The MVA chief disclosed that these three planes will be stationed and based in the Commonwealth.

“Our understanding was that by June 2011, they will have all three planes on the ground,” said Tenorio.

On March 7, the maiden flight of Fly Guam carried 117 Hong Kong passengers to the islands. The aircraft is a Boeing 737-400 plane with 130-seat capacity. The new airline is using Freedom Air's hangar at the Francisco C. Ada-Saipan International Airport.

Fly Guam joined Asiana Airlines and Delta Air Lines as official signatory airlines of the CNMI.

In the meantime, Tenorio said that MVA is still optimistic about the plans of Sichuan Airlines to service the CNMI.

“The airline is still very interested. It is still awaiting some federal approval and some requirements [to make it happen],” said Tenorio.

Sichuan Airlines Co. Ltd. has filed with the U.S. Department of Transportation an application to allow it to provide air services between the CNMI and China as early as February 2011.

The airline is based in Chengdu, the capital of the Sichuan Province. It has been in operation since 1988 and its fleet currently consists of 57 aircraft, with 29 additional aircraft on order for delivery through 2013.

It seems that Guam is becoming more popular than ever as a tourist spot for mainland China and Hong Kong. Could they be shopping for real estate?
