PrP,
The art on your site is haunting, and I'm wondering what is the sound that goes with it? & how is it that you have heard it? I'd comment there but my personal info is already compromised, still, I think...though until I know I see no reason to test it out. Hope you understand. - ZL

Looks like we have the potential for yet another invasion of critters.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Home Depot employee Rick Pereda displays a Noble Fir tree being sold at the Home Depot parking lot in Tamuning last year.

This year's trees may be delayed as local officials try to determine whether the shipment also brings invasive bugs.

Christmas trees are back and so are the critters.

Yesterday, quarantine officers discovered three shipping containers sent to Home Depot contained trees infested with various insects, according to a Guam Customs and Quarantine press release.

"As a precaution, the three containers were resealed and samples of the insects found were sent to the University of Guam for further investigation," the press release states.

UOG entomologists weren't available for comment yesterday afternoon.

Stowaways
This is at least the fifth time since 2006 that a shipment of Christmas trees sent to Guam has been discovered to contain stowaways, which could potentially become invasive species.

In 2008, a garter snake was found hiding in a Cost-U-Less Christmas tree, far from its home on the West Coast. The snake was harmless, scientists said, but it showed that Christmas trees presented a vehicle for other invasive threats.

In 2009, a non-native tree frog was found in another Cost-U-Less tree. Once again, the frog itself wasn't particularly concerning, but it could have become a food source for the brown tree snake if it became established on Guam, scientists said.

According to Pacific Daily News files, inspectors also found a frog and a salamander in separate shipments of trees in 2005.

I am enclosing info below for everybody to please follow. This is one of the best ways to keep Guam safe from the shit the mainland is carelessly sending our way.

EPORT INVADERS
•If you spot an invasive species or an organism you think might be invasive, call the Guam Plant Inspection Station at 475-1426/27 or the Department of Agriculture at 735-3955.

The irony here is that Mormon is being used as a negative.

The fact is Mormons as a culture and people (ethnicity really) are among the most stalwart and principled folks in the world. Mormons are beacons of good clean living and are upstanding members of any community they are in. Utah has the highest volunteer rate in the nation. The second pace state trails by double digits. Utah has the lowest incident of DUI fatalities, again by double digits.

If you go down the list, it turns out that the teachings and philosophies of the LDS Church are actually really effective at molding some of the finest citizens in the world. Mormonism should always be a major plus for a candidate, something to look for.
