I thought the media failed woefully in the first dabate. Instead of calling out Romney for all his l1es, instead they blamed Obama for his poor performance. I agree with this writer.

If Obama loses this election, I will change my party affiliation to independent. I am very discouraged, I feel like this President has not been given the credit he deserves and I think it is because he is black. I am a physician, and I am black.

I had to work two or three times as hard as my white classmates just to get same recognition. I teach my children to work as hard as they can because that is the only way they will be recognized because they are black.

Actually, no one has proved that Romney lied. Not in the least. What is going to cost Obama this election (in addition to his failed first term) is that he and his minion are so wedded to their straw man talking points they can't see how they are not playing. These tactics fall apart when the other person is standing there.

Friend,

With less than two weeks to go, we're feeling the momentum.

The debates have supercharged our campaign and the Republican team. We're seeing more and more enthusiasm -- and more and more support.

This has become more than just a campaign. It's become a national movement. Americans recognize we can do better as a nation than we've done over these last four years.

Paul and I and the Republican team have a plan to produce a real recovery for America. We're going to take back this country with good jobs, rising take-home pay, a strong military, and better opportunities for all Americans.

This is a time to call on America's greatness. We need your help -- because it matters. It matters for your kids and their kids. It matters for 23 million Americans struggling for work. And it matters for the future of our nation to have a strong economy.

Contribute today to help us keep up the momentum.

Thanks to you, the movement is gaining steam -- and your continued support will propel us to victory.

Thanks,

Mitt Romney

Chew Your Veggies!

Q. My wife says that I may not get the most nutrition from my vegetables because I don’t chew them for long. Is this true?

A. Perhaps. It’s always best to chew your vegetables and other foods thoroughly to grind them into a soft form for optimal digestion.

This is especially important for anyone who has gastroparesis (a condition that reduces the ability of the stomach to grind food and empty its contents) or any other gastrointestinal movement disorder. You need to break down the tough cell walls in vegetables so your body can absorb the flavonoids, polyphenols and other nutrients in the cells.

Studies show that up to 70% of the nutrients in raw vegetables are not absorbed by the body.

If you have gastroparesis or just want to boost your nutrient intake, lightly steam or briefly microwave vegetables. Mixing them in a blender or juicer will also help the body absorb more of their nutrients.

Try to eat a variety of brightly colored vegetables, including red, orange and dark green.

I have to agree with you June. White women were directly responsible for the election of the House of Representatives that voted 55 times on anti-woman measures in the 112th Congress.

If left to white women to save this country from misogynistic tiny pricked white boy, America would see the disenfranchisement of every woman in the country.

We as OTW women must organize and do something about what has happened so far. I mean twenty-two states passed 61 new measures restricting women’s reproductive health in the first nine months of 2012.

How much must we take from these sick white boys?
