The Four Freedoms were goals articulated by…Franklin D. Roosevelt. In an address known as the Four Freedoms speech, he proposed four fundamental freedoms that people “everywhere in the world” ought to enjoy:

Freedom of speech and expression; Freedom of worship; Freedom from want; and, Freedom from fear. -wikipedia- Guns are depriving us of the right of freedom from fear.

When we have reached the point that a man can walk into a Krogers with a rifle slung on his shoulder while people flee in terror; when we have reached the point that men are walking into our theaters, our schools, our shopping centers and gunning downs hundreds; when we have reached the point that a man can walk up to a U.S. Congresswoman and shoot her in the head while gunning down her constituents.

When this, and more, repeats itself over and over again, guns are now depriving the citizens of our country of their right to freedom from fear.

I’ve wondered aloud about the psychiatric makeup of people who own semi-automatic weapons. One can only deduce, by their actions and behavior that they enjoy bullying, they enjoy intimidating, they enjoy spreading fear. When the CDC goes to do their studies by executive order of the President, it should begin with an analysis of the owners of the assault weapons. How can you treat or cure the problem without knowing first all about the illness? It is a plague crisscrossing out Nation.
