I will add one thing…and you mentioned it, if the post you’re reading doesn’t appeal to you, stop reading it.

I often skim rather than read first – if I catch pyschic energy has an extreme charge (it’s like reading in all caps, a bit of overkill energetically) though that’s not to say that their points get overlooked, I do go back once i realize the need to desensitize myself personally form the content. AD & RobertRt often come out with serious charge on their topics, and rightfully so, I used get the feeling they were blowing MY hair back but since I fit none of the profile either describe, white boy or dumb as a box of rocks white woman, why should I get upset, no reason.

Others like Al can take the offense and I still get it why, I’m just explaining the underpinnings of that sensitivity rather than calling it whining or any other derogatory label. I’m the understanding and non-labeling type, what can I tell ya? & believe me, sometimes that’s tough, I’ve spent the better part of my adult life studying human psych and behavior, individual and mass psych as well, we all fall into some categories, categorically speaking : ) but our uniqueness comes from the many variables in background, beliefs, ability to adapt to change, etc, etc, etc…

Misch, re: this post, great info. I have a friend who is a pilot for years, he told me all this and I’m so glad. I also told him I hated landings (used to totally white knuckle those moments) and he assured me that it is take off I should concern myself with, landing is a cakewalk (under normal conditions, meet up with some weather or other interference and all bets are off).

When a man gets in a woman’s face calling her a bitch or other derogatory terms he brings with that because of his size and physical power over her a threat of physical violence. So his use of negative terms are far more threatening.

Why men pretend to not understand that difference is inexplicable, unless like Al they are counting on the inanity of the Brees to take the bait.
