Howie, we just had another power outage. My friend said that the military was practicing doing it to have excuses in hand in the event they needed to do it for aliens again.

Is this true?

I tried to find one of those bullet points that would outweigh the rest but they all are of equal bad value...

MM Babes, its summertime so buy fresh produce, fruits and veggies, and blanch or steam it only, add some olive oil & lemon and eat at least 7 servings of that everyday, get out for a daily walk, make it at least 20 minutes and as fast as you can go while holding that $1000 bill in your cheeks : ) - get some vitey D daily, no more than 15/20 minutes per side, then put that umbrella up or cover up...don't use sunscreen unless you must, then use a zinc oxide based product with less ingredients (have you read the long ingredient list in that sunscreen crap? What an industry. ugh...). Include all the other stretches and exercises you've learned so far, you can do the abdominal exercises everyday, the arms every other day and I'll think of some leg moves you can do without belonging to a gym, takes some thought since I do go to one...takes creativity to replicate moves without equipment or machine type weights, but I'll get thinking...
