I can't stop laughing, he's good!

Weiner can't stop posting pics of his weiner, seriously?! Carlos Danger? What a maroon, he's not even worth commenting on really...

MM BABES, do a 'super set' of bicep curls, there's several variations, I'll keep it simple today and we will keep changing it up (and we will talk about how brilliant your body is recognizing patterns of exercise and adapting leaving the same exercise done the same way ineefective over time). Take your 5 lb weights and hold them elbows in at your sides (posture is knees slightly bent, spine straight with natural curve at low back though not hyper extended, roll shoulders up and back) now rather thahn lift straight up, I want you to lift slightly out to either side, about 3 inches more to left and right sides, working a different part of muscle (you can super set in original straiught up position as well if you've got the stamina) - ok, now lift your 5 lbs, up for a count of 3 hold for 2 count and down for 2 count, repeat as many times as you can until they feel like double their wieght, usually about 15-18 for me but could be more or less I try not to count, just wait for the tired feeling bc they go easy at first with low weight. Then rest 30 secs only, pick up your 7.5 lb weights, do same thing, lift till tired. Rest 30 secs. Do same with 10 lb weights. rest 2 full minutes, drink water. Take you 5 lbs weights, go to exhaustion and keeping form, pick up the 7.5 weights, do 8 reps, pick up 10 lbs and do 6 reps...then go back to your 5 lb weights and do as many as you can - and you're done!
(again these numbers can be modified to fit your fitness level, and if you do this many reps with ease, come see me bc I want to feel up your guns ; )

Okay, I'll try to stop back and get some 'food and thought' fitness in here though I am jamming at full tilt in all my biz adventures and managing many personalities is challenging and fun (in a live and learn kind of way), luv all of it...
