This saying was taught to me when I was young and needed it. Most if not all MM Blog Readers have read this comment:

It is true. Give someone a tiny bit of power over something like a Department in a Department Store and they will take their tiny Power to the Maximum — acting like Dictators of their little Department. If someone is raised to a Mangerial Position from a simple job and they now have some Power to Abuse . . . Believe me the will use it one their inferior workers.

It seems to be the way of our world.

Give a Cop a gun and the permission to use it — they probably will.

The idea that we have to video tape how people behave to get the to behave better is a problem in and of itself, there’s little in the way of proper protocol and just plain common sense being trained into our police, so we are forced to tape their every move bc their responses 90% of the time are punishing people for crimes they didn’t even commit or a gross over-reaction to the crime they did commit, up to and including murdering them in cold blood, that’s ice cold behavior. (and insane) and it is done with impunity. It is in the playbook though….’cover thine ass and the asses of thine fellow officers – unless their female and then they’re on their own also’ yea, I think that’s in page 1 intro of da book…fek…
