In Nate Silver’s “tipping point” state for Senate control, North Carolina, the Kochs have now aired a record-high FIVE THOUSAND attack ads. The Kochs have spent almost $9 million to defeat Democrat Kay Hagan — more than all Democratic groups have spent in every Senate battleground combined — and it has erased Hagan’s 15 point lead.

These attacks are likely to continue up until the election — that’s why our new offensive to counter the Kochs is kicking off TOMORROW NIGHT. We don’t need to match the Kochs dollar-for-dollar; instead, we’ll topple their attack machine with a $60 million, 4000-staff voter turnout campaign that’s smarter, better, and more cost-effective.
