I am watching President Obama talk about what the US will do for those nations that like us and those that don’t.

He is way different than most of those before him. He refuses to commit America’s military ground troops to the defense of those who have the means to defend deploy their own troops to defend themselves.

Zen Lill#13, I think it is because the state doesn’t have a mandatory requirement for the DAs to prosecute without the testimony of the female.

If a woman has to testify, then it is more likely she won’t for several reasons. Hence the men continue their behavior knowing the victim won’t press charges.
