This article has been an eye opener for me. I thought was up on my sugar intake, but I see the food industry is far and away ahead of me. They are sneaking sugar by way of fructose in just about everything I consume and thought was safe.

It’s criminal what the bought and paid for Congress allows these corporations to do to us.
