Doug; As per your comment above, don't you think the "business world" will always choose corporate prosperity over peace and sustainability? That whatever new communication tools big business can get it's hands on will be used to promote the corporate agenda?

Admittedly, I know little about Facebook and or Twitter, as I do not use either of these. With the potential you predict for "great change", perhaps I will have to check out these rather new communication tools further (Twitter & FB).

So far I have viewed FB and Twitter to be invasive on one’s privacy, is this assumption incorrect? Hmmmmmmmmmm?
I wonder? No foolin’? Really?

It is good to be optimistic.

I am impressed with a few people I know from FB, and their courageous work using Facebook, and Twitter to get some of their information out. Great changes for the world are here and in their infancy to which the impact will be seen 10 years from now...but, make note, that it is a turn for the people of the world. We will see just how the corporations handle the usage and growth of these communication tools for peace or for corporate prosperity. Based on the past few years, and current conditions we will see...but I try to remain optimistic
