I finally know all that is going to take place with my surgery. I am having it on April 14th. I will be Hospitalized for 4 or 5 days if all goes well. If not, I will be there longer. Between now and then I have much to do to prepare for this in a short amount of time.

Thanks for your concern ZL. I will always think of you as a friend, however there might be another void coming. Sorry. Thanks for all you have tried with your 8-12 year-olds.

It’s crazy out there. I am bummed this morning, just got finished watching a newstory about a 15 year old girl who was bullied into killing herself, wtf is wrong with our culture, when did people start getting so over-the-top mean-spirited? It seeems we’re lacking soul (for lack of a better word) look at how acceotable is is to act mean in general, I’m talking about mainstream tv shows, the sarcasm, the harsh opinionated words exchanged, it’s all – what – hip and cool – to just harrass someone now, bc you don’t like their clothes, nose, ears, friends? I don’t know…it just makes me sad that people are missing an essential part of their humanity, that thing that cannot be defined even using the word ‘soul’ it’s apparently even more ethereal than that, but it has gone away…

It’s kind of quiet out in Blogsville except all the Guam info and sudden attention to the area…interesting that Peter and Anna started posting here and now this Marianna Trench thing came up, I used to wonder, why Guam…yes, it’s US territory but why else? Well, now things are getting very interesting there aren’t they? Howie, any insightful words on what’s about to happen there?
