Lois you asked me why I wanted you to read this. You're fat honey and you suffer from this. I just thought that you would want to know another reason why.
=========================
Obesity boosts risk of figromyalgia

We all know how extra weight can lead to a world of disease. And now, a new study shows how it can put you in a world of pain, too.

The latest research finds that overweight and obese women have a much higher risk of the debilitating pain condition, fibromyalgia.

Those forced to cope with this awful syndrome, which tends to affect women, say it's like the volume's been turned up on their pain, everywhere. Believe me, this is something you want to avoid--and if dropping a few pounds can do the trick, do it.

In the new study, researchers found that overweight and obese women had a 60-70 percent increased risk of developing fibromyalgia. And women who exercised four or more times each week were 29 percent less likely to come down with the condition than sedentary women.

Overall, the researchers found that overweight and obese women who were either completely inactive or exercised for less than an hour a week had a two-fold increase in fibromyalgia risk, according to the study in Arthritis Care and Research.

The researchers behind this new study said exercise in normal-weight women didn't seem to prevent fibromyalgia-- but that doesn't mean you should get cozy on the sofa, especially if you're already suffering from this condition.

In fact, one recent study found that 30 minutes of light activity a day, even simple movements such as walking or gardening, can send the pain packing.

That's a lot better than anything most doctors will give you. In fact, many of them wouldn't even say the word "fibromyalgia" out loud until recently, and not just because it's a lot of syllables.

Many mainstream doctors claimed it was all in their patients' heads.

Now, most doctors are only too happy to hand you a fibromyalgia diagnosis--and not because they suddenly became better doctors. It's because now, they have drugs they can give you.

Don't be fooled.

In addition to side effects such as anxiety, depression, swelling, stomach problems and even more pain, these meds are barely effective. One review of the research found that, as a group, they're only about 35 percent effective.

I think most people would call that "ineffective."

The real answer--and the reason so many people have trouble finding it--is in the fact that fibromyalgia can be caused by any one of a number of conditions. In some cases, it may be caused by nutritional or hormonal deficiencies. Many women have had success with the hormone relaxin.

And still others have found common--but often undiagnosed –-food allergies are behind the pain.

Most ordinary doctors don't have the time or skills to correctly diagnose and treat fibromyalgia. If you want to win the battle against pain, visit an experienced holistic doctor who can not only get to the cause of your condition, but find a safe way to treat it.

And in the meantime, consider reading The Fibromyalgia Relief Handbook. If you're worn down by the day-to-day struggle with burning muscles, migraine headaches, and bone-deep exhaustion, this book could be your lifesaver. Click here to find out more.
========================
Sure I love you because I'm into fat babes, And we both know that you are fat. But that doesn't mean I want you to suffer from fat related illnesses.

When I'm spreading those fat legs, I don't want you in pain. So take heed, baby.

Don't kill the messenger or deprive him of that fat loving.

He is the quintessential politician. He skirts so delicately around the answer of a yes or no question. The funny thing is that within the whole context of his diatribe in numerous occasions, together, create his opinion. Although, he feels he skirted around and cannot be tagged for answering directly such a highly detrimental and debatable topic, he is mistaken. In our world of montage news, his clips of this and other interviews will become the palate that will paint his campaign coffin black. Excepting on FOX noise to which he will be edited to be a saint and freedom loving American. To which, in his mind, life and circle, he probably is, the question is whether he is trying to turn the Civil Rights Act around just as those who continue to attempt to overturn Roe V Wade. That is the danger. His freedom of speech allows him to say these things, but his political power, if elected, will then allow him top CHANGE these laws...

He may actually, in his own mind, fully believe and act as a non racial person in our society. I do not know him, and cannot attest otherwise to his character. However, he skates on very thin ice with his attempt to claim the right of free speech to those who wish to hate others. They can say whatever they wish, or print whatever they wish about others, although, to deny right of way or right of participation in our society is another story. This is not a speech issue then, but a cause of detrimental circumstances and right to act of one party over another. Not speech.

The right to bear arms, has nothing to do with the freedom or safety issues our society has taken on to keep guns in the home of the gun owner as it is the gun owners right to protect their family and property. Therefore, just as his argument holds no water for the right to bear arms vs the right to carry guns in public, so does his argument of freedom of speech vs the right to refuse service or membership of another based on race, sex or other...

I certainly can see his political following being in Kentucky, where the Clan and Confederate Flag continue to order and fly in many places with pride. That is a perfect example of the freedom of speech and the right to assembly.
