When will the representatives that white america elect to our Houses of Congress be selected on their intelligence not their bigotry? Here is another dumb as dirt elective representative who doesn't know that Guam is part of the United States of America. All our citizens are American citizens like the ones in your state of TExas you dumb ass.

Guam - First it was Congressman Hank Johnson who was concerned about the military buildup and it potentially forcing the island to tip over, and now Texas Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson during a markup hearing in the nation's capitol that was calling Guam a foreign base.

The Texas senator is vowing to strip and cut funding in the 2011 defense budget that would go to military construction for Guam, Korea and Europe.

Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson, if you weren't a bigot, you couldn't get elected dog-catcher. Your ignorance is matched only by the level of your supporters on level of bigotry. You deserve each other. But the country deserves better.
