I heard that you say that you think you have a spaceship 1000 times the size of the Earth. You must have a fairly large garage, and an even larger imagination.

Fun stuff, even silly. Until somebody gets duped of their wealth.

oh btw, Misch, that media photo I sent via text last Th was of some starlet from daytime TV, not me, though I took a second look once i stopped laughing at what you said : ) and from the back she does look like me, she's sitting so you can't see height. I did have one human speed date with a woman who said she heard about the event on FOX and said she knew she'd get me for the manicure, I asked how and she said they scanned on you setting up (I wasn't aware of being filmed at all) and I asked God : )
OK then, visualization works...bottomline: she did not ask for a date nor did I, we did have a beautiful conversation about saving lives though. - ZL

Ah Mischa,
I know that about you and AK, I was just having fun bc it would be hard to ignore the bod now wouldn't it?! I did also mean that he had a certain quality that I find admirable, mostly in younger men, probably raised by a single female parent : ) and he embodies that and with his fame he can take on causes near and dear and make them popular to stand up for, he may be our go to guy for getting some female respect going on...and whoever it was that made that comment about George, Sonny and Mischa getting a bible, all I can say is, you better grab your bible babe bc you are obviously feeling threatened, as well you should be - stand back and watch, brother, and get ready to embrace change.

I know it does sometimes appear that I am the golden key to getting in here, but I don't delude myself and nor should you. Firstly, that would mean that I'd have to comment everyday and Mischa laong with everyone else would have to await me, ha, that's not going to happen...I love commenting here but I am a busy woman and would not want that additional mandatory thing to do, secondly, I think the TAO just likes to have fun filtering and since I have been here since almost day one, they sometimes allow me the honor of appearing to do the 'open says a me...!' thang.

Minnie, reading your comment pleased me to no end : ) I am so happy you embraced an eating and exercise (I must get back to the other life stuff as well, next week, I promise...) program, the ZL program bc once you choose health and fitness all the other stuff that used to tempt you regularly goes away or gets minimized, I still indulge in chocolate, alcohol etc...but it is nominal and I don't miss it or seek it, in fact, it just shows up sometimes and I partake : ) so really I appreciate the thank you, but I would like to thank you for valuing yourself enough to choose a lifestyle that sustains what you always wanted - and that was to be 23 lbs slimmer and feel the fitness and strength that goes with that. For anyone on the fence about taking on the ZL progfram I would urge you to try it, the way you feel is addicting in a good way.

Minnie, I usually try chanting 'time expands to fit my needs' and thinking positive about how I'm going to go about my day, I try not to talk about it, just stay in the momenty bc the more focus you give each activity, not only is it more gratifying but you enter what I call 'a state of flow' and time takes on no meaning...until I receive a text from my kid that says, 'mommy where R u?' hahaha...I do fit in a lot and only the things I value now, I have learned to say no to the things that will bog me down or not fulfill me or someone close to me, I have also seriously minimized my giving of time to acquantences, if you haven't reached friend status by now, then you won't and I don't agree to meet for coffee, natter on at the gym, etc...(my 80 yr old coach also oversees that for me, he comes by and says 'get to work' and I do and nod my head at him). I do a lot of hang time iwth other peoples kids since my kid is solo and kids dig coming over here so while I rarely 'call in favors' when I do make a call for a pick up/drop off/weekend sleepover (rare they are usually held here!) everyone responds positively.

The latest thing I've done bc of reading and connecting with whotehottruth statements is not try to balance, but use proportion and only follow and research and involve myself in things that I find some passion for, otherwise, why bother? I love Danielle's site and have been reading regularly, she's all that, and she's edgy and I love that quality in peeps I seek advice/truisms from.

Misch, you made a commment via email re: the back of my legs (I also sent a pic of me straddling a motorcycle last week, tee hee) and yes, the workouts are working, and so I'm commenting here ofr this reason - bc - women of MM blog, I always say jokingly, your sexual peak is not reached until you have a titch of cellulite but if you want to minimize that, too, I've experimented and here it is: eliminate 90% of your dairy products, particularly cheese (swiss, goat and feta in small amounts is ok) and you will see a dramatic difference...we'll chat about sexual peaks next week, have to go set up and see my kid win awards for god conduct and academics : ) I'm proud of her without certificates/trophies but she thinks its awesome and I'm happy for her.

Caio and an 'open says a me' sent with much Zen Lill love...!
