Lara, I'm sorry I didn't catch your comments originally, why wait a year to ask about it...? I don't cater or cajole nor do I act strong all the time, I may suffer from trying to be diplomatic but lately I'm pretty tired of that role also. I love and respect some men which is why I give some benefit of the doubt to all till they prove me wrong (doesn't take that long to spot that) and I love and respect some women though there are many who don't stand by other women. I dug Al and Howie and treated them like my personal Woody Allen's : ) bc they were quirky enough to deserve my blog affection. I personally feel that putting men in the wrong when we haven't just snagged the 56% power is just ineffective and won't get us what we want. Why rail them let's just snag what's ours and be done with all the males that can't see the light. Some men are good and can stay but if we even are expecting them to fight our fight I think that's a moot point. Let's just empower women bc when we do we empower the world. Mischa is the cmsnder and conduit to the Tao for the purposes of being a girlZ I have no say in the matter, just busy being me Zen Lill, a girlZ.
I'm sorry all 4 of your bffs passed away, I cannot imagine such a thing.
Good luck to you, Zen Lill

Hafa adai

No, I was not aware of that fact but I was of this one and it also occurred in the month of July.

July 20, 1944 -- 66 years ago -- American carrier planes pummeled Guam with 627 tons of bombs and 147 rocket shells.

So, yes, one American was saved. But many Guamanians lost their lives during that bombardment.

Coffee, tea and heart health

Love your morning cup? It's loving you right back, because a new study finds that people who drink the most coffee and tea enjoy some terrific heart benefits.

In fact, coffee and tea drinkers are much less likely to suffer from heart disease than those who don't drink either.

The 13-year study of more than 37,000 people in the Netherlands was the largest of its kind, and it found that tea offered the biggest heart boost: Those who drank between three and six cups per day enjoyed a 45 percent lower risk of death from heart disease than those who drank less than one cup a day.

Those who drank more than six cups a day had a 36 percent lower risk of heart disease.

And if you prefer java, the study in the Journal of the American Heart Association has some good news for you, too: Drinking between two and four cups of coffee a day can lower your risk of heart disease by up to 20 percent.

Forget love at first sight--this one is love at fourth cup.

Even better, drinking coffee and tea was all gain and no pain. The researchers say those who drank these delicious beverages had no increased risk of other diseases or premature death--just terrific heart benefits.

There's a lot of good news in this study--but one thing that's missing from it is the element of surprise, because coffee and tea have been linked to heart health before. Coffee and tea also share something else, and not just a big, warm mug: They can lower your risk of diabetes.

Coffee may also lower your risk of prostate cancer, Parkinson's disease, liver disorders, skin cancer and gallstones. One study even found that coffee drinkers have fewer cavities.

But if you'd rather sip tea than coffee, don't worry-- you'll get your share of benefits, too. Polyphenol-rich green tea has been linked to everything from cardiovascular health and cancer prevention to longer lives.

Now that's something worth filling your mug for.
---------------------------
Of course this could be a plant by the coffee industry

My mother already knows, but for those of you who don't (all London probably knows, there were enough "fans" there for sure)

Michelle a lot of people read your blog here. Of course Harris is too obvious. He is huge and very handsome. All he ready had to do was mention that he was the six footer with thick red hair and I don't mean slightly red.

As I was saying we had a very good time. Harris invited me to his company's presentation and I extended an invite to my girl's pot luck tomorrow so it is interesting.

And no, he hasn't tried to kiss me yet. But we are about to check out this really hot night club. So I've got to shut down my blackberry and sweeten these lips.
