Our Democracy Will Not Survive With Trump At The Helm

Good morning!
“You are so fucking stupid.”
I find myself saying this a lot. At least a few times daily as I watch the news. This has been happening for months now. But especially now after the latest polls showing Trump gaining ground from the recent unprecedented slandering announcement toward Clinton from Comey’s letter to the republicans, defying the DOJ’s rules, and traditional practices. In my opinion he should be fired. But unless I’m not up on the current, so far the white man has gotten a pass.
I am sickened by the entire ordeal. And sickened by those who side with Trump, and the undecideds who can’t make up their fucking minds when it comes to this election and choosing Clinton over Trump. Really? There is only one choice and it ain’t Trump.
What is it with some women that will vote for a white man, a stupid puppet-of-a-president (George Bush comes to mind) but hems and haws over voting for Hillary who is strong, smart, tenacious as hell, and has a resume better than any man? (Even President Obama says no one has been more qualified to be president including himself.)
Look, I have fallen into the pattern of trying to be perfect for much of my life. I expect a lot from myself. I expect a lot from others too. But why is it that white men get passes and excuses when it comes to a white man running for president, or any other political office? This is a man who is a misogynist, serial LSOS bullying, hypocrite, demagogue by his own words and actions.
But a white woman? Oh no, I don’t trust her – what about those emails (again), Benghazi, all those millions she made speaking? And then those that say, “Why can’t she smile more, be more approachable? I don’t like her.” Fuck that. As Oprah said, “She’s not coming over to your house! You don’t have to like her.”
Let’s get serious here ladies. Are you really thinking of voting for a man:
- who objectifies women? Because if he is OK with Howard Stern calling his daughter a piece of ass – just what do you think he thinks of any woman?
- who is a misogynist? Trump has consistently insulted, belittled, sexualized and stereotyped women. Trump says that his celebrity status gives him the right to sexually assault women. He will be the same man in the white house.
- who says he’s for equal pay for men and women but his campaign says otherwise? Trump has paid men on his campaign staff one-third more than women. If he’s this way with his workers, what does that mean for the rest of the country?
- who has plans to reverse Roe v Wade? Think of the impact this will have on you, your daughters and granddaughters. Trump thinks women deserve to be punished for having an abortion. And, if you can’t get an abortion, don’t breastfeed that baby because Trump finds it disgusting.
- who has plans to repeal Obamacare? The very thing that is saving millions of people’s lives.
You know I can keep going.
Basically Trump is going to trash the last 8 years of everything we’ve accomplished with Obama. Do you understand the magnitude of what is at stake? This is no joke. This is not a dress rehearsal – this is our lives. This is our time to have a strong voice and be heard…a time to make sure that the issues that are meaningful to us, our sisters, daughters and mothers, are at the forefront of a POTUS who cares. Hillary cares.
Fuck it if you don’t like her. See past your small vision and know that she is going to take women with her to the top. Women will rise with Hillary. This is a historic moment. This is our time. Something women have been fighting for for centuries, and some women are willing to toss it all away by marking his name on the ballot? That is insane.

Readers: An ignorant people can never remain a free people. Democracy cannot survive too much ignorance. Some one person will come forward and say, “Give me total power and I will solve this problem.”
Sound familiar? Our democracy will not survive with Trump at the helm. History will repeat itself if Trump wins. Donald is no savior. He will bring this country down just like the Roman Republic.
This is a clarion call ladies. We alone have the power. The only choice is Hillary. #ImWithHer. Are you with me?

Frankly, Michelle, I was one of the undecided. But you have convinced me that there is really only one choice. If as a man want to look my two daughters and my three sons in the eye with a modicum self-respect, I have to vote for Hilary Clinton.

Michelle, I cut out your op ed and emailed it to my friends who have been telling me they are leaning to trump even though they were Bernie supporters.
So far 9 of the 31 have answered me with “love that bitch,” and okay I’ll vote for Hilary. I now await the reply of the other 22.

Michelle, white women are of a different cloth. a person who is averse to change and holds to traditional values and attitudes, typically in relation to politics.
So stuck in the past is what being a conservative is about 100%… I hate to say it here, but WTF are women thinking?
White women are both stuck in the past and stuck with a past that had nothing to offer them as people with any shot of equality with men.

Yes F that ‘I don’t like her’ and ‘she’s not approachable’ she’s running for president not trying to be your therapist. And running it like a pageant won’t get you the competent candidate either.
Trump was/is not a viable candidate to run the US. Period.
In fact, that trump name is losing him business bc he’s touted who he truly is openly and ivanka cannot tout her rap about being for women either if she’s still part of his campaign.
