Good Sunday morning…oops afternoon!

I have to say that at this very moment I couldn’t be more happier. To be sitting in the beautiful sunshine out on my deck with the rays on my back, feeling the warmth, latte in my hand…well, let’s just say, it is blissful.

Today, I am just going to respond and catch up on a few comments that I passed over, as well as some recent comments.

DH: You know I would so like to hear more of that conversation between Cheney and Rumsfeld. But what was your part? You obviously back their sentiments, yes?  Considering all of the chat about dumb white women, more of that conversation would be good for the girls out there reading, especially the repub girls. Because obviously they are listening to dumb men such as yourself – Why? I don’t know; I guess it is simply because they’re dumb too.

Your second comment, is just so not true. You need to insert the word “republican” in place of democrat”, and then we’re talking the truth. I have one question, “Is it because of the insecurity you have over the size of your dick (see DS’s comment), or because you are a racist or a bigot that you don’t want Obama to be reelected? Or are you just dumb enough to think that you have some sort of chance at being a member of the 1% club, or do you just hate women? ( See Ellen’s comment) Which one is it because those are the only reasons one would vote for Romney/Ryan.

Jamie: Stay tuned. More to come for sure.

Joan: I loved the tête-à-tête as well. Thanks for posting.

Mike, TM: That story is unbelieveble. For a repub to admit he did it to steal votes, and for the judge to know the truth but allow the bill to stand is simply “just us” justice.

In answer to your question, I refer you to my question to DH above. It’s got to be one of those answers.

MoveOn: If only it was as simple as that. But hey, I will always be HOPEful.

Ila: I know there isn’t much time left. The peoples shouldn’t have to buy it back in the first place, but I am HOPEing that many people, and my readers supported this cause and the right to your/their land. I send you much good luck.

Maka: It was my pleasure to do so. I wish that there was no reason to do so.

Claire: I think ZL already responded to your comment. All I can add is there are other blogs that might suit your reading pleasure. I suggest you go there for “cohesiveness’. This blog is all about being open and jumping into whatever conversation you want to join. Try it – you may like it. Or do what I suggested earlier.

General Info: I like the post. This certainly gives me some insight that is helpful to my business. Thank you.

Anna Of Guam: Sweet story. Thanks for sharing. Do you know these two personally? Hafa adai.

Lance: Nice addition to Mike, TM‘s  comment.

Howie: It’s been nice seeing you so active on the blog lately with so much to add to the conversations. I HOPE that with the information you posted Smiv will be able to help Adam et al.

And all I can say is I have always been intrigued over the many stories of the pyramids, their existence, and how they came about. To read the latest about the recent tale of RPOTR/IOTA  is certainly fascinating and exciting to say the least. Can you tell us if CARR has a relationship with, or perhaps his connection to RPOTR if any?  Does RPOTR ever leave the planet/solar system?

I am assuming He is a “He” although the reference of IOTA stands for “I” or “It”. I guess “It” can be whatever “It” wants to be. I know…I know…I am full of questions like everyone else but I don’t want to bombard you with more. I just want to hear more like everyone else. I HOPE you’ll share what you know.

Zahia: I enjoyed reading your post as well. This tale has obviously shed new light upon your findings. What you said about the priests and their inexplainable “lies” encrypted to each other that made no sense, now does make sense. I can only imagine how excited you must be.

I think that is a good place to end…so I will.

Wha’at’s up with you?! Blog me.

Lastly, greed over a great story is surfacing from my “loyal”(?) readers. With all this back and forth about who owns what, that appears on my blog, let me reiterate that all material posted on my blog becomes the sole property of my blog. If you want to reserve any proprietary rights don’t post it to my blog. I will prominently display this caveat on my blog from now on to remind those who may have forgotten this notice.

Gratefully your blog host,

Can You Be Fit and Fat?

Good news if you’re overweight—you still can be fit, as long as you’re physically active.

    THE RESEARCH
Researchers at Dallas’s Cooper Institute recruited 22,000 men in a study designed to look at the relationship between body fat and fitness. First, they measured the participants’ body compositions and gave them treadmill tests.

Then they tracked the men for eight years. Result: Men who were overweight but fit were two times less likely to have died than those who were lean but unfit. Those who were lean and exercised were healthier than fat people who exercised, but the difference was small.

Being fit does not require high-level athletic training—it simply means that you should aim for a cumulative 30 minutes of moderate-intensity daily activity such as walking.

Other studies, including one that utilized data from the long-term Harvard Nurses’ Health Study, had similar results. In the Harvard study, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, those who were physically active had lower death rates—regardless of whether they were lean, overweight or obese—than lean people who exercised less than one hour a week.

Also, studies have shown that people who are thin, whether or not they exercise, tend to have higher mortality rates than those who are heavy. This is partly because very lean people lack the physical reserves to keep them going during times of stress, such as when they have a serious illness.

Additional research shows that overweight heart attack patients tend to have better outcomes, including higher survival rates, than patients who are not overweight.

    THE GOAL THAT COUNTS

If you have to pick a single health goal, it’s generally better to get fit than to lose weight. To begin…

Check your fitness. If you’re fit, you should be able to walk 30 minutes without stopping…and climb a flight of stairs without gasping for breath. If you can’t, you’ll want to see a doctor and ease into an exercise plan. Heart attacks often occur when sedentary people suddenly face a cardiovascular stressor, such as overly vigorous exercise.

Exercise consistently. You don’t need hard-core exercise to stay fit. The duration of exercise—and doing it regularly—is more important.
Exercise without workouts. You can achieve fitness as you go about your day.

    Examples…
Walk. Every hour of walking can increase your life expectancy by two hours. At work, take the stairs instead of the elevator…go for a walking break instead of a coffee break…make walking tours part of your vacations.

Squeeze in exercise. Bring a resistance band to work, and do short workouts at your desk. At home, stand up rather than sit when watching TV or talking on the phone. When reaching for something on a high shelf, stretch up on your toes to get it. Squat down to pick up something low.

Michelle, thank you for singling me out for assault. All I did was give you some creative criticism. Your damn blog does need some cohesiveness. Yesterday is a very good example.

Between the topic discussions, UFO craziness, the race card playing niggers, inane princesses, fags, insane people who think they are aliens the only missing ingredient you usually have that was not there was the bat crazy zen lill, how was anyone to get any sense out of your blog?

Who in there right mind would even bother to read any of this shit? You and your blog suck.

    Claire

  3. ‎Darrell Says:

Claire you sound like a real bitter person. If anyone sounds bat crazy it is you. Zen Lill is anything but.

  5. ‎Roland Says:

I can barely factor in all the stuff you bring to this blog Howie. You are either the greatest sciFi man of all time or you have access to the mother lode of universal knowledge about aliens.

I was told to check out this blog if I was interested in a different approach from the usual UFO dribble. This does not disappoint.

WOW! That says it all whenever you bring it on.

Yes, the cop was white, but, this time though, the victim was white, so they fired the bastard without waiting for the lawsuit or the Press to get on their case.

Can’t wait to hear the nigger comments.
    Steve

  7. Helen Says:

Steve this black woman says the incident may not have gotten the play it did if the victim of police brutality had not been white and we both know that he would not have been fired so quickly.

I think you and everyone should check the link out I am giving you. Here the commentary is provided by a CBS affiliate in Albany. If this had been an OTW victim the commentary would not have been so demonstratively against the white officer. He would have been given the wait and see what his explanation was benefit of the doubt courtesy as in the guy who was shot in the head while handcuffed. Who by-the-way is still on duty.

Steve, I hope you didn’t have to wait too long to get this reply from a …. oh well you know.

  9. Zen Lill Says:

Claire, clearly you were/are in need of attention and when you received it, you automatically decided you were being singled out for ‘attack’? If you like cohesive then why not just move on and find cohesive instead of coming back with ‘…blog sux…’ if it sux then why come back at all?
I wrote what I wrote to be helpful to a newbie, if it wasn’t, oh well…I don’t understand why that makes me ‘bat crazy’ (I did get a chuckle out the verbiage on the sentiment though : ) and just an FYI… I actually don’t mind what people say about me here (or anywhere), it isn’t my business to care what others think of me, it is my bidness to care what I think about me (& thank you, Darrell, for having my back).

Howie, that is fascinating material you wrote…is the IT that can shape shift only in a certain area(s), or does he/she/it shape shift around the globe for audiences? Maybe you wrote already but I was blown away – I’ll admit I’m curious about a ‘glaring detail’ though that’s between you and PrP, I’m happy to learn anything more. I’m going back for a reread! Thank you for sharing – everything – and I don’t care if your posts are long or short, as long as you post them.

    Luv, Zen Lill

  10. Zen Lill Says:

Mischa, I was digging general info’s post yesterday aslo, and I’m actually incorporating these and other right brain/left brain concepts into a write, the stand out feature: it isn’t better to be an extrovert than an introvert, both have their strengths even though it is extroverts that get more kudos (of course, they like the limelight!) though at times both types must pull out their ‘secondary’ traits.
It is good to recognize these traits in others for work or personal interaction bc anyone is dealable as long as you know who you’re dealing with… ; )

  11. Brenda Says:

Howie you showed you have a mean streak yesterday (comment 14 to Prism Princess). This is Michelle’s blog. Today she wrote “This blog is all about being open and jumping into whatever conversation you want to join. Try it.” People write stuff and others comment. That is what happens here. You were rude to PrP. All she did was comment. I didn’t understand why you were so defensive.

  12. Zen Lill Says:

    HI Howie,
I reread and is it correct to assume there is a relationship between IOTA and the emporer and the you/CARR are just not privy to the ‘content’ of that relationship? I’ll reread to see if I answer my own question, again. I was just thinking about the term ‘grown up syndrome’ the other day bc it would be easy to want to believe that aliens writing in on a blog, is just an…illusion…delusion…& I can say that bc I’m a peasant : ) and a girlZ.
    Luv, Zen Lill

  13. Joslin Says:

In Oklahoma, Kaitlin Nootbaar, a Valedictorian was denied her diploma because she used the word “hell” in her graduation speech. The teen alluded to instances where people would ask her what she wanted to do with her life as graduation approached, to which she said, “How the hell do I know? I’ve changed my mind so many times,” her father David Nootbaar told KFOR.

What are you going to do with white people? They never tire of forcing their morals upon others. Even though those morals are more times than not are not practiced by them.

“Oklahoma” is Choctaw that means: okla- white person; homa- sucks.

    Joslin

  14. Butler Says:

I agree with you Joslin and the party that most represents that group is so full of “morals” that they are always attempting to force upon us. And like you just stated they are more often than not lying about observing them themselves.

I read this today. Politico reported Sunday night, a number of Republican lawmakers on a fact-finding trip to Israel were involved in the incident, including Reps. Kevin Yoder (R-Kan.), Steve Southerland (R-Fla.), Ben Quayle (R-Ariz.), Tom Reed (R-N.Y.), Jeff Denham (R-Calif.) and Michael Grimm (R-N.Y.). Some spouses, family members, and staffers were also present. According to the report, Yoder took off his clothes before entering the reservoir, which the Bible cites as the place where Jesus walked on water.
    ==========================

The party of family values KNOWS HOW TO PARTY! And lie. I would not be surprised if he turns out to be a “devout” fundamentalist Chritian who keeps talking about “values”. I have nothing against nude swimming but I cannot stand these self righteous “Chritians” who are so quick to condem others.

  15. Sabrina Says:

I am so sick if this white boy rule and the dumb as a box of rocks white women (I’m white but I don’t do lock step) that follow them without question. My example comes from this story about a teacher who got 5 years for having sex with 18 year olds.
    =============================

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A former North Texas high schoolteacher was convicted Friday and sentenced to five years in prison for having sex with five 18-year-old students at her home.
The Tarrant County jury decided on the sentence for Brittni Nicole Colleps, 28, of Arlington after nearly three hours of deliberation. It took jurors less than an hour to find her guilty earlier in the day of 16 counts of having an inappropriate relationship between a student and teacher. The second-degree felony is punishable by two to 20 years in prison per count.
The former Kennedale High School English teacher had sex with the students at her home over two months in 2011, authorities said.
Colleps is married and has three children. She turned herself in after a cellphone video of one encounter that involved multiple students emerged. That video was shown a trial.
Three former students who testified Thursday said that they did not consider themselves victims and did not want to see their former English teacher prosecuted. The three were football and track athletes.
Arlington police Detective Jason Houston testified that charges were filed because “18 or not, it’s a crime” for a teacher to have sex with her students.
Two former students told jurors their relationships with Colleps began with the exchange of text messages that quickly turned sexual.
A 19-year-old testified that he had gone to Colleps’ home twice with friends and they all engaged in sexual conduct.
A former student who is now 20 testified that he engaged in group sex and recorded his last encounter on a cellphone. He said initially the students spoke of the importance of keeping their activities quiet because they didn’t want their teacher to get in trouble.
The 20-year-old also said when school officials called him into the office to question him in May 2011, he denied the trysts at first because “I was trying to save her.”
Colleps’ husband was serving in the military overseas at the time of the encounters. Christopher Colleps said Friday that he is mad at his wife, but stands by her “because ’til death do us part means ’til death do us part.”
He said putting her in jail would punish him and their children for something they had no control over.
Kennedale is a town of about 7,300 residents near Arlington, eight miles southeast of Fort Worth. The high school has about 3,200 students.
    ==================================

To show you how sick those white boys are they titled the article, “The ugly teacher got 5 years for having sex with 18 year old students.”

Who are the women that accept this from the white boy? When we tire of hearing them claim, “strong values, strong principles”, etc and show some of those things it will get better.

Zahia, if I could reach you I would cut your tongue out for listening to a jew. Where are the males in your family. Their honor has been damaged beyond repair. Their only hope is to rid themselves of the embarrassment.

My advice to them is to do it now.

    Ahmed

  17. Laura Says:

Joslin, one need look no further than today’s article in HuffPost to find a stellar example of your point about the incredible hypocrisy and ignorance of ANY woman that would support the republican party. Ryan has said that he would not support any reasons for abortions that included Incest and rape.

My reason for that intro is there is this big US Senate race in MO. between a republican Todd Akin and incumbent Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-Mo).

Akin said In an interview with KTVI-TV on Sunday, the GOP Senate nominee was asked if he supported abortion in the case of rape.

“From what I understand from doctors, that’s really rare,” said Akin said of pregnancy caused by rape. “If it’s a legitimate rape, the female body has ways to try to shut that whole thing down. But let’s assume maybe that didn’t work or something. I think there should be some punishment, but the punishment ought to be on the rapist.”
    ========================

The incredible fact is that this man is still running neck and neck with the woman. Who are these white women who support these misogynists?
