Trump Praises The Clintons In An Uncovered Tape
Posted by Michelle Moquin on October 25th, 2016
Good morning!
Trump once stated that he thought Hillary was a great woman, a great Senator, and Bill a great president. He just didn’t express it – he was pretty much gushing about the both of them. Now he sings a different tune. This proves once again that Trump is a LSOS. I think he tells more lies than he does the truth. Oops he actually does.
From the Huff Po:
Watch Donald Trump Praise Hillary And Bill Clinton To The Heavens In Uncovered Tape
He hails her as a “great woman” in the 2008 interview.
Donald Trump called Hillary Clinton a “nasty woman” during Wednesday night’s presidential debate. But a newly uncovered tape reveals him actually complimenting his Democratic presidential rival and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, in the most glowing of terms.
In a 2008 interview NY1 unearthed just before the third attack-filled presidential debate, Trump described Hillary Clinton as a “great woman,” a “smart woman,” “a nice person,” and an effective politician.
“I think her history is far from being over, “ Trump said when asked about her legacy. “I’d like to answer that question in another 15 years from now. I think she is going to go down at a minimum as a great senator. I think she is a great wife to a president. And I think Bill Clinton was a great president.”
He wasn’t done with his gushing praise.
“You know, you look at the country then,” he continued. “The economy was doing great. Look at what happened during the Clinton years. I mean we had no war, the economy was doing great, everybody was happy.”
Other moments of Trump complimenting his future rival have surfaced from time to time. But this latest one, which NY1 found in its archives after a CNN reporter asked about it, is downright flowery.
Things sure were different in 2008.
Watch a portion of the exchange above.

…the video literally disappeared when I clicked on it.
On this one, I’m going ‘grain of salt’ point of view, look at how contentious Obama and HRC were during campaign season 2008 against each other and now they realize their on the same page, though I’m convinced that he’s a dangerous narc then and now, no question there.
And that being said, all politicians have this innate ability to occasionally (or a lot) talk out of both sides of their mouth, you’re all smart enough to know that they say/do ‘in the moment’ forgetting and not actually caring that it can be played back on tape. (watch SNL videos on this election season they cover it and with great fun/humor : )

SuzyQ#1, It’s not that we don’t care about fraud. It’s that the method Republicans have come up with to combat voter fraud– namely requiring photo ID– presents an undue burden on many Americans that are eligible to vote otherwise.
To many it amounts to a poll fee, which is unconstitutional.
Far more people are prevented from voting at all than people that would commit fraud if not for that law.
Just like the myth that there are a significant amount of people lying and committing fraud to get disability payments or food stamps, and the decision that we must make these things harder to access in consequence, the ends simply don’t justify the means.
You can’t have a large part of your political philosophy be based on exaggerations, rumors and lies.

Both Teske and Grothman should be in jail awaiting trial for voter suppression, conspiracy, civil rights violations and violating their oath of office. This goes on and people just dismiss it as status quo. Those it benefits are actually pleased that crimes have been committed on their behalf.
All who truly comprehend what this nation was intended to stand for are disgusted by such actions and attitudes by those who are sworn to serve the citizens… All of the citizens.

SuzyQ#1, I think reviving Section 5 of the Voting Rights Acts should be the first action taken by the new, hopefully Democratic, Senate and anyone in the House that tries to vote against it should face ads that remind their constituents of their disregard for the idea of nearly universal suffrage.
Let their voices be blared out to everyone in their district, and their preference for disenfranchisement be heard around the world. It’s about time grassroots PAC call on a group of International Election Observers to start looking at our system like they do in banana Republics and other autocratic regimes. Hopefully, that one of Obama’s future endeavors. That would really stick it in the craw of all the assholes that that have spent the last 8 years trying to delegitemize his Administration, plus it has the added benefit of shedding some sunlight on all their corrupt machinations, so that every voter knows their franchise is under constant threat. Hopefully, the DNC will bring back the 50-state-solution as well

SuzyQ#1, It is the racist judges appointed by the republicans who keep these tactics by whites to maintain control of the political system that make this shit work.
That’s why they prevented Obama from naming many judges. In the beginning before they had complete control of the houses, they told Obama he had to continue the practice of naming judges as they had in the past. That meant allowing Senators of each state to have a say on who he nominated.
But as soon as they took over the Senate, they changed the rules to prevent Obama from naming federal judges because they knew that is where the power is, control of the Justice in this country.
Even if they get convicted, some federal judge will throw out the sentence. Check out the convictions of the most crooked POTUS administration in history. Most of those convicted had their sentence shortened or vacated by federal judges appointed by republicans.

SuzyQ#1:
The case, Republican National Committee vs. Democratic National Committee, dealt with a consent decree issued in 1982 that prevents the RNC from engaging in some voter fraud prevention efforts without prior court consent.
It specifically said the RNC could not engage in ballot
security efforts (later defined in 1987 as “ballot integrity, ballot security or other efforts to prevent or remedy vote fraud,” according to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit opinion), especially in areas where racial or ethnic makeup could be considered a reason for the activities.
A response to claims of voter intimidation in minority areas in the 1970s and early 1980s, the decree allowed the RNC to continue “normal poll watching” operations while barring activities that could be aimed at voter suppression, though the RNC complained to the courts that the distinction was unclear and difficult to follow.
The decree effectively put the national party on the sidelines as concern about voter fraud became more and more pronounced in GOP ranks in recent years and as
states passed a series of voter-identification measures.
In deciding the case, which stems from a 2008 lawsuit brought by the DNC, the district court clarified ballot security efforts as “any program aimed at combating voter fraud by preventing potential voters from registering to vote or casting a ballot,” and upheld the consent decree while adding a Dec. 1, 2017, expiration date.
If they decide to continue to keep voters from casting a ballot, like this ////// in Wi is doing the RNC will have that order extended until 2025. The DNC needs to bring this case up before the judges again to get this order extended.
It would appear that the republicans haven’t caught on yet that ALL people are allowed to vote. That includes Democratic leaning college students.
