Poisoned Imported Fish: Another Reason To Buy ‘Local’
Posted by Michelle Moquin on May 5th, 2010
My father sent me this video. (Thanks Dad!) This is something everyone needs to see and pass along. I love going out to feast as much as the next girl, but this leaves a disgusting fishy taste in my mouth. No pun intended.
Readers: What restaurants can we count on that will serve us high quality fish? I certainly won’t trust any restaurant in the future when it comes to enjoying fish on the menu. I don’t order meat anymore when we dine out; I guess fish will be added to the list.
And now, in light of the fact that our waters are now polluted with oil, can we even trust our local fish? And if so, from where? In my opinion, I’m not sure I can even trust buying fish at the market even when I know it’s local.
Think I am going too far? When it comes to my health, nothing else matters. I’ll err in my favor. Don’t you think this video should be on the news 24/7, warning people, shoving it in their faces until they get it? Instead we’re bombarded daily with such topics as who Tiger Woods has slept with, and updates on his mistresses and divorce.
Your thoughts or comments? Blog me.
Lloyd: Interesting. Tell us more.
Peter: That was a good one. And understandable why people would fall for that scam.
Robert: Sadly, I don’t think you are wrong. In my opinion, otws are lured into siding with whites, with promises of security, wealth, benefits, equality….whatever it takes. But they are only being used for numbers sake, for the votes, in order to get what they want. They obviously can be very persuasive. And once they do get them to vote with them, whites will drop otw’s like the proverbial hot box of rocks, when they are no longer needed.
I don’t think the term ‘creature’ is far off. The funny thing is, if whites were to rid the world of otws, they would start going after each other, based on how white one really is, and what country one came from, what religious background etc. Crazy creatures.
And once again for those of you who are white, I am not speaking of all whites, nor all white men. That’s a nod to you Norman and Jake, and so many of my other readers. Speaking of…
Jake: “They basically fear that the privileges we have gotten used to as whites will be evened out among all the people of the United States of America.” And what is so bad about that? Doesn’t everyone deserve the same privileges as whites? Shouldn’t everyone be treated equally? These aren’t questions directed at you, but your friends who are changing.
I mean, why did your friends vote for Obama in the first place? Because they wanted to ‘look’ like they actually cared about his agenda? He has always been about fairness and equality. Now that he’s making headway, are your friends worried he actually might make some ‘real’ changes, and they will have to compete on an even playing field based on their intelligence and talent, instead of just being ‘privileged’ based on the color of their skin?
Emily: Great visual on that one – thanks. :)
Helen: Good point. There really is no difference.
Brad: ”Where’s you pair Brad?” Are you afraid to wade through my crucible of fans and haters to comment to me on my blog? Thanks for the email address, but it leads me to believe that you’ve got man up issues.
Lastly, greed over a great story is surfacing from my ‘loyal’(?) readers. With all this back and forth about who owns what, that appears on my blog, let me reiterate that all material posted on my blog becomes the sole property of my blog. If you want to reserve any proprietary rights don’t post it to my blog. I will prominently display this caveat on my blog from now on to remind those who may have forgotten this notice.
Gratefully your blog host,

HEALTHY HABITS THAT MAKE YOU SICK
American consumers receive a steady stream of advice to drink lots of water, stay out of the sun, wash hands religiously, exercise regularly and on and on.
Might we actually do ourselves harm with some of these seemingly healthful habits? Yes indeed, I learned from Kent Holtorf, MD, a leading physician in the fields of preventive medicine, endocrine dysfunction and immune disorders and founder of the National Academy for Hypothyroidism.
He told me that well-meaning efforts to improve our health can and often do backfire, sometimes with dangerous results. Dr. Holtorf offered advice on how to walk the line between taking steps to stay healthy and going overboard…
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER?
Not so fast — our water is not as safe as you think. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, as many as 19 million Americans are sickened each year by drinking water from the public supply.
Not only has bacterial (and, though rarely, even viral) contamination been a problem, but traces of toxins including arsenic, uranium, radium, tetrachloroethylene and lead, along with minute amounts of pharmaceuticals and personal-care products, have been found.
Bottled water isn’t the solution you might think, either. Most disposable plastic bottles contain bisphenol-
A (BPA), a chemical that has been linked with an increased risk for hormonal disturbances (especially thyroid), reproductive and fetal abnormalities, breast and prostate cancer, brain development issues and diseases, weight gain, neurological changes, type 2 diabetes, heart disease and liver disorders.
Best solution: Invest in a water filter for your home. Prices range from $20 for a basic water pitcher to hundreds of dollars for a home-wide filtration system. Shop at Web sites such as http://www.brita.com and http://www.purwater.com. Dr. Holtorf notes that reverse osmosis home-filtration systems are most effective in eliminating contaminants. Buy reusable, BPA-free bottles (e.g., from retailers such as http://www.nalgene.com) to bring drinking water along when you’re away from home.
STAY OUT OF THE SUN?
Rising skin cancer rates motivate many to avoid the midday sun and/or slather on layers of sunscreen… yet Dr. Holtorf points out that most Americans are deficient in vitamin D, a key nutrient that our bodies most efficiently synthesize through sun exposure.
Inadequate vitamin D levels raise the risk for heart disease and certain cancers. As for sunscreen, many formulas contain chemicals such as para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), which can cause allergic reactions and, potentially, liver problems as well.
The smart way: Do spend 10 to 20 minutes each day outdoors in the sunshine without sunscreen.
If you want to sunbathe longer, liberally apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays and has an SPF of 15. Sunscreen with a higher SPF won’t hurt you, Dr. Holtorf says, but he views the extra strength as a waste of money.
WASH HANDS FREQUENTLY?
It’s important to wash your hands frequently to avoid cold and flu germs and prevent food-borne disease… but using antibacterial soap causes more problems than it solves.
One antibacterial agent of particular concern is triclosan, a common ingredient in liquid hand soaps and dishwashing detergent.
Triclosan may disrupt thyroid function and has been implicated in liver toxicity, Dr. Holtorf said. In addition, antibacterial soap is no better at getting your hands clean than regular soap — but its use contributes to the development of drug-resistant “super-germs.”
What to do: Keep washing your hands frequently with regular soap and warm water, but do not use antibacterial soaps — especially those that contain triclosan.
To view a list of triclosan-free personal products, visit http://www.cosmeticsdatabase.com/special/triclosanfree/index.php.
FORTIFYING YOURSELF SICK?
More and more packaged foods are fortified with supposedly good-for-you vitamins and other supplements, but these aren’t always the best choices for your health.
For some nutrients, such as folic acid, intake may climb too high if you are also taking a multivitamin and, in fact, research now links excessive folic acid consumption with cancer. (See Daily Health News, October 6, 2009, “Excess Folic Acid May Raise Cancer Risk,” for more on this topic.)
Instead: Choose whole, unprocessed, fiber-rich foods, and aim for a balanced diet that naturally provides a multitude of nutrients.
One very good way to boost your nutrient intake is to drink freshly made vegetable juices, which contain an ideal balance of trace minerals and antioxidants along with thousands of beneficial phytonutrients that are not available in pill form.
FAT-PHOBIC AND UNHEALTHY?
Our fat-phobic society has thrown out the baby with the bathwater. Trans fats should absolutely be avoided, but other fats — even saturated ones — are vital to our health.
The benefits of unsaturated fats in fish and flax oil are well known, as are the benefits of monounsaturated fats found in nuts, avocado and olive oil — which help balance cholesterol levels.
Though saturated fats are generally considered to be unhealthy, they are an essential component of every single cell in our bodies, and there is some evidence that the kind of saturated fat in products such as coconut oil may aid in weight loss, digestion and cardiovascular health.
Try this: Rather than worrying too much about reducing fat intake, avoid simple and concentrated sugars, such as high fructose corn syrup, and avoid simple carbohydrates such as baked goods and white bread.
Research shows that these are the worst culprits in weight gain, insulin resistance, high triglycerides and cardiovascular disease.

I like to cook so its not a problem, another plus, it’s having smaller dinner parties with only the peeps I really want there, instead of da gang growing exponentially by accident. : ) love people, love one on one time with them not party favor chit chat.
Btw, I must’ve missed something betrween you and Randoff, I didn’t see where either one of you were disrespectful, I thought it was all just in fun bantering, was I wrong? I was usrprised to see yoy and he apologizing for anything, um, it’s me isn’t it? I missed something, yes? Hmmm…
I watched the alien show (forget real name) on Discovery last night, interesting…so Viv, are all those signs (crop circles, stonehenge, etc…)GPS for aliens or something else entirely? And when are you going to thrust yourself into my dream state again? And are you the only TAO here right now? Where is everyone? How’s that delightful Gleia?? Fill us in.
Anyway, great detox week eating outline in health info yesterday.

A common spin in the right wing coverage of BP’s oil spill is that the gulf blowout is Obama’s Katrina. In truth, culpability for this disaster can be laid at the Bush administration’s doorstep.

This is dedicated to everyone who ever attempted to get into a regular workout routine.
Dear Diary,
For my birthday this year, my Husband (the dear) purchased a week of personal training at the local health club for me.
Although I am still in great shape since being a high school football cheerleader 43 years ago, I decided it would be a good idea to go ahead and give it a try.
I called the club and made my reservations with a personal trainer named Christo, who identified himself as a 26-year-old aerobics instructor and model for athletic clothing and swim wear.
My husband seemed pleased with my enthusiasm to get started! The club encouraged me to keep a diary to chart my progress.

Butthole was waiting for me with his vampire-like teeth exposed as his thin, cruel lips were pulled back in a full snarl. I couldn’t help being a half an hour late – it took me that long to tie my shoes.
He took me to work out with dumbbells. When he was not looking, I ran and hid in the restroom. He sent some skinny witch to find me.
Then, as punishment, he put me on the rowing machine — which I sank.

HEALTHY HABITS THAT MAKE YOU SICK (CONTINUED)
FRUITS, VEGETABLES… AND FOOD POISONING?
In the past, food-borne illness was primarily associated with meat and seafood, but recent outbreaks have been traced to fresh produce.
Many disease-causing bacteria — such as E. coli, listeria and salmonella — routinely reside on fruits and vegetables, and this is true whether the produce is grown conventionally or organically.
To stay safe: Wash your hands before handling produce. Avoid cross contamination (especially from uncooked meats) by storing produce and proteins in separate parts of the refrigerator — also, use separate cutting boards
. Don’t nibble on unwashed produce… and wait until just before preparation of fruits and vegetables to wash them, as washing removes their natural coating and makes them spoil faster. You do not need to use any special detergents, soap or bleach — simple running tap water is effective.
Rinse all parts of the fruit or vegetable that may come into contact with a paring knife (even parts that you don’t intend to eat), and remove and discard the outer leaves of lettuce, cabbage and other greens. Scrub firmer fruits and vegetables with a vegetable brush.
GETTING TOO MUCH SLEEP?
It’s true that most American adults aren’t getting enough sleep — and the trend is growing worse.
Yet getting too much sleep is a problem, too. Excessive sleeping is a common symptom of depression and can indicate that something else is amiss –
research shows that getting too much sleep (more than eight hours a night) is associated with risk for premature death as much as getting too little sleep, and it also contributes to back pain and memory problems.
Dr. Holtorf suggests: An underactive thyroid is a common cause of daytime sleepiness or an excessive need for sleep. It’s a problem that often goes undiagnosed because the standard blood test for it — the TSH test — is inadequate.
Having even “low normal” thyroid levels significantly increases your risk for heart disease, diabetes, weight gain, depression and fatigue.
Other causes of oversleeping include depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, hypersomnia (a medical condition that causes sufferers to oversleep), alcohol and some medications.
If you are suffering from excessive fatigue, discuss with your doctor what might be the cause.
So, as with everything else, it turns out that moderation is key. Maintaining perspective is important when following health advice — or you will indeed end up taking “the bad with the good,” as I’ve heard people say.

Guam – Cinco De Mayo is not just a Mexican holiday any more as people around the world take time to celebrate – either by having a Mexican meal or putting on a fiesta, and people on Guam are also taking the day to join in the fun.
Dim lights Embed
It’s not Mexican Independence Day, but rather, Cinco De Mayo. Its a holiday commemorating the Mexican army’s unlikely victory over French forces at the Battle of Puebla in 1862– May 5th 1862. (wikipedia.com)
But the holiday has grown in popularity, not just celebrated by Mexicans. But by people around the nation and the world. a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride.
And how could one describe Mexican heritage– well , “festive” is a good word. Food, dance and lots of music.
During this week people can find the Mexican cuisine and a live mariachi band. The band brought in specifically for this Mexican fare. Joe Arias is the leader of the band, Mariachi de Alma from Los Angeles.
And all that you will find at La Marienda at the Hyatt with a special Mexican cuisine which will be available for lunch and dinner.
Chef Rafael Camarena will be featuring some of his authentic dishes.
He says he has picked up recipes from his travels around the world, but he says much of his knowledge he gained from his mother in her home kitchen. The promotion will be going on through May 12th at the Hyatt.

I hope this has not been forgotten.
When in power the republicans expand the powers of government.
Blackwater has paid the members of the bush administration more that 6 billion dollars. and counting. It is a criminal organization that is the largest privately owne mercenary organization in the world.
The US military is made up of a large contingent of high ranking commissioned and non commissioned officers who are in it just for the money. As far as they are concerned their patriotism is to whoever pays them the most money.
They have risen in the ranks because of the republican administration penchant for promoting those officers willing to say whatever they want them to tell the public.

My husband is a baptist minister for 31 years. He is one of those who claim to believe that homosexuality is a sin against God.
I say claim because after reading about the antics of George Rekers I have noticed similar behavior in my husband.
First here is that hypocrite’s story from Huffpost:
George Alan Rekers, a prominent anti-gay activist who co-founded the conservative Family Research Council, was caught returning from a 10-day trip to Europe with a male escort he found on Rentboy.com, which is exactly what it sounds like.
Not to worry, Rekers told the Miami New Times, which broke the story: He claims he learned his 20-year-old companion was a prostitute only midway through their trip, they had no intimate contact, and he hired the young man only because recent surgery means “I can’t lift luggage.”
This seems highly dubious, not least because the New Times reporters spotted the retired professor pushing his baggage cart through Miami International Airport.
It would be extremely difficult to stumble upon the Rentboy.com homepage, which features young well-muscled men rubbing each other’s crotches on grainy video loops, and not figure out what the site means by “rent boy.”
The site’s pages aren’t indexed by Google, either, so we’ll need to take the New Times’ word for it that the profile page for Rekers’ escort advertised his “smooth, sweet, tight ass” and “perfectly built 8 inch cock.” The young man denied that he and Rekers had sex, but he did confirm that they met via his Rentboy profile.
With the scandal flaring in the wake of the New Times expose, Rekers published a statement on his personal website that decries the story’s “misleading innuendo.
” He confuses libel with slander, but he doesn’t deny any specific element of the story, only repeating his claim that he needed help carrying luggage and averring that family and friends will back that claim.
Rekers, who is also a professor emeritus of neuropsychiatry at the University of South Carolina and a Baptist minister, recently testifed against gay adoption in Florida, where he resides.
Raw Story flagged a particularly jarring article in which he claims that children adopted by gay couples are more likely to commit suicide.
The retired professor has remained far less high-profile than his Family Research Council co-founder James Dobson, but he is an extremely prolific author of books like Who Am I?
Lord and Growing Up Straight: What Families Should Know About Homosexuality. He has also advised members of Congress, the White House, and the Department of Health and Human Services, according to the New Times story, which is worth reading in its entirety.

The NRA has the support of Senator Graham who doesn’t want a person on the “No Fly” list to lose his constitutional right to buy a gun because is may affect innocent people on the list who want to buy guns.
In the same clip we see Senator Graham urging the Senate to advise President Obama to eliminate reading a suspect his constitutional right to be read Miranda. He evidently was not concerned about the greater number of innocent people apprehended who would be affected.
When the right to have guns are involved a tiny weenie white man can not be far behind. It seems that tiny, tiny head is more than able to over rule the owner’s big head. “Me got little wee wee, me need big gun.” syndrome rules the day.
My husband is so proud that his state has allowed him to carry his big d**K, uh, gun on his hip. I guess it is doing some good. He is much easier to get along with.
I still wish he had more gun power in bed though.

5 Amazing Places to Live the Rest of Your Life
Barbara Corcoran
The Corcoran Group
Many of today’s retirees see retirement as a fresh start — the chance to pursue a creative passion, launch a signature enterprise or further a favorite cause — rather than a never-ending vacation.
For those of us ready to stage a second act, a retirement locale must be more than an affordable place to spend the next phase of our lives.
It has to offer stimulating cultural, intellectual and physical lifestyle opportunities.
Here are some top destinations that appeal to a broad range of interests and preferences.
What they all have in common is that they’re not full of people who “act old” — they’re growing centers of recreation and commerce…
TOWNS
Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Who: Artists, people of all generations who come to soak in Vapor Valley’s thermal waters.
Where: An hour’s drive west of Little Rock and near Ouachita National Forest, a sprawling nature preserve.
Why: Hot Springs today boasts music and film festivals plus a large community of painters, potters and sculptors who display their works in dozens of galleries.
How much: The median home price is $139,000.
Tempe, Arizona.
Who: Outdoor types and people who like to volunteer.
Where: A 20-minute drive from Scottsdale and Phoenix.
Why: Tempe has 300 sunny days per year, 150 miles of bike paths and hundreds of acres of parkland in its busy downtown, around a huge urban lake.
It also is home to programs that match over-55 adults with volunteer opportunities, including high school tutoring, and second-career opportunities, such as small-business consulting and civic posts.
How much: The median home price is $153,000.
Eugene, Oregon.
Who: Environmentally conscious people of all ages.
Where: About two hours south of Portland.
Why: Wind and water supply the bulk of Eugene’s power, making it one of the greenest cities in America.
Bicycles are the vehicles of choice. Scenery includes wilderness forest and protected wetlands. Home to University of Oregon, Eugene draws youthful souls who give it a smart, independent vibe.
This is a good place to start, say, an organic-cookie business or alternative bookstore.
How much: The median home price is $249,900.
RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES
Riderwood in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Who: A community of 3,000 creative intellectuals, age 60 and up.
Where: A campus 15 miles north of Washington, DC, built in 2007.
Why: Riderwood aims to nurture the mind, offering a theater group, men’s chorus, dozens of on-site classes and volunteering opportunities in surrounding neighborhoods.
How much: The entrance fee for a small apartment is $172,000, and there’s a monthly fee starting at $1,600. For a large two-bedroom, two-bath unit, the entrance fee is $330,000 and $2,037 monthly.
The Village at Penn State, Pennsylvania.
Who: Eternal students.
Where: State College, Pennsylvania, about halfway between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh.
Why: The Village includes mixed-age housing and a “Life Care” community for people age 62 and up.
Penn State students teach free classes to Life Care residents in return for course credit, and the town of State College has a busy café scene.
How much: Entrance fees in the retirement community start at $181,500 for one-bedroom apartments, with monthly fees starting at about $2,500.

Hey man you can always use an alias.
Speaking of aliases, this is mine. I’m really a chick but this chick has to hots for you. I am not lucky enough to have attended high school with you, but a mutual friend says that you do or help people put together wardrobes for about a $100.00 an hour.

GTA TeleGuam Welcomes Competition in Guam
By Mini Swamy

A joint statement was issued by the governors of Guam and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, CNMI in short, and GTA (News – Alert) TeleGuam issued a statement in response.
Selecting an Industry-Standard Metric for Data Center Efficiency Learn more, download free white paper.
Appreciative of the swift support of Guam Legislature to safeguard the will of the people, Daniel J. Tydingco, executive vice president of external affairs for GTA TeleGuam, said,
‘GTA TeleGuam salutes the Guam Legislature for recommending safeguards for protecting the competitive landscape on Guam and reaffirming the policy that they, the Governor and community took five years ago with privatization.”
Tydingco continued and added that consumers and businesses would be best served by preserving the competitive landscape that was already in place.
This was the intention of privatization five years ago and currently, it still remains the will of the people.
Find Solutions for Enterprises, SMBs & Service Providers at the INTERNET TELEPHONY Conference and EXPO West, October 4-6, 2010. Los Angeles, CA.
Talking about the different markets in Guam and CNMI, Tydingco indicated that their respective needs were different, and this was reflected in the availability and cost of services at both locations.
Strong competition in Guam was responsible for declining rates , accelerated innovation and improvement in overall service.
This was in stark contrast to the situation in CNMI, where a basic T_1 connection between Guam and CNMI cost $6,000, which was the cost for 100 times this bandwidth on a connection from Guam to the United States.
Tydingco re-iterated the fact that neither GTA TeleGuam nor the Guam legislature had questioned the use of funds that were earmarked for CNMI or Saipan, where need was apparent.
GTA TeleGuam had no hesitation or reservation in supporting CNMI, but what CNMI could do was ask NTIA to sever their needs from those of Guam.
“We would strongly encourage this so competition can also flourish in CNMI without adverse impact to Guam’s thriving landscape,” said Tydingco.
GTA TeleGuam provides complete communications services on Guam. These include local and long distance telephone service, 3G wireless, DSL Internet access, and IPTV (News – Alert).
It also operates a data center or offering business data storage and managed wide area networking.

No-Stress Way to Pay Bills

It’s amazing how people let the simple, predictable chore of paying monthly bills create so much stress, with paperwork getting lost, deadlines being missed and mad dashes to the post office.
I used to think that waiting to pay all my bills once a month was efficient and financially advantageous, since it allowed my money to sit in an interest-bearing account a bit longer each month.
Reality: Whenever you create such a “system” to simplify your life, it’s important to do what’s easiest in practice, not theory.
For me, the longer a bill sits around, the easier it is to forget about or lose. And just one late-payment penalty can negate several years of extra interest you might earn by waiting until the last minute to pay.
So now, I keep my checkbook and stamps handy and pay each new bill with the next day’s mail. It’s quick and easy — and there’s never any stress.

That may have been too much information. My wife likes the ladies. She is very attractive. She is 5’10″ 124lbs, blonde and green eyed.
We have been married for 12 years. She is 32 and I am 41. We have no children but two cats and one dog. I am a products liability attorney. Ellen is a trust fund child.
She’s been “earning” at least $50K a month since she was 18. No, I didn’t marry her for her money, It was her body that hooked me. Later i fell in love with the personality that makes her so unique.
Her father approved of our union because we are both from old money. We were at her 20th birthday party when I proposed.
We were three years into our marriage when she confessed that she was bisexual. At first I was a bit angry, perhaps because I felt threatened.
But nine years later and countless honeys have mellowed me. She has excellent tastes. We frequently attend the Supper Club. Let’s make it a date.
And Michelle bring Doug I’ve been known to sample tight ass. Yes, I’m bisexual also.

Hi Mischa, have I mentioned that I loved this blog, hahaha, we never got to that in our chat but I do, always have and probably always will for however long it pleases you to run it : )
…and hey, I want that $100/hr session, wardrobe fun only, I have my own creative ways but you have a longer talent background, I always work within the parameters of specific collections of clothing, something I do find limiting to a certain (great) degree. Will you come to LA for some closeted fun ; )? I will be up there at some point soon as discussed, let me know…think of it as reciprocal fun. I wonder if you can guess who Gloria is? : ) oh and I have a reasonably good bod to look at while clothes are flying around but probably nothing like Gloria’s or Ted (Mr TMI’s) wife, but then again, it doesn’t matter – I’m too hetero for my own good apparently : ) a man at the gym this am told me it is not my body or my kick-ass smile that makles me so beautiful, it’s the soft soulful look in my eyes, damn, he’s good huh?
My two…
Claire, great article, interesting how dubya was into everything unsavory and is so religious at the same time.
Mischa/Tina/anybody, again I missed something – who the f is Brad? Pitt is the only one worth mentioning but I have no idea who this one is – ???
Anonymous, yes I researched and wrote about Blackwater and its doings last year on my blog, unbelievable isn’t it? It’s even deeper than you think…you seem a titch like Anonz in basic tone but that may be my own wishful thinking once again. : )
Laura, your last line had me laughing right out loud, thanks for that…although no gun power kin the sack = less fun for you, hope you have your own ways to remedy that sitch.
#16 gen info, how about the south of France, Italy’s Amalfi Coast (Italy’s Tuscany and Umbrian regions as well) and Da Nang, Viet Nam are also excellent places to live out the rest of your life, the US is kind of boring, especially a few of the places listed. #22 gen info – yeah paying bills as you go along sounds like a groovy way to live if you always have bucks in your account, many people don’t at this point in time.
On that note, I need to go dress a woman in the valey, she’s got a hot little body also, wish me luck : )
