Good morning.

Once again…I’m gonna to go a little loco today, and once again, I don’t mean crazy. :) I mean loco as in “local”, as in “California”, my home state.

I watched the debate last night between Jerry Brown and Meg Whitman. Did any of you catch it? I just wanted to wipe that smirk off of Whitman’s face.

Today at 1:00 pm is the final face off between Barbara Boxer and Carly Fiorina for the U.S. Senate race. I missed the last one; this one I’m not going to miss (I HOPE). Here’s a little reminder from the CarlyExposed team:

Dear Friend,

Tomorrow, Barbara Boxer and Carly Fiorina will face off in the second and possibly the final debate of the California U.S. Senate race.

Hosted by KPCC-FM (Pasadena Public Radio) and moderated by KPCC’s Patt Morrison and Gabriel Lerner, Metro Editor for La Opinion, the debate will air LIVE ON KPCC-FM for one hour, beginning at 1:00PM Pacific Time.

For this debate, KPCC is accepting voters’ questions for the candidates – so if you have a question you’d like Carly to answer, you can call the KPCC message line at 626-583-5250. You’ll need to leave your name, where you’re from, and your contact information so they can verify that you are who you say you are, but many voter questions are sure to make it on the air during the debate.

Of course, the entire CarlyExposed.com team will be listening – and listening closely – during this debate. So even if you are not able to tune in to KPCC-FM tomorrow, we invite you to join us for some live blogging on Wednesday from 1:00-2:00PM PDT at CarlyExposed.com.

We’ll be fact checking and hopefully we’ll provide some insightful commentary about what Carly has to say, and how she performs in this forum.

Consistent with our mission to shine a bright light on the real records of conservative Republicans, we expect to help expose Carly for who she really is — a failed CEO, a diva with little understanding of the day-to-day struggles of average Californians, a job killer, and a tool of her Wall Street corporate pals, like the U.S. Chamber, the Koch Brothers and her significant donors from the Oil & Gas industry – the same folks who are funding the campaign to Pass Proposition 23 and kill off California’s progress on global warming.

We’ll be watching closely to see if Carly tries to amplify the anti-Boxer message in her current TV advertising – attacking Barbara’s performance in a Senate hearing in order to deflect attention from Carly’s own record of failure. If she does, as the debate goes on, remember these important facts:

- Carly was a failure as CEO of Hewlett-Packard. She was fired from that job, where she killed 30,000 jobs, shipped thousands of American jobs overseas, and drove down the company’s stock price. For more info, watch our video “Carly the Job Killer.”

- Carly is being helped in her campaign by some of the most extreme and shadowy elements of the political right. Karl Rove’s “American Crossroads GPS,” dumped $1 million in CA on a TV ad attacking Boxer. The U.S. Chamber, The Club for Growth and lots of Carly’s other corporate pals are planning pro-Carly ad campaigns as well. The anti-gay National Organization for Marriage is funding a $1 million program to boost Fiorina among Latino voters, with a statewide bus tour on the road right now.

- The real Carly Fiorina is a right-wing extremist. Carly mocks Boxer’s leadership on climate change as being “worried about the weather.” She’s a darling of the Tea Party movement and says she agrees with them. And, she recently said, “I agree with them.” She also agrees with her close pals Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin and Rick Santorum. A few weeks ago, the infamous Koch brothers helped sponsor a fundraiser for Fiorina – and these guys have dumped millions into the Tea Party nationally and of extremist causes and candidates from coast to coast.

Armed with the facts, we will all be much better judges of tomorrow’s proceedings. Then, together, we can shine the light of truth on Carly Fiorina.

Thank you for your help and support.

Sincerely,

The CarlyExposed Team

I am often confronted by whites who are fond of stating” how wonderful it was in the good ole days.” The fact that I was a virtual slave in those “good ole days,” never seems to matter to the white person citing how much better it was in the 50′s and early 60′s.

I thought I would check out some of those good ole laws on the books in various states and see if it was that much better for whites.

    Here’s today’s.

ALABAMA Law – “Since the Alabama husband is accountable for his wife’s misbehavior, he has the legal right to chastise her with a stick on larger than the thumb”

This law was on the books throughout the South and in many Northern and Western states. Pretty good for the male, but not so good for the woman. Yet, white women are often one of the shrillest callers for a return to the values of the “good ole days.”

I guess they like their asses being whipped.

The republicans have cut so much regulation of big business that it has endangered the very health of the American people. Take Similac for example. It is strictly regulated in Ireland. Here the FDA doesn’t even have the authority to force a company to recall a bad product. The republicans have only given them the authority to request a recall.

This might say why we need to give the FDA more power to investigate and regulate our food industry.

(Reuters) – A Saudi ban on Abbott Laboratories’ (ABT.N) Similac powdered infant formula applies only to batches cited by the U.S. firm as containing beetles and their larvae, a Food and Drug Authority official said on Wednesday.

Last week, Abbott Laboratories (ABT.N) announced a voluntary recall of about 5 million units of its top-selling product but limited the recall to the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam and countries in the Caribbean. [ID:nN23208496]

On Monday, the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) said it planned “protective measures to ensure the product did not enter the kingdom, investigate its presence and withdraw it from local markets”. [ID:nLDE68Q1WR]

On Wednesday, Hamad al-Kanhan, an adviser at SFDA’s food unit, told Reuters that only batches cited by Abbott as being tainted have been banned from the Saudi market.

“We did not know the Similac sold here is manufactured in Ireland. The kingdom is an open market so nothing prevents retailers from importing products from any country they choose,” Kanhan said.

On Monday, a spokesman for Abbott in Saudi Arabia, the Arab world’s largest economy, said Similac sold locally was manufactured in Ireland and was safe for consumption.

“Saudi Arabia has not been impacted by these recalls because the product sold here is made in Ireland while the recalled batches were made in the United States,” the spokesman said. (Reporting by Souhail Karam; Editing by Erica Billingham)

So if an American company manufactures in a country that regulates, they do a better job of protecting the food supply.

New Policy for Shopping at Naval Base Guam Allows for Guest to Shop Too

    Written by News Release
    Wednesday, 29 September 2010 19:44
    Guam News – Guam News

Guam – Naval Base Guam Commanding Officer Capt. Richard Wood has announced a trial period for a limited guest policy for shopping at the Navy Exchange (NEX) and Commissary on Naval Base Guam.
According to Capt. Wood, his goal is to allow active duty military, reserve, retirees and government civilians with privileges and who are over 18 years of age the opportunity to have one visitor accompany them as a guest into the Commissary and Exchange. Escorting an additional guest would be the exception and may be authorized at the discretion of the store manager.

The guests are accompanying the shopper, not shopping themselves, Capt. Wood said. This new guest policy is for the convenience of the shopper, who might otherwise have to leave a sponsored guest at home, in the car or waiting in the NEX food court.

“My goal is to improve the shopping experience for Sailors and their families while not negatively impacting the overall ability of the NEX and Commissary to meet the needs of our military, civilian and retiree community,” he said.

The new policy memorandum states the guest privilege may be restricted on “high volume”, “special sales” or “authorized shoppers’ days” which will be announced in advance. The policy could be revoked if the NEX tracking shows shortages in stock or excessively crowded stores.

This guest policy does not affect the policy for base access, said Capt. Wood. Any person entering Naval Base Guam must have base access privileges or be sponsored by an individual with base access privileges.

Wonder how that is gonna impact the local stores?

  4. General Info Says:

How to Create a New You

    Deepak Chopra, MD
    American College of Physicians

Anything is possible — but we reject certain alternatives without a second thought.

We’ve convinced ourselves — or social conditioning has convinced us — that rejecting these options is necessary or proper.

Examples: An unemployed office worker might automatically reject a blue-collar job… a retiree might automatically decide he’s too old to go on a backpacking trip in the mountains.

We need to dislodge our negative beliefs if we wish to weigh all of our options, overcome the power of “no” and elevate our lives to a higher level.

Here are the negative beliefs that are holding us back and what to do…

Negative belief: We’re stuck with our habits. A habit is simply a shortcut imprinted on the brain.

We cook our eggs the same way every morning or sit in front of the television every evening because we have done this so many times that we now do it without making a conscious choice.

A habit is just a choice that is ingrained for practical purposes, but the fact that our habits have become ingrained does not mean that we cannot pursue alternatives.

What keeps us trapped is the “spell of no.” We voluntarily renounce the power to change, while at the same time blaming our bad habits as if they have an independent will.

The spell that our habits hold over us is one that we have created and thus one that we can break.

What to do: Examine your unwanted habits objectively, as if they belonged to someone else. Ask yourself why you have chosen a bad habit.

Search for a hidden benefit that it provides. Does this habit make you feel like a victim, a convenient way to avoid taking responsibility for your problems?

Spend six weeks doing what you want to do, rather than what your habit encourages you to.

After six weeks, the new way of doing things will be imprinted on your brain in place of the old habit.

Negative belief: Our obsessions are not really obsessions. People tend to believe the term “obsessive” applies only to those with mental disorders.

We certainly don’t consider ourselves obsessive. In truth, many of us are obsessive — we simply chose to overlook our obsessions, because we believe that the things we obsess about are things that deserve this much time and energy.

Examples: Obsessions that people tend to view as positive include obsessions with health and safety… career or income… religion… their children’s success… or a political or charitable cause.

There might be positive aspects to these obsessions, but having any obsession robs us of our ability to make objective choices — automatically saying yes to spending our time and resources on an obsession means automatically saying no to alternatives. This blunts our ability to evolve and get the most from our lives.

What to do: Stop taking pride in your consistency or single-mindedness even in pursuit of a good cause.

Engage in activities that reduce your stress levels, such as meditation or hobbies. Relaxed minds are more open to new alternatives.

Negative belief: Our fears are valid because they seem valid to us.

External threats aren’t what make the world seem unsafe — it’s the concerns and beliefs that we project onto every situation that create our fears.

If we worry about crime, then everyone we pass on the street becomes a potential mugger. If we’re afraid of heights, then even a small stepladder may seem too dangerous to climb.

Our fears deny us our most basic freedom, the freedom to feel safe in the world. They encourage us to reject possibilities that deserve our consideration by making them seem too risky.

Some threats are real, but our fears don’t help us identify these. Our fears deprive us of our ability to rationally evaluate dangers.

What to do: Don’t try to fight your fears at times when you feel afraid — that’s when fears are most powerful.

At these times, just remind yourself that fear is a passing emotion that soon will be released. Later, when you are calm, recall the fear for objective examination.

With long-standing fears, remind yourself that the fact that you have worried about something for years does not mean that this thing is especially dangerous — it just means that your mind has had a lot of time to blow it out of proportion.

Show yourself compassion about your fears. Fear is not a sign of weakness. It affects everyone.

    Negative belief: People don’t change.

Most of us think this from time to time when those close to us chronically repeat mistakes or misbehavior. Yet paradoxically, most of us believe that we, personally, are capable of change and growth.

We cannot have it both ways — if we are capable of change, then other people must be, too.

In fact, not only are people capable of change, we all change all the time. When we think, People don’t change, we’re just giving in to resignation and defeatism.

Thinking in this way could dissuade us — and those around us — from attempting positive growth in the future.

What to do: View yourself as in a perpetual state of change. Search for options for anything in your life that seems fixed and unchangeable.

Don’t listen to naysayers when you attempt change — their warnings and criticisms are rooted in defeatism, not reality. Encourage attempts to change by others, particularly when these changes are new and fragile.

Example: If a seemingly stingy friend finally offers to pick up a small check, don’t make a joke or belittle the effort.

Choose to view this person as generous and offer a heartfelt thanks. Your positive reaction could reinforce your friend’s attempt to change and encourage greater generosity in the future.

Negative belief: “Bad” thoughts are forbidden and dangerous. Many of us waste energy repressing thoughts that we wish we didn’t have.

These “bad” thoughts might be feelings of jealousy, rage, lust or a desire for vengeance. Trouble is, repressing thoughts doesn’t make them go away — it allows them to grow.

Viewing some of our own thoughts as bad also encourages us to divide ourselves into a good side and a bad side, creating an inner struggle that we can never win.

The truth is, we all have thoughts that we wish we didn’t have. That doesn’t mean we’re bad people, as long as we don’t act on these thoughts.

What to do: Understand that it is not in our power to stop “bad” thoughts.

It is in our power to let these thoughts pass rather than repress them or act on them. Don’t believe that the thoughts drifting through your mind define who you are — these thoughts are not you.

Never condemn anyone for his/her thoughts, including yourself. Give up the impossible goal of totally controlling your mind.

Personal interviewed Deepak Chopra, MD, fellow of the American College of Physicians, member of the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, adjunct professor at Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, Illinois, and senior scientist with The Gallup Organization.

Time has called him the “poet-prophet of alternative medicine” and listed him among the top 100 heroes and icons of the 20th century. His most recent book is Reinventing the Body, Resurrecting the Soul: How to Create a New You (Harmony).

“I’d also like to have two inches added to my manhood!”

China Silently Takes Over Social Security?

    Dear Reader,

For years, you’ve forked over cash to pay into Social Security. And now what?

Social Security is now officially going broke. As of this September 30 — just days away — they start paying out more than they take in.

But what most Americans don’t know is that there’s another, much lesser known government-backed “retirement plan.” And it faces no such risk.

What’s more, it could put up to $120,000 per year into your retirement account.

Everyone is eligible to collect. Click here to watch this special video presentation to find out how…

  9. Robert Says:

I have been going through the angst of the illness of my 83 year old mother.

Every human being lives under a death sentence. The moment he/she emerges from a woman’s womb, the clock begins to tick on the human’s time left on earth.

Two factors make this situation tolerable for humans, otherwise they could never withstand it.

First, since the average life expectancy is something over threescore and ten years, the day of reckoning seems, to the young, a long way off. So one develops a philosophy of, “Why worry about it now? I’ll deal with it when the time arrives.”

Because that time, barring accident or prematurely fatal illness, comes on very gradually, one has a leisurely opportunity to get used to the idea. Older persons normally accomplish this more or less successfully, and finally “make their peace, as the saying goes.

The second factor is that the moment of execution is unknown. If it could be predicted, the knowledge that it lies years ahead would be of little solace.

The individual would see each day as one step closer to doom. This is, of course, the case regardless, but not knowing when, humans find comfort in a gambler’s hope. The odds are against any particular day being the final one though obviously someday has to be.

This last thought, if entertained, becomes especially terrifying because, even with the oods in our favor at any given point in time, there also is the possibility that death is more imminent than we suspect.

And while we try not to dwell upon this, down deep inside we are always aware that any breath we draw could be our last. That adds to our insecurity, which is already great, for in the heart of even the happiest human there lurks a sadness born of the gnawing conviction that whatever preventive steps he may take, however hard he may try to postpone it, sooner or later his time must come.

Humans pray that when it comes, they will go quickly and painlessly, for above all they dread the fate of the elderly ones they see each day.

They see their grandparents, perhaps their parents, or those of others, in varying stages of decrepitude and senility, and when they contrast them in this condition with the picture they presented but a few years earlier, they can only assume that however hale and hearty they may feel today, they must nevertheless expect the same fate at the end of the road.

Recognition of this bleak prospect has led many psychologist to reject the Freudian doctrine that man’s basic drive is sexual, and to conclude instead that it is the fear of death.

And that the unrest of our times like that of all times, stems not from the various surface causes to which it is daily ascribed, but more deeply from the universal conviction that we must die.

A number of perceptive authors, over the years, have articulated the problem in graphic terms. For example, Alexander Woolcott wrote:

“You who are young now cannot hope to postpone until ripe age the first sense of your own world coming to an end. By the time you have reached the middle years, it may well be that people dearer to you than anyone can ever be again will already be ashes scattered to the winds.

Thereafter, one by one, the friends slip away Death seems to come oftener into your street than he used to do, now knocking at the house next-door, now touching on the shoulder the neighbor you were talking to only yesterday at sundown. You grow quite accustomed to the sound of this step under your window.”

And from the pen of Oscar Wilde come these discomforting words:

“What the gods give they quickly take away You have only a few years in which to live really, perfectly, and fully.

When your youth goes, your beauty will go with it, and then you will suddenly discover that there are no triumphs left for you

…….Every month as it wanes brings you nearer to something dreadful…You will become sallow and hollow-cheeked, and dull-eyed…

The pulse of joy that beats in us at twenty, becomes sluggish. Our limbs fail, our senses rot. We degenerate in hideous puppets…”

The frustration expressed by such authors is by no means peculiar to modern thought. The fearful specter of death is mentioned in many ancient documents. The Bible mourns the situation as follows:

Is there not an appointed time to man upon the earth? are not his days also like the days of an hireling?… My days are swifter than a weaver’s shuttle. and are spent without hope. – Job 7:1, 6

As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. For the wind passeth over it. and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more. – Psalms 103: 15-16

I made me great works; I builded me houses; I planted me vineyards: I made me gardens and orchards, and I planted trees in them of all kinds of fruits…

I got me servants and maidens… I had great possessions… I gathered me also silver and gold… So I was great…And whatsoever mine eyes desired I kept not from them, I withheld not my heart from joy; for my heart rejoiced in all my labour…

Then I looked on all the works that my hands had wrought, and on the labour that I had labored to do: and, behold, all was vanity and vexation of spirit, and there was no profit under the sun.

Then said I in my heart, As it happeneth to the fool, so it happenth even to me; and why was I then more wise?

… For.. how dieth the wise man? as the fool…Therefore I hated life; because the work that is wrought under the sun is grievous unto me: for all is vanity and vexation of spirit. – Ecclesiastes 2:4-5, 7-11, 15-17

For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. – James 4:14

Against this abominable situation, certain contemporary writers have registered vehement protests, In his “Optimism One,” F.M. Esfandiary rails:

If it is natural to die, then the hell with nature. We must rise above nature. We must refuse to die.

And Alan Harrington, author of “The Immortalist,” opens his book with this electrifying statement:

Death is an imposition on the human race, and no longer acceptable.

“Acceptable” or not, however, the race goes on accepting it. What else can it do? Hundreds of human beings die every day. Is there an alternative.

Some persons believe there is. In recent years the hope has been emerging, in certain circles, that eventually it may be possible to extend life considerably, if not indefinitely.

This is surely a positive outlook, but how good are its chances of coming to pass? And if it does manifest, is it really the answer?

I mean come on what OTW would want the white man to be free of death. He is as evil as evil can be when he knows that one day he too will die. If he thought that he could live forever, and never have to answer for the evil he does.

That would be hell on earth. For his race too, because history has shown that after he has enslaved the world under the white race’s cruelty.

He looks among his own for a bigger share. Out of that greed came WWI and WWII. The only countries in the “World” designation was the white nations at each other’s throats for the others possessions.

I always think of WW to mean White Wars I and White Wars II because both involved less than 5% of the world’s population dragging the other 90% into a battle between the 5%’s geed and lust for power.

Sure they mained and murdered about 100,000,000 people and changed the lives of a few billion in the process, but it was still an all white conflict.

I defy any reading this blog to intellectually refute the accuracy of that assertion. The Japanese don’t count. They did not start nor enter the war for conquest despite white lies to the contrary.

The USA had placed an embargo on them that prevented them from obtaining the fuel they needed to feed or keep warm their people.

And the forced alliance they made with the Germans was a farce because the Germans being white had no intention of honoring an agreement with a non white peoples.

White was the “master” race remember. A “master” needs slaves, If after, the war had been won by the Germans, then the Japanese would be elected the slaves.

Boy, you have a lot to learn about white men. We civilized this world. One has to break a few eggs to make an omelet. So a few wets, camel jockeys, niggers and slopes had to be relocated.

You are right about it being our war to win or lose. I figure we lost it the minute we gave those dessert rag niggers the right to be self determinant. They may be what you call an otw but essentially they are fucking stupid to be left in control of the world’s fuel.

We need to clean those rag heads clocks, take control of their oil fields and shut down their sick access to preteen pussy.

I figure you are getting your gumption from the fact that we allowed that other boy to enter the White House. That will be remedied come 2012. It will be the WHITE House once again.

President Obama hit out hard at Fox News in an interview with Rolling Stone.

In the interview, which was released Tuesday, Rolling Stone editor Jann Wenner asked Obama, “What do you think of Fox News? Do you think it’s a good institution for America and for democracy?”

    Obama’s response:
[Laughs] Look, as president, I swore to uphold the Constitution, and part of that Constitution is a free press. We’ve got a tradition in this country of a press that oftentimes is opinionated.

The golden age of an objective press was a pretty narrow span of time in our history. Before that, you had folks like Hearst who used their newspapers very intentionally to promote their viewpoints.

I think Fox is part of that tradition — it is part of the tradition that has a very clear, undeniable point of view. It’s a point of view that I disagree with. It’s a point of view that I think is ultimately destructive for the long-term growth of a country that has a vibrant middle class and is competitive in the world.

But as an economic enterprise, it’s been wildly successful. And I suspect that if you ask Mr. Murdoch what his number-one concern is, it’s that Fox is very successful.

The president’s comments are only the latest in a long line of battles between the Obama administration and Fox News. Last year, relations reached a low when then-Communications Director Anita Dunn publicly blasted the network, calling it “the communications arm of the Republican party.”

O’Reilly, Hannity Strike Back At Obama Criticism Of Fox News
Huffington Post | Jack Mirkinson First Posted: 09-29-10 12:56 PM | Updated: 09-29-10 12:56 PM
Fox News hosts Bill O’Reilly and Sean Hannity responded Tuesday to President Obama’s criticism of their network.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Obama said Fox News has a point of view that is “ultimately destructive” to the growth of the country.

“How on earth is Fox News hurting the middle class?” O’Reilly wondered aloud during a segment with Alan Colmes and Monica Crowley Tuesday night.

O’Reilly also said Obama criticized Fox because “50 percent of the commentators” on the network disagreed with the president, as opposed to other media outlets who “still love him.”

Hannity, though, expressed outrage at the comments, leading his show with his reponse to Obama.

“Once again, we are seeing if you disagree with the president’s left-wing agenda, you do so at your own risk,” he said, before blasting Obama for his economic and foreign policy.

“Mr. President, this network did not put into place policies that are going to result in higher taxes, higher health care premiums and fewer jobs,” Hannity said.

How can you argue with that logic?

We all know Rupert Murdoch doesn’t give a hoot about America. He’s been given citizenship only because it was a requirement for him to own the FOX network. He will shill fake patriotism and fake fervor and fake whatever it takes to get more viewership and more money into his coffers. He made a media empire out of selling snake oil to the masses in America. Murdoch would defecate on the U.S. Constitution in public if it would bring more viewers.

Anyone who listens to FOX News and believes it is ‘fair and balanced’ is either a t00l or living in denial. If America falls, Murdoch can just go home to Australia or move to some other country. To him it would be no big deal, but to those of us who are ‘stuck’ here because we can’t afford to live abroad, we would be left to clean up the mess, much like we are trying to do now after 8 years of Republican leadership.

    Marty’s Favorite Self-Help Books

    Martin Edelston
    Boardroom Inc.

The right books at the right time can dramatically change your life.

They did that for me, but there are so many out there that it’s hard to know where to start. So — here is a list of my favorite favorites. Each is a powerful tool that anyone can use to start living a happier, more effective life.

How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie is one of the greatest self-help books of all time, offering straightforward and commonsense advice.

It taught me better communication, how to win over people to support my way of thinking and how to be a more compassionate person.

The Power of Positive Thinking by Norman Vincent Peale — an old friend of mine — showed me how to stop worrying, get control of my life and succeed at anything that I put my mind to.

The book’s main message is that your attitude determines everything in your life, so the more you believe in yourself, the more you can achieve.

Lateral Thinking by Edward de Bono taught me to attack a problem from every possible angle, rather than using a limited approach.

It’s a great book for anyone who wants to unlock the power of thinking and transform problems into opportunities.

How to Get Control of Your Time and Your Life by Alan Lakein is for any of us who feels that there are not enough hours in the day.

This little book is bursting with advice on how to identify which tasks will yield the most benefit, being more productive by doing less and even making the most of a coffee break.

How I Raised Myself from Failure to Success in Selling by Frank Bettger is the story of a man who completely failed as a salesman — but then turned everything around and in just over 10 years had enough money to retire.

Bettger lets you in on the secrets of being confident, finding out what your client really wants and how to learn the most from your successes and failures.

Games People Play by Eric Berne, MD, explains what’s really happening when people interact.

Dr. Berne thinks we’re always playing “games” — the habits we fall back on, subconsciously, when interacting with other people.

Haven’t we all met people who play the “Why does this always happen to me” game? Learning about the most common games people play gives us great insight into what really is going on in conversations and can help us avoid getting sucked into games that we don’t want to play.
