    FOODS THAT LOWER BLOOD PRESSURE

One-third of adults in this country have high blood pressure, and the worst part of it is that about one-quarter of them don’t know it.

Though high blood pressure (or hypertension) has no symptoms, it kills more than 56,000 men and women a year in the US alone and is a huge risk factor for heart disease.

While many people are well-aware that taking in excess sodium in foods and beverages contributes to the problem, fewer know that there is a long list of foods that actually help reduce blood pressure… and that eating these foods regularly really can help keep your blood pressure under control!

    IT’S ALL ABOUT BALANCE

Being attuned to the ratio of sodium to potassium in your diet is as important as restricting sodium, I was told by Mark Houston, MD, director of the Hypertension Institute in Nashville.

Research dating back more than 30 years has demonstrated the symbiotic relationship between these two minerals and that balancing them is critical to good health, he explained.

That message hasn’t been received by most Americans, however — our average American diet is woefully high in sodium and low in potassium, along with magnesium, another mineral important for regulating blood pressure.

That’s a shame, said Dr. Houston, “Even if you had a very high sodium intake, you could negate some of the negative impact by having a high intake of potassium and magnesium.”

What we need: The Institute of Medicine now recommends that adults consume at least 4,700 mg of potassium (from foods, not supplements) a day to reduce blood pressure and blunt the effects of salt.

The key word is “consume,” notes Dr. Houston, adding that supplementing with potassium can be deadly and therefore should be done only under the close monitoring of a physician.

The Recommended Dietary Allowance for magnesium is 420 mg/day for women and 320 mg/day for men.

    PLENTIFUL POTASSIUM

What foods are highest in potassium and magnesium? Certain fruits and vegetables, the very kinds of foods most Americans don’t get enough of.

Though the current dietary guidelines recommend eight to 10 servings of fruits and veggies a day for adults (which comes to about 3½ to 6½ cups), average consumption among Americans is a paltry three servings daily.

Several studies, most notably the DASH (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) study, have shown that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can significantly lower blood pressure — and many experts believe that this is due to the increased amount of potassium such diets provide.

But not all fruits and vegetables are created equal when it comes to potassium. The following foods are potassium heavyweights…

Swiss chard. An unsung nutritional hero, Swiss chard packs an impressive potassium punch — 966 mg per cup… and it gets bonus points for also providing 150 mg of magnesium!

Bananas. One medium banana contains 422 mg of potassium, 32 mg of magnesium and more than three grams of fiber.

Spinach. One cup of this nutrient-rich super food contains 839 mg of potassium, not to mention 157 mg of magnesium.

Tomato juice. You’ll get 556 mg of potassium in one cup of tomato juice — but check the label, because many brands contain lots of sodium.

Orange and grapefruit juice. One cup of orange juice contains 472 mg of potassium (more than a banana!) and, with 378 mg per cup, grapefruit juice is close behind.

Dried apricots. A plentiful source of potassium, dried apricots contain 407 mg per half cup. But don’t overdo — they’re high in sugar and calories.

Yams and sweet potatoes. One cup of cubed cooked yams has 911 mg of potassium and provides 5.3 grams of fiber.

The easier-to-find sweet potato is also a great source, with one medium baked sweet potato (with skin) providing 508 mg of potassium.

Avocados. Don’t hate these fruits (yup, they’re fruits) because they’re high in fat — it’s the same heart-healthy fat found in olive oil.

They’re great sources of potassium, too — a single Florida avocado contains 1,067 mg of potassium, while its California cousin contains 690 mg.

Worth knowing: Florida avocados are a bit lower in calories than their California brethren (227 calories vs. 365 per ounce).

Cantaloupe. One cup of cubed cantaloupe contains 494 mg of potassium, plus a significant amount of vitamin A and beta-carotene.

Figs. One-half cup of dried figs delivers 506 mg of potassium. Bonus: They’re also very high in fiber (more than 7.5 g per half cup)… but be aware that figs are also high in sugar.

Peaches. One large peach contains 322 mg of potassium.

Dates. The two most widely available varieties of dates are both good sources of potassium. Medjool dates contain 167 mg of potassium, and Deglet noor dates have about 150 mg of potassium.

Beans. Beans are quite high in potassium, and it almost doesn’t matter which kind you get.

Per cup, kidney beans contain 713 mg (and 80 mg of magnesium)… black beans, 611 mg potassium (and 120 mg of magnesium)… chickpeas (garbanzo beans) have 477 mg potassium (79 mg of magnesium)… and the superstar is the obscure adzuki bean, delivering 1,224 mg of potassium (and 120 mg of magnesium) per cup.

Kale. One cup of chopped, raw kale contains only 39 calories yet delivers 417 mg of potassium as well as 53 mg of vitamin C! Serving suggestion:

Try tossing with some olive oil, pine nuts and dried cranberries, suggests nutritionist Jonny Bowden, author of The Healthiest Meals on Earth.

    A BIT HERE AND A BIT THERE…

While the above list represents an all-star group of blood pressure-lowering foods, there are plenty of others that can help get you to your goal of 4,700 mg of potassium per day.

Three pitted prunes, one kiwi or a cup of broccoli each deliver around 250 mg of potassium… a medium apple provides 195 mg… and a small 1.5-ounce box of raisins contains 322 mg.

“A high intake of potassium — as well as the magnesium and calcium often contained in the same foods — may improve blood pressure levels and reduce coronary artery disease and stroke,” Dr. Houston concluded.

You may be surprised to learn about the blood pressure benefits available from some of the other good-for-you foods that you are likely already eating…

Celery. Celery is a centuries-old traditional Chinese medicine treatment for high blood pressure, and various contemporary research studies affirm its benefit.

Besides being rich in potassium, celery also contains 3-n-butyl phthalide, a compound that allows better blood flow by relaxing muscles in the walls of blood vessels.

Garlic. A review article in the Journal of Clinical Hypertension called garlic “an agent with some evidence of benefit” in reducing high blood pressure, with some estimates saying that it can reduce blood pressure by 2%. Garlic contains the vasodilator and muscle-relaxing compound adenosine.

Beet juice. Beets contain abundant nitrates, helpful in controlling blood pressure.

Research from the Queen Mary University of London found that high blood pressure returned to normal levels when subjects were given two cups of beet juice per day.

Brown rice. Recent research has shown that compounds in brown rice protect against hypertension by blocking an enzyme (angiotensin II) that increases blood pressure.

    AND DON’T FORGET D!

Dr. Houston very much wanted Daily Health News readers to know that there is one supplement that is particularly important for blood pressure:

Vitamin D, because it helps regulate a hormone called renin. “If Vitamin D is low, renin is increased,” Dr. Houston explained, adding “this, in turn, causes the arteries to constrict and increase blood pressure.”

For more on renin and its affect on blood pressure, see Daily Health News, “Blood Pressure Medication Breakthrough,” January 4, 2011… and for additional information on how to get the right amount of D for your optimal health, see Daily Health News, “Is Vitamin D Dangerous?,” January 20, 2011.

The Hunt scam needs to continue to put down Obama to get the bigots to buy his scam without too much discernment.

    Here’s the latest:

Porter on the State of the Union… Why the public won’t acknowledge the muni crisis until it’s too late… World Dominators producing huge profits…

Have you ever wondered why the State of the Union speech involves so much pomp and posing?

You don’t have to be an astute political analyst to realize the whole charade is propaganda designed to make people feel good about the government. But why bother?

Why risk embarrassing yourself on Jon Stewart’s “Daily Show” program by saying something stupid… or something that’s exactly the opposite of what you promised last year?

For example, in 2009, President Obama said, “Done right, earmarks have given legislators the opportunity to direct federal money to worthy projects that benefit people in their districts and that’s why I’ve opposed their outright elimination.”

If you’re a new subscriber to Stansberry’s Investment Advisory, you can find the five End of America special reports we promised on our homepage. Log in and look for “Publications” on the left side of the screen. Click on “Stansberry’s Investment Advisory.” You’ll see a list of options… Choose the fourth option, “End of America.” You will find every report there. But last night, the same president, standing in the very same room, talking to essentially the same audience, said exactly the opposite. He was grandstanding to the new political mood and scolded the assembled lawmakers. He issued a “warning” that he would veto any bill that contained so much as a single earmark.

What a phony. What a liar. Why go on national TV and prove it?

If Obama doesn’t want to, who’s going to force him? His government is the world’s only superpower, with troops in more than 100 countries. It listens to every phone call that’s dialed. It reads every email that’s sent. It watches every road. It looks at every financial transaction.

Our government is so powerful, it can borrow $0.40 of every dollar it spends while demanding the rest of the world use its paper money. Its own courts are afraid of ruling against it, to the point of ignoring the plain language of our own Constitution.

So… why bother with this charade?

The most important element to a stable society is the idea (the lie, mostly) that the government is legitimate. Government is violence and coercion. Government is force. And for that force to be tolerated by millions, it must appear to be legitimate.

Any information or arguments that the government is corrupt or inept is dangerous because it threatens its legitimacy. That’s why there’s such a tremendous fight over the obvious corruption between state employee unions and elected officials. That’s why no one wants to explain to the American people that our federal government is bankrupt. We’re printing money because it’s better to steal from our creditors than admit our government is inept.

And that’s why the State of the Union is such a spectacle. See The State in all its glory…

But remember this: Our State, as powerful as it is, relies on an assumption that’s made collectively by millions of Americans.

We must believe the people we saw on TV last night are fundamentally good and honest people. We must never come to doubt the character of those people or the process they used to gain power.

If that happens, our State, even though it’s the most powerful in the world, could quickly collapse. It is nothing without the consent of the governed. And our consent depends entirely on its legitimacy.

I believe our government is in imminent danger of losing its legitimacy. Why?

Our federal government is bankrupt and threatening to bankrupt several generations of Americans. At some point – one that is rapidly approaching –Americans will repudiate these debts and the legitimacy of the government that incurred them.

Unaffordable foreign debts and the obvious perfidy of “quantative easing” will soon render our currency worthless. It is a shame upon the honor of our country that we would even consider using the printing press to finance our debts… It is a high crime that we have done so. The world will long remember the way we have treated our creditors.

Over the last 50 years, the government became a socialist tool. It steals assets from responsible, hard-working citizens and distributes them to others, mainly on the basis of political patronage. At some point, these policies become self-destructive. So many people end up on the dole, the government has no way to finance their needs. We have reached that point. Today, more than half of all voters pay zero federal income taxes.

Our aggressive foreign policy has created billions of enemies overseas while propping up regimes that would disgust most Americans – like the Saudis.

Most critically… our government is for sale. As the price of influence in Washington continues to escalate, it will become impossible to deny the patently obvious truth: Government policy is awarded to the highest bidder and our “free” elections are essentially rigged by the massive sums spent on advertising for candidates.

While I look forward to the day my fellow citizens begin to see their government as it really is, I also fear that day for it will surely mark the beginning of an “interesting” moment in history.

In today’s mailbag, a question about trailing stops and praise for Dan’s World Dominators. Questions or praise? Send it here… feedback@stansberryresearch.com.

“I’m glad someone asked the question about the 50% trailing stop. It meant something different than I thought it did. Please explain how dividends play into that.” – Paid-up subscriber JP Mayo

Goldsmith comment: Some editors disregard dividends when calculating trailing stop losses. Others add the accumulated dividends to the current price. Please consult the individual publication for the correct strategy.

“Just wanted to let you know how integral world dominators are to my investment portfolio. World dominators in my portfolio include – [six World Dominators]. I am looking to add [another World Dominator] at any pullbacks. At age 44, I plan to let these compound in my Roth IRA for as long as possible. I like Doc Eifric’s approach and frequently sell covered calls 10% above market price 2-3 months out. Looks like I will finally get called out on [two positions].

“In addition, I have just started using his strategy of using the covered call income to purchase LEAPs on the shares and sell even more covered calls. The incremental gains are starting to snow ball. It is bringing a steady stream of dividends (which are reinvested with DRIPS) and covered call income. I recently started a custodial account for my daughter and her first purchase was Intel – at age 8, her dividends should compound nicely.

“My other favorites are True Income – it has been a huge money maker (please don’t cancel it!) Advanced Income and Retirement Millionaire.” – Paid-up subscriber Scott M.

“I am an adherent to your investment philosophy and have made the World Dominators the core of my portfolio. I have spent a career on trading desks and being responsible for a department of risk taking bond traders spread across New York, London and Tokyo. We had to bid and offer in competition with the largest banks in the world and take the positions on our books. We also took proprietary positions. So I know a lot about risk and the psychology of gains and losses.

“Your advice on the World Dominators and Porter’s global macro-economic picks make up 95% of my risk in the market. I realize short time periods are artificial but the performance of the last two years has been what I have looked for my whole investing career – positive returns on positions that I most likely won’t get scared out of. My portfolio was up 60% in 2009 and 27% last year (a doubling of portfolio value in two years). Goldsmith published my monthly returns in 2010 in the January 21 Digest. I have started out at a loss on many of the Extreme Value picks. I have only sold two for a loss, St. Joe and HRB. All others have come back to profitability. Often I have stayed with a stock that was down because of your repeated emphasis on studying the business, not the stock price.

“I did not set out to achieve such returns so quickly, it just happened from trading the picks which are well thought out and sticking with the macro themes. Keep it coming, guys.” – Paid-up subscriber Anonymous

Thanks Mike for the Heads-up. Here is the Republican slant on Obama’s speech via Newt Gingrich.
    =====================

LOSING THE FUTURE VERSUS WINNING THE FUTURE: Reflections on President Obama’s 2011 State of the Union
    by Newt Gingrich

I sympathized with Speaker John Boehner as he sat behind President Obama last night.

I had been in the same position with President Clinton back in January, 1995.

On the one hand the Republican Speaker is the leader of the opposition party and deeply disagrees with much of the speech he is being forced to listen to.

On the other hand as Speaker of the House you are the host to the President and both institutional history and common courtesy require a positive and pleasant demeanor.

From the experience of sitting through 16 State of the Unions from the floor and four from the perspective of the Speaker’s chair, let me offer a few observations about last night’s speech.

    A Shocking Prediction for 2011
    Stansberry & Associates

Click here to watch the full video presentation…

Winning the Future…couldn’t have said it better myself!
I started with my first State of the Union as Speaker when I sat behind President Clinton because there has been a lot of speculation about whether President Obama will move to the center as President Clinton did after the 1994 Republican revolution.

Of course, President Clinton’s flight to the center is credited for saving his presidency after a devastating defeat just two years into his first term.

So after an even greater Republican landslide in 2010, and as President Obama eyes a tough reelection with an economy in much worse shape, the question is whether President Obama will make a similar move to the center and try to co-opt much of the Republican agenda as his own.

Well, it certainly felt like “déjà vu all over again” this weekend when people started emailing me asking how I felt about the President picking the theme winning the future” for his State of the Union address.

I wrote a book in 2005 called Winning the Future: A 21st Century Contract with America.

Was President Obama setting the stage to adopt elements of my 21st Century Contract with America, just as President Clinton embraced the original Contract with America?

    Winning the Future…for big government
What we heard last night did echo some themes from Winning the Future.

The basic plot was expressed – the need to compete with China and India, reform our tax code, stand up for human rights across the globe, defeat the terrorists, solve the challenge of illegal immigration, and improve math and science learning.

But it was clear that when it came down to hard policy proposals (with a few exceptions), the President’s vision was still big government dressed up in moderate clothing.

The most obvious example was in the President’s disingenuous suggestion of a 5 year discretionary spending freeze as a way to deal with our huge deficit. This after two years of a spending binge unlike this country has ever seen.

Imagine if your son or daughter came home from college after racking up a huge debt on your credit card and said, “I’ve got great news! I’m going to freeze the amount I’m spending every month at the absurdly high level I have established already!”

The President is trying to protect the big government he has created, not bring it back within its proper constitutional limits.

President Obama evoked the memory of JFK by talking about a new “Sputnik moment” in the context of competing with China and India.

But JFK understood that the best way of winning the future was to get big government out of the way to unleash the creativity of the American people, not “freeze” it.

The only proposals we heard from President Obama to cut taxes were on the condition that other taxes were raised. Reshuffling our corporate tax code is not going to create jobs.

Compare President Obama to JFK, who said in 1962:

“Our true choice is not between tax reduction, on the one hand, and the avoidance of large Federal deficits on the other. It is increasingly clear that no matter what party is in power, so long as our national security needs keep rising, an economy hampered by restrictive tax rates will never produce enough revenues to balance our budget just as it will never produce enough jobs or enough profits… In short, it is a paradoxical truth that tax rates are too high today and tax revenues are too low and the soundest way to raise the revenues in the long run is to cut the rates now.”

The truth is, what we heard last night from President Obama was not the pro free enterprise talk of JFK. It was the big government of LBJ.

    Lessons from 1995-96
President Obama used yet another clever euphemism for even more big government spending.

Now that the American taxpayer understands that stimulus” means more spending and more debt, Obama is now calling even more spending and even more debt “investment.”

But ask yourself a simple question.

After seeing the failure of the stimulus spending with all those so-called “shovel ready” projects, would you now want to pay higher taxes and incur more debt for those same shovel ready projects just as long as they are now calling them “investments”?

If stimulus and investment are both about more spending and more debt, can we really say the President moved to the center last night, or instead doubled down on big government?

This brings us back to my first State of the Union as Speaker in 1995.

It is important to remember that President Clinton did not immediately move to the center. His famous declaration that “the era of big government is over” did not occur in the 1995 State of the Union. It was in 1996.

In fact, President Clinton fought us for months. He vetoed welfare reform twice. It wasn’t until he realized that he would lose reelection that he eventually relented, signed welfare reform, and adopted many other items in the Contract with America, including balancing the budget, tax cuts, and entitlement reform.

We didn’t do everything perfectly during our battles with President Clinton, but we won on the issues by being principled and tough – a lesson House Republicans should keep in mind in the days ahead.

President Obama is scheduled to present his budget to Congress on February 13th, ostensibly with this proposed spending freeze to try and create the impression he is serious about the deficit.

If Republicans calmly explain to the American people why a simple freeze won’t do the job, the vast majority of Americans will immediately understand and side with them in their desire to oppose big government spending and restore limited government.

We can win on the issues today like we did in 1995.

Remember the 1996 Republicans were the first reelected House GOP majority since 1928. If you win for the first time in 68 years you are doing something right. Standing by our principles and standing up to a liberal President were the keys to that success.

We have discovered that the aliens that were forced to leave the earth because of the oil spill left a little attempt of revenge behind. They place a device in several volcanos in Yellowstone Park in Wyoming.

This device is calculated to produce more than a 1,000 cubic miles of ash and lava when they erupt. If we cannot prevent it from erupting it could destroy the continental US, and produce a worldwide calamity.

    =====================================

Dr. Mercola 13 Raises Red Flags on the 13 Most Dangerous Drugs
    December 17th, 2010 | 0 Comments in Big Pharma,Crestor,Dr. Joseph Mercola,Lamictal,Lipitor,Lyrica,Tamoxifen,Topomax,dangerous drugs,dr. mercola,statins

Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs are among the most dangerous substances known to man. But due to the greed of big pharmaceutical companies, many prescription drugs have joined this list.

Even if an over-the-counter or prescription drug has been subjected to unbiased, stringent, long-term testing, anything can happen when it is released into the uncontrolled environment of your body, natural health expert Dr. Joseph Mercola points out.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not require independent testing. It merely accepts safety studies from Big Pharma, which are frequently biased and contain skewed results to fast-track drug approval.

Drug manufacturers rarely investigate a drug’s interaction with other drugs. “Popping a pill nowadays is like playing Russian roulette since no drug can be labeled as ‘100 percent safe.’ The more drugs you take, the greater the potential danger to your health,” Dr. Mercola warns.

Here’s a list of the most dangerous legal drugs that even most doctors probably won’t take:

    1. Advair (GlaxoSmithKline)

Used to treat asthma, Advair contains salmeterol, which can increase the severity of an asthma attack. Salmeterol-based drugs contribute to an estimated 5,000 asthma-related deaths each year in the U.S. alone.

    2. Ambien (Sanofi-Aventis)

Sedatives like Ambien only decrease get-to-sleep time by 18 minutes and can cause somnambulism side effects – resulting in people driving, walking, having sex, or making phone calls while asleep.

    3. Avandia (GlaxoSmithKline)

A diabetes drug that makes fat cells more insulin-responsive to control blood sugar levels, Avandia has been linked to a 43 percent increased risk of heart attack and a 64 percent higher risk of cardiovascular death among its users compared to patients using other treatment methods.

    4. Boniva (Roche)

Women are advised to avoid lying down after taking this postmenopausal anti-osteoporosis drug, which can cause abdominal pain, arm pain, back pain, bronchitis, diarrhea, headaches, heartburn, indigestion, and leg pain.

    5. Celebrex (Pfizer)

Used by arthritis sufferers as a painkiller, Celebrex has been associated with increased risks of kidney problems, liver damage, and stomach bleeding. According to a 2005 study, those taking 200 mg of Celebrex twice a day more than doubled their risk of dying of cardiovascular disease, while those taking 400 mg twice a day more than tripled their risk.

    6. Chantix (Pfizer)

The FDA has received more than 1,000 reports of health problems and injuries among users of this anti-smoking drug during the first quarter of 2008 alone. That’s more adverse reaction reports than from the top 10 bestselling brand-name drugs combined! These include 28 deaths from suicide. Chantix is associated with agitation, anxiety, depression, dizziness, loss of consciousness, mood swings, muscle spasms, nervousness, suicidal behavior, impaired driving ability, and unexplained behavior.

    7. Crestor (AstraZeneca) and Lipitor (Pfizer)

These are two ineffective and over-prescribed statins or cholesterol-lowering drugs. Statin drugs impair important biochemical functions in your body and deplete the supply of the coenzyme CoQ10, leading to fatigue, heart failure, muscle weakness and soreness.

    8. Humira (Abbott) and Prolia (Amgen)

Humira is believed to worsen psoriasis – a disease it is supposed to treat. Both drugs are injectable biologics made from genetically engineered hamster cells that suppress your immune system. They can cause lethal infections, lymphoma, melanoma, tuberculosis, and cancer in children and teenagers.

    9. Lamictal (GlaxoSmithKline), Lyrica (Pfizer), and Topomax (Johnson & Johnson)

Now prescribed for pain, these epilepsy seizure drugs increase the risk of suicidal thoughts and behavior. All three drugs can result in memory loss and hair loss.

    10. Premarin and Prempro (Pfizer)

Used for hormone replacement therapy, Prempro and Premarin cause a 50 percent increase in blood clots, a 26 percent increase in breast cancer risk, a 29 percent increase in heart attack risk, and a 41 percent increase in stroke risk. These have also been linked to Alzheimer’s disease, asthma, cataracts, deafness, dementia, gout, joint degeneration, lupus, cancers (endometrial, gall bladder, lung, melanoma, and ovarian), scleroderma, and urinary incontinence.

    11. Ritalin (Novartis)
Despite having the same pharmacological profile as cocaine, this drug is commonly prescribed to children diagnosed with ADHD. It stimulates the central nervous system, causing side effects such as increased blood pressure and heart rate. Short-term use can cause chromosomal damage, while long-term use can lead to severe health problems including cancer.

    12. Tamoxifen (Zeneca)
A powerful drug used to treat breast cancer, Tamoxifen is associated with birth defects and atrophy of the uterine lining, coexisting hyperplasia, and uterine polyps in women.

    13. Yasmin and Yaz (Bayer)
In a study, these over-hyped birth control pills were associated with blood clots, gall bladder disease, heart attacks, and strokes among 18-year-olds.

I, as a white man who is proud of what we have made of this country, I can understand the frustration whites have with a black man in the White House.

America is 80% white. Why should we be content with a nigger in the White House? Image the embarrassment when we visit other countries with this coon in the White House? I’m staying home until we get his black ass out in November 2012.

I’m sending over a helping of ZL luvin’ on your special day!

Marcus, how about you just stay home, period.

Obama is the one president I’m proud to have representing the US, all the others have been old white guys who’ve accomplished what exactly…? This current debacle is not Obama’s fault, it’s the cummalitive affect of all your stupid white male greed and callousness. Accept it.

  44. Anna of Guam Says:

    Hafa Adai.

Seldom do I have the pleasure of posting so many good things at once. First I get to wish you MIchelle a very Happy Birthday. I hope you party till the wee of dawn.

Second I get to congratulate a Northern Mariana Islander Judge Ramona Villagomez Manglona of Saipan for being appointed to serve as judge for the federal District Court5 for the Northern Marianna Islands.

This is great because for the first time the federal District Court judge will be someone who is from our local community, who knows us and will bring the benefit of that knowledge to her work.

And of course she’s a woman. We owe the foresight and courage of President Obama for choosing a woman and one from the Northern Marianna’s.

AS you have often stated Michelle. This President stands way above his predecessors in empathizing with all the American people. He is a man of his convictions. One who is not afraid to risk political suicide to do what he thinks is right for all the people.

When i use people in that sense I mean the people of the world. Yes he has America’s interest in his heart, but he has figured out a way to help his country without hurting the other people who must live on this planet also.

If he runs again, I will vote for him.

    Happy Birthday Michelle

    Anna

  45. George Says:

Hafa adai Michelle and Happy Birthday. I hope you party all month as you said you would. To hell with calorie counting, nap time. This is your time to howl! Make sure the hubby gives it to you every night and take it if he doesn’t.

Life is way too short to miss the one day life became a reality for you. I love birthdays. It brings out the joy of life. It makes me love Guam because of its simplicity and beauty. Two things that you have an abundance of.

You bring much happiness to others who count on your blog for the real truth and I am sure you are equally as helpful to others who do not read it.

I look forward to a visit by you the Island. We will show you a very good time.

My sincere thank you for all you do.

This is America. We speak English here. If you must post, do it in English. Otherwise no one else but you and your lousy countrymen can read that shit.

Oh, and fuck you and your birthday Michelle. You coddle those potential illegal immigrants and third world countries.

This blog is traitorous to all that White America stands for. You are a traitor to the white race. You should be ashamed of yourself. This is what happens when the state interferes with a man’s right to discipline his bitch.

I mean we could correct such negative behavior with a cane as long as it was not bigger that the roundness of a man’s thumb. That was plenty of protection for any woman. And it left of the men with ample ability to employ corrective punishment for
out of line cunts like Michelle.

This is a white man’s world and we white men need to take back our leadership roles.

  56. Ted Says:

Steve, George what makes you think that the rest of us white men will put you in charge or even go along with you insanity? I may not agree with all or even most of what is said on this blog, but I certainly don’t go along with your rantings.

I would suggest some anger management courses but I doubt that would help. I believe America should stay predominantly white also. After all it is our race that founded this country.

But I don’t believe that we should belittle those that are our fellow americans in this great country. Neither do I believe that white women should be treated in an unequal manner.

Your manner makes our work that much harder. You should shut up and follow our lead. We will get you where you want to be. There is no need to alarm the country by spewing racial hatred.

Show your anger at the polls. Gather the votes needed to bring about the change you argue for. Wake up the white people in this country to what is happening to this once great nation.

You two are an embarrassment to our efforts to motivate and galvanize the masses to our side. We will need the votes of some of those minorities that you may alienate with your racist tirades on this blog.

There are many minorities that support our cause and want to bring greatness back to America. We will need their support in the field and at the polls.

Do the cause, us and yourselves a favor and stay off this blog with racial insults and anger. If you must speak do so with the points that the party puts forth.

Make an effort to deliver intelligent counter points to the liberal rhetoric. We have several sources for you to go to for help in that area. For starters visit:

    Human Events Financial

Your goal should be to win back the White House by political awareness and organization.

    Sincerely

  57. Doug The Main Dude Says:

uh…right, Ted…the eloquence is overwhelming. See, people, racism can be eloquent. Add some sugar and a little cinnamon to anything and people will eat it all up.

How to Tip if Cash is Tight at the Holidays

    Anna Post
    The Emily Post Institute

How much and whom you tip depends on many variables, such as the quality and frequency of service. Give cash or a check to people who need it the most.

A good rule of thumb is about a week’s pay or the cost of one session (a single guitar lesson, for example)… for other people you may not know very well, a small gift of a baked good, candle or soap is a good idea.

If your budget is very tight, a handwritten note is always nice and lets the person know that you’re thinking of him/her.
