Good morning!
Rose: I was about to respond to you with a, “Thanks for the info! I am in dressing rooms a lot.” But before I did, I decided to check what you posted, first on Snopes. Only because the post seemed a bit suspicious to me. I’ve learned the hard way about passing along info that isn’t exactly true.
When I checked Snopes, they found the information to be “false”. Hmm…Why? Ruby discovered that her uncle had several 2-way mirrors in his house. Evidently, the fingernail test worked for her. It was then I decided to read Snopes write to find out why. It turns out Snopes and the advice were both correct. It was the terminology used to describe the item that wasn’t exactly correct, which is why they labeled it “false”.
The mirror that Ruby discovered was not 2-way mirror, nor was it the expensive first-surface mirror that Snopes talked about. As Snopes said that type of mirror, while it would allow the fingernails to touch, would not be used in a bathroom because of its expensiveness. What Ruby discovered was a “transparent mirror.”
The fingernail test, although it is not the most reliable test to do, it evidently helped Ruby and her aunt discover her scoundrel of an uncle, thanks to Rose’s post. But If you want to determine if it is definitely a “transparent mirror”, and you don’t want to “hurl an object” into the mirror as the article suggested, I would suggest that you read Snopes, as there are better tests based on the more obvious physical features of “transparent mirrors”. One of them being that the real mirror hangs on a wall, the transparent mirror is part of the wall.
To read the rest of Snopes findings, Click here. I found it interesting, Perhaps you will too. Unfortunately snopes doesn’t allow you to copy and past. :(
Thanks Rose for peaking my interest, and Ruby for inspiring me to want to investigate it further. All in all, the advice was worth heeding. When in question It is usually good to err on your side. For you, Ruby, regardless of whether the terminology was correct, the information lead to the discovery in your uncle’s house.

Hey Jackie: Welcome! Believe me, sometimes it’s a bit overwhelming for me too.
Hi Glenda: Thank you and welcome to you too! I’m happy to hear that you find my blog to be helpful for you. Good luck in school. Keep reading. When new girls are needed, I always post it here. Any girl who volunteers to be beamed up into space has the potential to be one of my girlz.
Doug: I love watching Elena Lev – she is so amazing at her craft. Thank you for the nice reminder that my hoops are gathering dust. And yes Lacy, I am a very lucky girl.
With respect to your link on Trump: I loved Whoopi before and I love her even more now. I don’t know how she contains herself. I would’ve been jumping out of my seat with anger and frustration toward Trump…and Hasselbeck – Ugh…she just rubs me so wrong; the way she sits there with that smirk on her face. It’s not the first time she’s shown her racist side.
Zen Lill, Lisa: I so wished I had received it. I have so few republican friends; they all know me well enough to know not to send it to me. I’d love to hear any reactions that you get. Blog it.
Heddie: Hi and welcome! I used to watch General Hospital soo many years ago. Can’t say I was hooked but I had many friend that were. I am always so shocked that soap is still on the air. So…are you hooked on the blog too? :) It does get pretty steamy here.
AH: I am not much into cowboys, but I know aliens love that time period as well as country music. However I did find your chronicle interesting. Once again, the white guy gets away with murder… a typical thug with a gun trying to be something bigger than what he really is…a coward.
Oh…But I have to say I loved the bit about the banquet. And hilarious that Adam was running off, absconding with the seconds in hand. Too funny. I bet Adam wants Bita to steer again. Can I come along some time? :) Nice to hear from you again. Oh and Doug: Your addition was a hoot too. It seems you were up a bit earlier than you thought. :)
Quote of the day honoring Women’s History Month. I love this one:

Readers: It’s Friday. Flap whatever moves you . :)
Blog me.
Lastly, greed over a great story is surfacing from my “loyal”(?) readers. With all this back and forth about who owns what, that appears on my blog, let me reiterate that all material posted on my blog becomes the sole property of my blog. If you want to reserve any proprietary rights don’t post it to my blog. I will prominently display this caveat on my blog from now on to remind those who may have forgotten this notice.
Gratefully your blog host,

Alycedale, you asked for some other reasons why the races shouldn’t mix. Here are a few that came to mind.
Read:
Race, Evolution and Behavior – Dr. Philip Rushton
Why Race Matters – Dr. Micheal Levin
The Bell Curve – Drs. Herndon and Murray
There is also evidence that mixed race genetics can cause medical problems. This I have not investigated fully but after the reading the above mentioned, reviewing life experiences, etc. it was just icing on the cake.

Hidden Red Flag for Heart Attack and Stroke: Peripheral Artery Disease Can Easily Be Confused with Ordinary Aches and Pains
Michael S. Conte, MD
How serious is peripheral artery disease (PAD)? We all know that plaque in arteries near the heart can lead to heart attack and plaque in the arteries of the neck and brain can lead to stroke.
With PAD, plaque is typically found in arteries that supply blood to the legs — an indication that blood flow also may be inhibited throughout the body, which increases risk for heart attack and stroke, as well as severe disability or loss of a limb.
Doctors have long been aware of PAD, but the disease has received relatively little attention because patients either don’t have symptoms or have only mild or moderate ones that are wrongly attributed to normal signs of aging.
What’s new: The link between PAD and cardiovascular disease is now so strong that virtually all doctors agree that a diagnosis of PAD warrants a checkup and monitoring by a vascular specialist.
What you need to know to protect yourself or a loved one…
ARE YOU AT RISK?
PAD is surprisingly common. It affects up to 10 million Americans. Because PAD is associated with the same risk factors as heart attack and stroke, the risk for PAD is higher among adults who are over age 50 and/or people who have elevated cholesterol or high blood pressure.
Having diabetes doubles the risk of developing PAD. Prediabetes also increases risk. But the greatest risk comes from smoking.
At least 80% of people with PAD are current or former smokers. Statistically, the worst combination is smoking and having diabetes — when combined, they increase the risk of developing PAD fivefold.
SYMPTOMS CAN BE TRICKY
PAD is dangerous because it can creep up on you without causing symptoms. In fact, up to half of people with PAD do not have symptoms.
When symptoms do occur, they start out mild and may be easy to dismiss. Because blood flow is compromised, activities that involve the use of the legs — walking, for example — can become more difficult and feel more tiring.
As plaque blockages become more severe, PAD causes intermittent claudication — legs become painful or achy or cramp up while walking.
At first, a person with PAD may experience symptoms of intermittent claudication only after walking long distances or up a hill or while climbing stairs.
The discomfort usually goes away after sitting down and resting for a few minutes. If the condition is left untreated, even a short stroll will trigger the pain.
What most people don’t know: In rare cases, PAD can occur in the hands and arms, leading to symptoms such as aching or cramping in the arms.
GETTING A PROPER DIAGNOSIS
Not all doctors agree on who should be screened for PAD. However, it’s wise to be tested if any of the following risk factors developed by the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart Association apply to you …
Younger than age 50: If you have diabetes and one additional risk factor (such as smoking or high blood pressure).
Age 50 to 69: If you have a history of smoking or diabetes.
Age 70 and older — even if you have no known risk factors.
Many experts believe that screening also is warranted — regardless of your age — if you have…
Leg symptoms, such as aches and cramping with exertion.
Diagnosis of atherosclerosis, fatty buildup in the walls of the arteries, including those in the heart and neck.
Numbness, tingling or loss of sensation in the feet or cold feet or areas of color change (bluish or dark color, for example) on your toes — an indication of compromised blood flow.
High blood levels of C-reactive protein (CRP), an inflammation marker.
THE TESTS YOU NEED
If you meet one of the criteria described above, ask your doctor to test you for PAD. He/she will perform a measurement called an ankle-brachial index to get a sense of whether blood pumps equally through your arms and your legs.
To perform this test, your doctor will measure your blood pressure in your ankle as well as in your arm and compare the two numbers.
BEST TREATMENT OPTIONS
There is no medication that will dissolve PAD plaque, so you should work with your doctor to manage your risk factors. If you’re a smoker, stopping smoking is the most important step you can take to help control PAD.
Everyone with PAD should…
Get the right kind of exercise. Surprising as it might sound, walking is the most beneficial form of exercise for PAD sufferers. It won’t get rid of the plaque, but it can improve your stamina and make walking less painful.
What to do: Walk on flat ground every day — or try a treadmill if you prefer.
Use your level of leg pain to determine the amount of time you walk. For example, walk until the leg pain reaches a moderate level … stop walking until the pain is relieved… then resume walking.
This approach “trains” the muscle to be more efficient in using its blood supply. Try to work your way up to 50 minutes of walking at least five days a week.
Be sure to consult your doctor before starting a walking program, especially if you have other conditions, such as heart disease, arthritis or spine disease.
Supervised exercise, such as that offered at rehab centers, has been shown to be the most effective for PAD patients — perhaps because people are more likely to stick to a walking program in these settings.
Monitor other risk factors. It is critically important to pay attention to all your other health-related risk factors. For example, if you have diabetes, monitor and keep glucose levels under control. If you have elevated cholesterol or high blood pressure, talk with your doctor about medication.
To reduce the risk for blood clots, which could lead to limb damage, heart attack or stroke, your doctor may suggest a daily aspirin (81 mg) or a medication that prevents clotting, such as clopidogrel (Plavix).
A statin also may be prescribed. Statins not only lower cholesterol, but also lower levels of the inflammation marker CRP.
WHEN ADDITIONAL TREATMENT IS NEEDED
In about 30% of PAD patients, the condition causes severe pain that affects their quality of life or the amount of blockage significantly restricts blood flow.
In these cases, your doctor may recommend a more invasive measure, such as angioplasty or bypass surgery, to improve blood flow in the affected artery.
With angioplasty, a tiny balloon and, possibly, stents are inserted via a catheter into the artery to widen the artery as much as possible.
Bypass surgery involves creating a blood-flow “detour” around a blockage, allowing the blood to flow more freely.
Important: Treatment for PAD is highly individualized. If you’ve been diagnosed with the condition, you should see your doctor at least once or twice each year.

HI Misch, all my peeps know I’m an Independent, and clear on my women’s rights leanings (contrary to popular belief here). I don’t respond to email’s regarding either party, ever, no need, that would be like trying to convert a religious zealot to atheism, ain’t gonna happen so – what’s the point? Besides, they’d stop sending and I like to read with disdain or amusement what one party perceives the other to be doing, we all know I think it’s one party with 2 heads, watch what my left hand is doing while the rights busy doing something else. It’s all about distracting the ‘audience’ (us) log enough to fleece us without our total attention. As I once heard an adorable ‘model’ I met at a party state with fervor ‘it’s all about somebody’s dick size’ ah, that was a convo stopper, love you Mona!!
george, I know that was for AD but I will check out those books but why am I fairly sure they’re written by white guys with an agenda already? Hmmm…just a gut feeling…

I’m a white girl with 7 brothers. They don’t seem to mine who they screw. But me, everyone of them has an opinion of who I should date. I’m the fourth child of that eight. But even by baby brother who just turned 20 thinks he has a right to tell me who I can and can not date.
My brothers have fathered children with Mexicans, blacks, and asians. In fact they sit around the dinner table and brag about the OTW women they have screwed. It’s almost a competition as to who can knock-up the most variety.
Yet, the mention of me seeing a non white is a cause for instant anger. My father and mother are always saying how cheap the OTW females are. All I hear is, “they get pregnant because they have no morals.”
So, it is okay for white men to screw other races, but is not okay for white women to screw other races. What does the White Nation have to say about that?

George:
Your information is totally incorrect. Mixing of races helps the gene pool. It is inbreeding that causes genetic diseases to rise. This is why incest is morally and religiouslsy forbidden.
Eugenics has been around since the 1920′s and has been proven to be a false science.
Adding new genes to the gene pool brings posistive results such as immunity to disesses. More variety is a good thing.
Writing in German about Jews is another way you hide your shame of being a Nazi fool. You are ashamed to say it in English. I speak Yiddish and understand German. The Jew will never cry — not from you or anyone like you, you racist jerk.
Georg, your German is a bit rusty or you just don’t know what you are talking about as usual.
This is your quote:
“Der Jude wird im Schmertz sogar weinen, während er Sie schlägt”
This is the translation:
“The Jew is in Schmertz even cry when he hits you” — WTF does that mean?

Guys, I’ll post some articles I wrote about cowboys later. But as a nod to Michelle and women for the month of April, I thought I would provide info on some notorious women of the period. If I get carried away, don’t hesitate to tell me to stop. There appears to be plenty of seriously insane psychopathic women killers in this period.
One of my favorites is Mary “Bricktop”(red head) Jackson. My op on her went like this. Mary “Bricktop” Jackson, the worst woman in New Orleans, has gone to prison for murder. Again! This 25-year-old strumpet, nicknamed for her red hair entered prostitution when she was 13. She was evicted fro New Orleans’ notorious brothels for terrorizing other girls.
She clubbed a man to death in 1856 fo calling he a whore. She killed another the following year, arguing over the conclusion to a scientific dispute the two had as to which way he would fall if she stabbed his tall frame from the front. (She was right. He fell forward.)
In 1859 “Bricktop” and two other women knifed a man who objected to their foul language. In her short prison term for that offense, “Bricktop” encountered John Miller temporarily serving as a jailer.
Usually on the other side of the law, Miller had lost an arm and replaced it with an iron ball and chain attached to his stump; it constituted a horrifying weapon.
The pair worked the old trick known in the 18th century as “buttock and twang.” Harlot “Bricktop” picked up punters and took them to dark corners, where bully-boy Miller attacked them with his ball and chain as soon as their breeched were down.
This year Miller took a whip to “Bricktop” to give her a thrashing. It was a mistake: “Bricktop” flogged him! She started by dragging him around the room by his own ball and chain. She bit his hand when he pulled a knife, then used the weapon to kill him.
——————————————
A blog clarification on the way I will be writing these stories: – I do not want to write a politically correct piece to be discovered later. I am writing pieces that mirror the male philosophy of the times.
Hence, of course I know that a 13 year old child doesn’t “enter” prostitution. She is forced into it. But the newspapers were paying me to pander to the buyers. In those days they were mostly men.
As you read the articles their tone and delivery will help you understand the oppression and the absolute power wielded by white men during the period.

The US has handed over control of the no fly zone over Libya to the French and the UN. But they still protect civilians on the ground in such locations as Ajdabiya and along some other areas on the coast.
Obama has insisted that arab countries participate in the policing of their own or America will go home. As a result the United Arab Emirates and Qatar has deployed 12 planes for the coalition effort.
Arab nations respect Mr. Obama for including them in the decisions that effect their region. His stature as a world leader and a fair one continues to grow.

Alycedale, I would argue that race mixing though not a sin would be morally unacceptable less than one hundred years ago. I lean toward old tradition.
The fact of the matter is that it is natural to have a desire to carry on ones traditions and moral values. After all it is our differences that define who we are and our similarities bind us together. We are all living breathing creations with rights of freedom and happiness.
However, if we do not preserve our cultures and heritage then we are doomed to a collective communist styled society with no freedom.
March 25th, 2011 at 11:28 am
Alycedale, I argue against miscegenation on the fundemental basis of racial survival. The most compelling fact is that the white birth rate is below replacement levels everywhere. This together with massive non-white
Third World immigration into all Western nations means that whites will be a minority in these lands within this century. It’s not even a question of whether or not we like or dislike non-whites, which is rather a matter of individual sensibilities and experiences.
We have a right to survive as a people and to have our own lands to call our own in which our shared sense of values, our culture, and way of life and all expressions thereof can flourish, and above all our people.
On the matter of small messures of DNA differences between the races, let me remind you that there is less than a 5 percent DNA difference between a human being and a chimpanzee. Yet that small difference can make a huge difference in outcome, such has brain size and the ability to reason and think.
Yes, those are all good points; and in addition to that, race-mixing is a crime against nature; and God if there is one. Furthermore, races are not “equal”, therefore some races are better than others; thus race-mixing, especially between Whites and non-Whites, is the mixture of the superior [White/Aryan] with the inferior. And logically speaking, how does one justify that?
Selecting a mate is one of the most important things a person does in their lifetime; therefore why would a person choose the worst possible mate? That’s exactly what race-mixing is, in addition to the killing off of your own kind.
March 25th, 2011 at 11:30 am
The Book “The Bell Curve.”
We gain no benefit at all from mixing with sub retard minorities at all.
Only Domesticated Animals mix.
In nature the goal is to remain racial purity at all cost. chimps will allow new females into their tribe, but the first baby she has they kill it, to make sure it is not of some other chimp line. The 2nd baby is allowed to live.
Lions will also kill all the babies of the dethroned male to make sure that only the rightful male line will survive and no resources are wasted on the loser offspring.
As we look Red ants will never mix with black ants, but will fight to the death to remain clean and pure. Tiger Sharks are even closer then 97% matched to great white sharks but they will never mix and ruin their purity.
The bible tells us Jesus could only be of the line of David, to make sure He was clean and of pure Aryan blood.
Only domesticated animals mix.

JACK SLADE:
Ten years ago(1851), Lodgepole Creek in America’s unfederated Colorado territory put one Jules Beni in charge of the stagecoach post.
A succession of robberies wherein the bandits were clearly pre-informed about routes and schedules led to his dismissal and replacement by the fierce gunman Jack Slade.
In a shoot-out in 1859, Beni came off best, and nearly killed Slade with a shotgun. This year Slade at last got his revenge. He caught Beni and tied him to a wooden fence, then he spent a long time alternately drinking and firing shots into Beni’s arms and legs.
When he finally despatched him, he cut the outlaw’s ears off, and has since been using one as a watch fob. The other he sold to a like-minded representative of far western civilization.

It is okay with me that Jesus is the name christians use to refer to their God. I am happy with my beliefs why shouldn’t they be happy with theirs?
But it really bothers me that I am hated as a race when they worship a man of that race.

She fell under the radar after a boy thing awhile back, I understand that mode all too well myself now, so if and when we are supposed to meet again, we will, and if not, we won’t. I still love her though, I’m sure she knows that. – ZL

AH L’Ami du Peuple. I am interested in hearing about Marie Grosholtz. She has managed to keep her work immortal. No easy feat. I cannot imagine what she endured making some of those death masks. She had to have experienced so much because the political climate was so intense at that time. What do we not know about her? And is the line let them eat cake attributed to M.A. really propaganda by Camille Desmoulins? Or The Duc possibly? What an interesting woman she must have been. Merci mon ami. Viva la Roi.

Police still have not solved the horrible murder at Road House, Trowbridge England. On June 29, 1860, Somebody took 4-year-old Francis Savile Kent from his cot, cut his throat, and dumped him in an outside lavatory.
Local police concluded it was an “inside job.” Their competence must be doubted, however, as two of them contrived somehow to get locked in the kitchen for a couple of ours during which any villain might have destroyed evidence.
This is indeed what may have happened, as a half-burned bloodstained nightdress was found in the basement boiler. When the laundress reported missing one of the three nightdresses normally sent for washing by Francis Savile’s 16-year-old half-sister, Constance Kent, suspicion fell on her.
Constance, a difficult child, was arrested and charged with murder. However as it seems impossible for her to have carried the heavy lad single-handed, the case was dismissed.
Two months later Elizabeth Gough, the nursemaid, was arrested. But she, too, satisfied the preliminary hearing of her innocence.
The case is utterly mysterious, and the police remain baffled.
——————–
Yes this was a mystery Bita and I wanted to solve. So Bita and I went back to that night and here is what we saw.
16-year-old Constance climbed down from her perch in a loft and snuck into the child’s room. He was sleeping. Constance woke him with a quick stab to his chest with a carving knife. It broke when it hit a bone. He was still breathing so she threw him over her back and took him to an out door privy. She left and returned to the house to retrieve her father’s straight razor that she had hidden under the covers of the boys cot.
She returned to the privy put her hands over the mourning child’s mouth and slit his throat. Then she through him head first into the toilet.
She waited a few minutes and headed to the basement boiler room. There she undressed(nice looking body for such a homely face)and threw the bloody nightdress on into the boiler.
Then she put on another nightdress she had stashed between the bricks and a pile of burlap bags and calmly went upstairs and went to bed. She slept quite peacefully.
The police arrived the next day and she must have remembered that she had broken the handle of the knife and had left the heft with her bloody finger prints on it in the boys room.
She noticed the police in the kitchen and through the outside bolt on the kitchen door to lock them in. While they were locked in the kitchen she set about cleaning the blood trail foot prints she had missed during the night, and removing the knife heft she had left behind. Afterwards she unlocked the kitchen and let the two officers out.
=================
We will revisit in a few years to see if she gets away with it.

Claudia:
Bita was not interested in me checking on the tender Marie. She had a fine body and face when the horny Dr. Curtius discovered her charms when she was 13. He was in love with her by the time she turned 15. No longer Uncle, but lover, they plotted to be together. He would claim she showed promise in sculpture and they could spend hours alone while he pretended to teach her the art of wax.
She was already quite familiar with his work because she was 5 when he first took her to his studio. She was quite the student. Very talented in bed and in the studio. They were deeply in love and although she had many lovers, she took no husband until he passed.
I was able to sit for a mold, but Bita would not leave me long enough for me to sample those voluptuous curves and discover the true talent within those hands.
Yes, she had a quick mind and understood the direction of the political winds. She became a confidant and lover of the Queen. They shared each other and each other’s lovers.
The King was a homosexual and had Marie make several busts of his lovers and himself in drag. She made friends with and advised the future lover of Napoleon, Josephine, when they were cell mates.
She really preferred women so she took the first opportunity that came her way to leave her husband, Tussaud and be free. She was wise enough to know that she would have to leave France to rid herself of a male’s dominance and control since he was her legal husband and guardian according to french law.
So she went to England to persue a career and never returned to him or France.

Q: I have seen advertisements for the new walking shoes with curved soles that claim to burn more calories, tone muscles and relieve back pain. Are they any good?
A: These shoes will help some people, but they are not for everyone.
Skechers Shape-Ups and Chung Shi shoes can provide a greater range of motion while walking, exercising muscles on both sides of the legs, burning more calories and toning muscles.
Some people say that the shoes have cured their back pain — but others say that they have caused it.
If you are considering these shoes, which cost $100 to $250, plan to spend time getting used to them. Start out by wearing them for about five minutes of activity and build up gradually. Do not put them on and immediately do your normal walking routine.
Be especially cautious if you have biomechanical issues, such as a long-standing knee injury or scoliosis.
Buy only from a store with a liberal return policy in case you develop aches, pains or backaches, and only wear the shoes indoors until you are sure that you want to keep them.

Michelle, thank you for clearing up the 2-way mirror issue. My father and I always had an argument about me dressing in different places where I shopped for bargains.
After reading Snoops, he was satisfied. But now I am more worried than ever. I mean the part about who needs a 2-way mirror anymore? Snoops says they have cameras so small that even if I were looking directly at it I would be able to tell it was a camera.
Technology has indeed removed any hope of privacy.
