“Just Noticing”: Observations of a blogger

Good morning!

“Just noticing”….

  • I have three days of comments from all of you that I need to read. And yes, I do have a few things to say to some of you.

Zen Lill: I have barely had a moment to read comments from my readers, let alone cruise to peruse your blog or any other, sorry to say. Oh, and I have tried the grass fed Buffalo too. It’s not bad – it’s a tad dry for my liking, and a little more gamey,  but a good alternative to cow for some. I HOPE all is going well with you!

Social Butterfly: Thank for the invite. Next time e-mail me and let me know where you’re going and I’ll try to stop by, say hello and party with you and your girls.

And sorry for your posts getting stuck in “awaiting moderation”. I have a limit of 2 links per article. If you have more than 2 it will wait for me to approve it before it gets posted. This is to prevent spammers. If you want your article to be posted immediately, give the “www” address without the “http://” in front of it, otherwise you will need to wait until I check my blog, as I did in the later afternoon before it will be visible to all.  I HOPE that is helpful. Oh and I signed your petitions. Thanks for posting!

Janice: Well, at least you know for the future. I know it is a bit more pricey, but if you don’t mind me suggesting grass fed, free range meat. Stay away from the big farms who not only infect their animals but don’t treat them humanely.

Nancy: How you could’ve known is a mystery to me. Nobody should be blaming you for something that you had no control over. Your husband was fucking around, got caught, and you’re the victim. Once again, the innocent victim is blamed, just like some people in society blame the girl who got raped instead of blaming the rapist.

I just love the way men think they can have it the way they want it with no repercussions. This guy probably killed his wife because he could not imagine losing her and knowing that she would be fucking someone else but him. Men think it is perfectly alright to sneak around, but god forbid if he found his wife doing the same same. So how do we prevent that from happening? kill the bitch. Not every man would, but some do. Still…that’s not your issue. You are innocent in this.

Anonymous: I think surenough’s answer to your question was interesting and makes a valid point. Money used to never rank number one for me, although it is much more important to me than it used to be. However, although it’s very important to me, I can tell you it’s not my number one.

I’ve seen wealthy people who aren’t happy, who would give anything to find their true love to share their wealth with…and where no amount of money can cure them of their disease.

Happiness is very important, and ranks at the top for me. I view it this way…as long as I am happy, I must have everything else (money, health, love or whatever makes me happy) in that given moment, no matter how abundant or how little, otherwise I wouldn’t be happy. As long as I am happy, I know I have what I want – So to me happiness brings it all, and I want it all.

Although fame…fame is not big on my list. I want to be able to walk the street and keep my private life private if I want. So although fame may happen for me,  it is not that important to me, and therefore ranks last.

Lastly, if you believe in the law of attraction, here’s a little quote from The Secret Daily Teachings:

If you have “needing money” in your vibration, then you will keep attracting needing money. You have to find a way of being happy NOW, feeling good NOW, and being in joy NOW, without the money, because those great feelings are how you will feel with the money.

Money doesn’t bring happiness – but happiness brings money.

Joel: Well know we know what kind of man you are. I’m with Nikki. 25 is a good number to start. Men: Leave the women alone and go out and kill each other if you must kill.

Hector: I would love to change the subject about men being “dogs”. So give me a good reason to, instead of just asking to change the subject. I would love to say how fabulous men are. Some men are but many more are dogs, and I’m being nice  here. So how about the men changing…stop abusing women. You do that and we won’t have to call men dogs anymore. At least when it comes to the treatment of women. Other atrocities men commit…well we’ll have to deal with them one at a time. FYI: If you’r sick of hearing it, imagine how women feel.

Kelli: Happy to hear you have been a loyal reader. Thanks for your comments.  I liked the way the author began her write too. I wasn’t knocking the author, (I HOPE it didn’t come across that I was)…just making a point that the way she began her article, pointing out the way men have screwed up the world, drove the point home that yes, “women should rule the world.”

Zenali: I could not resist saying hello to you. Welcome to my blog. How’s it going up there? I HOPE you are well.

************

Now…I realize I am running late to post, so I must end my comments to all of you.

But in response to all of the chitchat on the blog about sex without condoms and the dangers, it inspires me to discuss the latest hot topic of Arnold, his wife, and the love child conceived obviously sans condom, as an example.

This one’s for you Connie, and anyone else interested in their well-being. Because believe me, no one and I mean no one is going to care more about your health than you.

This recent story about Arnold is about more than just a cheating husband that has unprotected sex that results in an illegitimate child. Albeit the child also suffers because it may never have the love and relationship of its true half brothers and sisters and other relatives of the cheating father. But there are other potentially lethal consequences to this incredibly selfish behavior of men.

Unprotected sex by men carries with it the potential to kill millions of women every year!

When will men learn to put a jacket on it? The fact that he was fucking his aide without a rubber means that Maria has every sexually transmitted infection that the aide has and whoever else the aide may have been fucking uncovered and whoever they etc, etc,.

That is the reason so many women die from cervical cancer. The men who are immune to many of the bacterial diseases they pick up from unprotected sex pass them along from woman to woman. The women may never show symptoms but the diseases will go into hibernation, all the while signaling abnormal grow in the cells of her uterus or cervix or other organs in her body until one day she discovers she has cervical or some other form of cancer.

Organized Medicine has known for decades that cervical cancer is caused by Chlamydia. They are aware that many of the diseases that women get are started by the various bacteria and viral strains that men pass sexually on to women. Many of the strains when re-introduced into an already affected woman mutate into sometimes unrecognized pathogens that bore through the woman’s body causing a myriad of diseases and ailments.

Men and religion conspire to keep these secrets from women. If women knew there would be less forgiving the husband who gets a another woman pregnant because she would know that this signals that she must be checked for bacterial and viral infections he may have passed on to her. The sad truth is the majority of the time she will never discover the damage he as done to her body until a decade or so has passed.

I bring this up because Arnold fathered this child 14 years ago. Just where does that leave Maria with respect to her health and a decade of unchecked bacteria and viral infections that he may have passed to her without her knowledge.

Can you see how dangerous this is for Maria and other women who are married to careless cheating husbands who don’t put a jacket on it?

New laws would have to be passed to deal with the fact that unprotected sex by men cause death and various degrees of medical assault upon their wives and girlfriends. How does one access the damage cause to the legal spouse of a man who is passing on lethal bacterial and viral organisms to her because he is having unprotected sexual encounters?

Men are not willing to face that dilemma so they get the medical profession like the AMA whose leadership has never met a bribe they wouldn’t take to lie by omission. Tens of millions of women die every year from diseases they would not have encountered but for the unprotected sex of their spouses or significant male partners.

As a woman when you discover your mate has been having unprotected sexual encounters consider this fact about chlamydia which is just one of the thousands of variations sexually transmitted microscopic deadly organism he may have passed on to you. If women knew how far would a “I’m sorry” go? It would go nowhere and mean nothing. And yet men still fuck without a condom all of the time.

CHLAMYDIA – Chlamydia is a major infectious cause of human genital and eye disease. Chlamydia infection is one of the most common sexually transmitted infectionsworldwide; it is estimated that about 1 million individuals in the United States are infected with chlamydia.[2]

C. trachomatis is naturally found living only inside human cells. Chlamydia can be transmittedduring vaginal, anal, or oral sex, and can be passed from an infected mother to her baby during vaginal childbirth.

Between half and three-quarters of all women who have a chlamydia infection of the neck of the womb (cervicitis) have no symptoms and do not know that they are infected.

In men, infection of the urethra (urethritis) is usually symptomatic, causing a white discharge from the penis with or without pain on urinating (dysuria).

Occasionally, the condition spreads to the upper genital tract in women (causing pelvic inflammatory disease) or to the epididymis in men (causing epididymitis). If untreated, chlamydial infections can cause serious reproductive and other health problems with both short-term and long-term consequences.

One would think the least the cheating bastard should do is to protect his wife or significant other from harm. But the selfish bastard are only concerned with their pleasure. So the Arnold Schartzneggers of the world go around infecting and killing women with their diseased dicks.

Comments? Blog me.

Banish Back Pain with Seven Easy Yoga Poses

    Kimberly Williams, PhD

Low-back pain makes almost everything more difficult. Good news: Recent research shows that simple Iyengar-style yoga poses reduce pain and increase the ease of daily activities — without drugs.

Props: A mat, folding chair, blanket, towel, bolster (or two blankets rolled together) and strap. Breathe slowly and deeply… never push to the point of discomfort.

Practice the poses below (which have been modified for people with back pain) in the order given three to seven days per week.*

Savasana (corpse pose). Place chair at end of mat, a folded blanket on seat. Lie on your back, head on folded towel. Rest calves on chair seat, knees comfortably bent and tailbone tucked under so back is not arched. Place bolster across abdomen. Let arms rest at sides, palms up. Relax completely. Hold for five minutes.

Supta Tadasana (reclining mountain pose). Place short edge of mat against wall. Lie on your back, head on folded towel, feet hip-width apart, toes pointing up, soles pressed against wall. Hold edges of mat, elbows straight, outer arms pressed down. Hold for one minute.

Supta Padangusthasana I (supine big toe pose, bent knee). Start in supta tadasana pose (above). Keeping left leg pressed to floor and left sole against wall, bend right knee toward chest and clasp shin with both hands. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch legs.

Do three times per side. Straight-leg variation: Instead of clasping shin, place center of a strap across right sole and hold ends of strap. Straighten leg and flex foot, so sole faces ceiling.

Supta Pavanmuktasana (wind-releasing pose). Lie on your back, head on a folded towel. Bending both knees, bring knees toward chest. Grasp shins with hands, keeping knees hip-width apart. Hold for 30 seconds.

Adho Mukha Svanasana (downward-facing dog). Place short edge of mat against wall. Come to hands and knees, hands shoulder-width apart, tips of thumb and first two fingers touching wall.

Curl toes under and lift knees off floor, straightening legs and raising buttocks toward ceiling. Pushing down and forward with hands, stretch shoulders back and away from wall while stretching heels toward floor. Hold for 30 seconds.

Bharadvajasana (seated twist on chair). Place folded blanket on chair seat, then sit backwards with hips close to front edge of seat. Spread knees and place feet on outside edges of back chair legs.

Place right forearm on top of chair back and grasp front edge of seat with left hand. Keeping chest lifted, turn chest to the left, twisting gently. Hold for 20 seconds, then switch sides. Do three times per side.

Adho Mukha Virasana (downward-facing hero). Place a bolster on mat. Kneel at one end of bolster, knees apart and toes together. Sit back on heels (tuck folded blanket under buttocks, if necessary).

Place rolled towel in hip crease. Bending forward at hips, place hands on either side of bolster for support while lowering torso and forehead onto bolster. Rest forearms on floor. Relax completely. Hold for five minutes.

*Check with a health-care professional before beginning any new exercise routine.

Women’s Health interviewed Kimberly Williams, PhD, research assistant professor in the department of community medicine at West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown and leader of a recent study on yoga and low-back pain.

  2. Ethel Says:

Right on Michelle! Write on Michelle!
    Great point about unprotected sex.

  3. Zen Lill Says:

very good point….and even if every male in the world reads it, it’ll still go on. please don’t shoot the messenger but I know many females who have allowed uncovered entry with casual partners bc it was ‘in the heat of the moment’ and he/she did not have one or he/she didn’t like the feeling, etc…I wish it could all be this black and white but ask a group of sexually active’s (teens through 50/60′s) and yep, you could blame the unprotected bastards and you’d be right.

Though it still occurs, so why is that? I know I’ll take a beating on this one bc it sounds like I’m backing men, no Im not, make no mistake about that, just making another valid point bc I’ve heard of all situations like the above for 20+ years, and in my youth, I was guilty of foregoing protection once or twice. I didn’t have to pay the price luckily but it happens…just sayin’ – in cases like Schwartz-egg-her/Tiger Woods, etc…yes, this would seem to be the headline news, but who knows, Maria may have been insisting on protected sex, at least since the groping of 2003 ‘allegations’ – I probably would’ve (if not sooner, I’m sure this wasn’t her first inkling he was a serial poke-her-andher-andher-andher).

So – carry condoms at all times like a prepared girl/boy scout : ) Luv, Zen Lill

Michelle do you censor this blog? If you don’t why can I find some recent entries I wnt to reply on? I wanted to clarify something but I can’t find my earlier post.

I said something about not believing everything I read here and referred to Nancy something like she ought to know. That got twisted into knowing about the affair My statement was about her writing she was Latino which she used twice. She is a Latina if she is Latin

By the way her post FUCK YOU I couldn’t find either. Do you remove stuff periodically?

  6. Surenough Says:

    Anon39:(21May11)

I thought I would get this in before your comment disappeared.

It is my belief that Love, hate and happiness are as tangible as money. The concept that they aren’t is instilled into the poor by the rich. That way you strive to get those things first while they are heading for the money.

It just depends on how you choose to look at it. For example can you feel love as much as you can feel a dollar bill. I can. I know when I am loved and it is real. I feels as good about that as I do if I have enough money to purchase an item I want. Both make me, HELLO, happy.

Hence, being happy is a tangible because I am as aware of when I am happy as I am of when I have or don’t have the money I need to purchase something I want.

If you think your health isn’t tangible, get sick. You will feel it as much as you feel the pain of not having the money you need to pay a bill. And you will feel sad. The opposite of happy.

How much more tangible do you want them to be? You are suffering from the rich guy’s bullshit of “don’t believe what you feel about Love, Health, and Happiness, believe what I tell you you feel.”

If they were not as tangible as money, could they take such a toll on your body, and mind?

If your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door, who do you let in first?

    The dog, of course.

He’ll shut up once you let him in.

  8. Ira Says:

Michelle, that is a nice saying but how come I am so fucking happy but I have no money? If fact if I didn’t take the money from the “not so lucky” bodies I so enjoy raping and killing. I would be broke.

But because I get to travel the country in by big rig and get all the pussy I want without the hassle and a little change on the side occasionally, I am a very happy camper.

If I get caught then, I’ll do my time. But until then, if you want a ride baby, hitch with me and we both get to ride only I’ii be the only one who reaches his destination when the ridin is done.

No woman should have to live with a husband she feels she needs a condom to sleep with. Gosh, that is the one given of marriage that should never be compromised.

  11. George, WN Says:

Michelle, I hope you are not editing out my jokes. Some of them are classics. Men need to have access to them.

Don’t go and prove that a woman will mess up a good thing if her husband(TMD) doesn’t put his foot down or at least where it will do the most good.

    George, WN

  12. Nancy Says:

Thank you Michelle for seeing my side of it. Men get away with murder and they blame the victim. Some of her relatives have taken to calling me names over the phone. Some admit they knew about the affair on his family’s side. Women who condoned that shit are sick!!

He may be their relative but i’m a woman like they are, struggling to be faithful to my man( I get hit on lot, even by his friends and relatives) while he is running around and fronting it with his relatives.

The bitches relatives are blaming me for the husband’s actions. They say if I had not put it on the web he would not have been forced to kill her. He knifed her till she was dead, and it is my fault. I’m not taking this as my trip.

When my brothers get here I’m going to book passage to Panama and do what has to be done before I leave. I’m going to get mine before I go.

  16. AH Says:

    We are in 1876:

When 28-year-old Sexton Thomas Piper was observed taking 5-year-old Mabel Young into WarrenStreet Baptist Church, Boston, Massachusetts was at last freed from the terror that has hung over it since 1873.

For Mabel’s raped and strangled body was found in the tower, and under questioning, Piper confessed that he had killed her and the other victims of the preceding years.

It all began on December 5, 1873, when a black-cloaked man clubbed Bridget Landregan to death, and was about to ravish her corpse when a passer-by scared him off.

The same night the man in the black cape battered and raped another young lady, who survived. The Boston Police Chief remarked to the press: “It is unseemly queer that only the nicest and most modest young ladies seem to get themselves raped”

Two more young ladies were subsequently killed, and other raped. Gentlemen abandoned the opera cape as a fashionable garment when Chief Savage ordered all caped men on the streets to be stopped and questioned.

Now the unprecedented scare is over, and those who wish to wear cloaks at night may again do so.

    FANTASTIC TROPICAL FRUITS

There’s something about the tropical climate that grows foods that are especially delicious and nutritious.

Given that so many medicinal herbs come from the tropical rain forest, it’s no surprise that tropical fruits bring their own uniquely healthful benefits, different from more northern fruits such as apples, pears and peaches.

Now that the weather is warm, why don’t you set the table to dine outdoors, put on some island music and treat yourself to the bounty of the tropics? There are some very healthy tropical fruits that I bet you’ve never tried!

FRUITS THAT HELP FIGHT CANCER, LOWER STRESS

To learn more about the unique benefits of these fruits, I called nutritionist Lona Sandon, MEd, RD, LD, an assistant professor at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and spokesperson for the American Dietetic Association.

Of course you know that fruits like pineapple and mango are tasty and healthy, but there are many other tropical fruits that are less well-known and equally delicious. Sandon shared some of her favorites…

    MANGOSTEEN

There’s a reason you may have seen ads for mangosteen on the Internet. This fruit contains calcium and phosphorous (important to the health of your heart, kidneys and nerves) as well as high levels of antioxidants including xanthones.

One of the xanthones, called mangostin, was found to have anti-inflammatory and anti-ulcer effects in animal studies. A few laboratory studies suggest xanthones might be helpful in preventing cancer as well as stopping tumor growth.

Grown in Southeast Asia, the mangosteen is about two to three inches in diameter and dark purple with a hard skin. Picture a round eggplant with a soft white interior, which is the only part you should eat.

Fresh mangosteens taste a bit like pineapple or peaches. They’re not available fresh in the continental US (you can find them in Hawaii) — so try the juice instead, available in many grocery stores and online.

    LONGAN BERRY

This small yellowish-brown or reddish-brown fruit, native to China, has a thin, brittle skin and a musky, sweet taste.

Like other berries, it has a high antioxidant content, particularly vitamins A and C. Traditionally, longan berries have been used to reduce stress and for stomachache.

Laboratory research suggests that these berries have particular anticancer properties, stopping the growth of tumors.

You can find dried or canned longan berries in Asian food markets and in some supermarkets — but if you buy the canned ones, it’s best to rinse off some or all of the sweet syrup. If you prefer fresh fruit (as I always do), you can find longan berries in Asian markets during the summertime.

    PAPAYA

Papayas are fairly common in the US already, but I include them here because men would do well to develop a taste for this fruit. Papayas contain lycopene, a carotenoid related to beta-carotene that may help prevent prostate cancer.

For instance, a study reported in the Asia Pacific Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that men who consumed the most lycopene-rich foods, such as papaya, were 82% less likely to develop prostate cancer.

This pear-shaped fruit has a sweet, slightly musky taste and a soft, butterlike texture — it is high in vitamin C and a good source of vitamins A and E, all powerful antioxidants. Last but not least, papayas contain the enzyme papain, which aids digestion.

    LYCHEE

A white fruit about the size of a walnut and native to China, lychees often are served as dessert in Chinese restaurants and, likely because people are embracing global cuisine, they have been getting more attention lately.

They’re delicious when eaten fresh, with a taste that has been described as somewhere between a grape and a pear with a delicate texture.

Your local supermarket is likely to sell lychees dried or canned in their own juice — look in the canned-fruit section. Or you can find them fresh from May or June through summer at Oriental food markets.

Lychees are healthy in that they are even higher in vitamin C than oranges and lemons. As an extra punch, they’re also loaded with potassium, helpful for maintaining healthy blood pressure.

    DARE TO BE DIFFERENT

When it comes to nutrition, variety is critical. Sandon suggests considering tropical fruits as something of a gastronomical adventure, bringing you great healthy benefits in all new ways.

Our common goal is close in sight

When We’re apart and the days are long
My big empty bed just seems wrong.

I need You here to have and hold
Without You Babe my bed is cold

I live yet wait for Your return
Can you feel my life force yearn?

Life is best when we’re together
like woven hearts upon a tether

So hurry home to my arms my love
and Couple Me like hand in glove
