CIC – Comedian in Chief

Posted by Michelle Moquin on November 2nd, 2008

Good morning!

Last night on ‘Saturday Night Live’ they featured their last spoof of the campaign trails before the big election. And how appropriate to end it with McCain and Palin – their campaign has been a joke from the start so why not end it as one? McCain showed a sense of humor and his smile seemed quite sincere for once – maybe reality is sinking in and he’s having a vision of a new career…or maybe he’s smiling out of downright embarrassment. And Palin…Oops, it’s actually Tina Fey, not Palin – yeah  - she is that good!

It wasn’t the best of the series but then again, their campaign hasn’t been the best either. Still….it’s worth a showing…my way of saying ‘Ta Ta!’, to the maverick and his rogue sidekick.  Enjoy!

Toni: Hmmm…not sure I’ve seen an Italian horror flick – Do you have one to recommend or are they all silly?

Hey Barbara: Oh sometimes I hate this blog too – really just kidding. But I can imagine your frustration. You write a long comment, pouring out your thoughts and wham! – You can’t get in. And then you write something just to see if it gets in, and voila!- it does and it wasn’t quite what you wanted to say. I have my frustrations with this blog too, believe me.  After the election? Normalcy? Hmm…not sure things will change much. Content probably will but…well, we’ll just have to wait and see. Thanks for being here!

Paul: That is too funny! – Your mom just doesn’t get it. Maybe you ought to just tell her. I know easier said than done, but hey…then you wouldn’t need a reason to dress up as a woman everyday. Think of the freedom. :)

Hi Lucy: After a while the shock wears off. :)

Hello Craig: I agree with you – Go vote! I was shocked to learn that only 54% of the peeps vote. I think It’s going to be very different this year.

Have a pleasant Sunday!

Gratefully your blog host,

michelle

    Natural Cures: Herbal Aphrodisiacs

    Laurie Steelsmith, ND

If your libido is lagging, rekindle the spark with herbs used by practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Try them one at a time, in the order presented (epimedium and rehmannia can be taken together). If you don’t see results with one herb after two months, discontinue it and try the next. Typically an herb corrects the underlying problem within six months and is then discontinued. These herbs are sold in health-food stores. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. If you have any health problems, talk to your doctor before beginning herbal therapy.

Cordyceps (a mushroom) improves kidney health, according to TCM, by supporting kidney qi (vital energy) — and abundant qi is necessary for a strong libido. Take 500 mg in tablet form two to three times daily. Do not use if you have a fever because it could worsen symptoms.
Ginseng (Panax and American ginseng) contains compounds called ginsenosides, which may boost enzymes that help to break down or otherwise dispatch stress hormones, such as cortisol. Stress dampens libido, so decreasing stress helps to increase desire. Ginseng “modulates” the nervous system, boosting sexual energy if you are lethargic and helping you relax if you are tense. Using an extract labeled “standardized to 4% ginsenosides,” take 100 mg in pill form or 50 drops in tincture form, two or three times daily. Do not use if you have hot flashes, insomnia, dry mouth or dry skin — ginseng could exacerbate symptoms.

Epimedium (horny goat weed) stimulates the nervous system, especially nerves in the genitalia, by increasing the flow of qi to the pelvis. It usually is sold in a combination herbal formula. Choose a brand that provides 800 mg of epimedium per day. Do not use if you have a fever, hot flashes or insomnia.
Rehmannia is an herb that draws energy into the reproductive organs through the body’s meridians (energy pathways). Usually it is sold in combination with other herbs. Select a brand that has 300 mg of rehmannia per tablet, and take three times per day. Do not use if you have diarrhea, because it can loosen stool. Bonus: Rehmannia eases anxiety and hot flashes — making it even easier to get into the mood for love

I hope Madaline knows what she is doing. The republican party activated its “get-out-the-vote” machinery. It was activated by Cheney. The signal was his public endorsement of McCain. This organization is not about getting republican voters to the polls. This organization is professionally trained to get out the votes for the democrats.

In simple terms it means getting rid of votes for the democrats. The count from those entering and leaving the polls will differ significantly from the counted vote. They will literally steal the election. The bush administration has promised McCain that he will win.

Secretaries of state, voting machines, counting personal and anyone who can effect the vote outcome is being employed by the RNC to insure that this election is stolen. It is a well oiled machine. Minus a miracle of titanic proportions, I don’t see how this country will ever belong to anyone but those that control the vote. McCain is as relaxed as anyone I have seen who knows that he is guaranteed the win.

If Obama does win by the OTW vote, there will be a all out effort to arrest and incarcerate more of them to take away their right to vote.

I wish you and Madaline all the luck.

Thank you for your information and well wishes. Let me assure you that I have my orders. Obama WILL BE the next President of the United States of America. You can take THAT to the bank. And as per orders, via Michelle, he will have coat tails.

I do not say this without knowledge of the task still ahead of me. I say it with the firm belief that a GirlZ always gets the job done. I am aware of the plots and sub plots both from the RNC and others who but for the fact that Obama is an OTW would oppose the RNC vigorously. I am also aware, and now so is Obama, of those who work within his organization with the clandestine mission to keep the Presidency an absolute bastion of the white male.

Politics and ideologies do make strange bed fellows. Take heart that the day has not yet come when a man can defeat the determined will of a woman.

    Madaline

  4. Doug Says:

    Madaline,
    You go Girlz!

I have slept pretty well knowing that you have the helm this past week. I know the shock and awe that the white men elites love so much will hurt so bad!!!

Suck it up, it is going to be a great day for Obama and the WORLD!

  5. Roy Says:

Doug are you white or what? It is a good thing I don’t believe in aliens, space bitches or nigger lovers. McCain will win because no decent white person would vote for a nigger over a white man.

If that nigger won, the mud people would get ideas that could defeat this great nation. White men made this country. Do you understand what McCain means when he says we will never surrender.

Madaline you are one crazy bitch. I can’t believe that you are white either. Get a clue bitch. There are no aliens. You have no power. Michelle is going to look like a fool when this is over, mark my words.

Wets, slopes, niggers, and kites —- you will never be President of the United States of America. This is a Christian nation that supports Jesus Christ as its savior!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

McCAIN FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!COUNTRY FRIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MCCAIN FOR PRESDENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    White and proud of it
    Roy

  6. Sara Says:

Europeans hope that Roy doesn’t represent the majority of american voters. I work for a company that keeps me traveling from one country to the next.

All I hear is talk about the american election. The french seem to blame their economic problems on the US more than most, but even there they look forward to an Obama presidency.

What makes some so viral against people of color in america causes most europeans to wonder how the emerging nations of color will view america when it comes to siding with them or the people america calls terrorist.

Will those people America views as terrorists be seen as just white america’s racism or will they be viewed as people who America has a legitimate reason to be concerned about?

I think this election will go a long way towards answering that question. So Roy, for you and America’s sake I hope the voters in your country select on who they believe is the best qualified candidate to lead America regardless of race.

If qualification and political position are the main criteria the choice will be Obama. Ninety percent of all the people I have had a conversation about can’t believe that anyone with intelligence would accept a ticket with Palin as its VP.

The question is how is this race even close with McCain showing his lack of judgement my making this person his VP pick? Are americans seriously having a discussion about her qualifications?

No wonder America has lost its place as a country to look to for world leadership.

    Sara
