Occupy Wall Street: Naomi Wolf Arrested While Peacefully Protesting
Posted by Michelle Moquin on October 23rd, 2011
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Readers: Naomi Wolf has some pretty scary things to share with us:
Occupy Wall Street: Naomi Wolf calls attention to the disturbing involvement of Homeland Security in her arrest
Naomi Wolf, political activist and author of “Give Me Liberty,” calls attention to the enormous power that the federal government can wield to prevent constitutionally guaranteed rights. “History shows they start with the Other and it gets closer and closer and closer and someday they come for you.”

Peace out.

Michelle:
Naomi Wolf was not breaking any laws and was taken by Police, to an undisclosed Police Station instead of the 1st Precinct, which covers Hudson Street where she was picked up, because there were Attorneys awaiting her arrival at the 1st Precinct. Instead, she was taken to the 7th Precinct clandestinely. All because Naomi is classified as an “Activist”.
Homeland Security is a scary Federal Agency we Americans have empowered. “When will they come for you” — As stated by Naomi. They do not need a reason anymore.
As she stated in her video with Keith Olbermann, “Where was the News media?” — “where was the New York Times or the National press?” … Nowhere to be found.
My Parents were survivors of the Holocaust. They DID come for them. The result was the death of most of both my parent’s Families and a train ride to Auschwitz Concentration Camp.
We have Guantanamo now. It is scary to have that threat hanging over every one of our heads.
I try to learn from the mistakes of the past and I do not like what I see happening now. We have certainly created a monster.
I have read Mary Shelly and know what happens to monsters — they usually get out of control. I dread the moment that happens.

Howie you are so close to scary that I am worried to death.
October 23rd, 2011 at 4:34 pm
Hello? Is there anyone else out there? It is lonely here in cyberspace. I would love some company.
Julie, thanks for joining me with your coment today. What you should worry about is the fact that we have no rights left as U.S. citizens. They are a thing of the past. If the Police want to arrest you for whatever reason they can imagine, you can be be arrested and kept for as long as they feel like wihtout the assistance of an attorney or bail. As long as they call it a matter of National security.
Those are things that worry me.

Those things should worry all of us. It is a shame that another legacy of Bush is the lost of your constitutional right to due process.

Howie:
Well now that I have you almost to myself, I would like to ask you what you think of the way Miami has changed from a place with English and Spanish to a place of almost all Spanish. I don’t mean this racially MY husband bless his sole is Cuban. So am I. But we have lots of English only speaking relatives.
When they come here to visit us they are constantly complaining that it is a shame that americans can get along in their own country because of so many huge areas in Miami that require Spanish.
I never thought about it that way. My husband and I were born here and we speak English so well that when we are not in Florida we hear many anglos dis cubans, latinos, and hispanic because they think we are anglos.
My point is now that I am looking for the things that my anglo relatives complain about, I can see their point. While it is okay to speak English, it shouldn’t be that in America there are places that English will not get you around.
I am not saying that we Cubans shouldn’t be proud of our heritage or not use our language whenever we want to, I am just saying that my anglo relatives should feel that they can order, anywhere in Miami without feeling they need to speak Spanish to get service.
What are your thoughts? Or have you experienced that difficulty?

Howie:
If you are lonely then maybe you have time to answer a question for me. Have you ever been on a spaceship? Has Carr ever demonstrated his powers to you? Why do you feel that you were picked to be his “friend?”
Mark
October 23rd, 2011 at 6:12 pm
Howie:
Are you immortal? Have you been here more than one life span? Who is Chris? Is he an alien?
When did you start to believe that Carr was real? Have you ever seen him in a human body form? If not what does he manifest as? Is he a cloud or some object, animal or just a voice?
Imo

Howie:
Now that you are free to converse can you tell us when you met Carr and when you came to believe that he was a God?
Has he ever told you when the world will come to an end? Has he ever been in human form? If so was he a male or a woman?

Howie:
Since you are lonely, you must have time to talk about stuff. I am an American indian. We believe that God is part of the planet, yet you say Carr is not from this earth. How is that? It is not that I don’t believe you. Something very knowledgeable is telling you things.
I am just curious to know why you believe this being to be God? You are blessed with the touch of something special but is it God? Why do you believe it to be God and would you tell me what your concept of God is.

Your family has suffered like mine has under Chinese rule. Most were rounded up and killed or forced into labor camps to die a slow difficult death. I was smuggled out and I live in China as a chinese citizen. I dream for the day when we can overthrow our chinese oppressors as the arabs have done in their countries.
Do you have any advice for us? I am for Tibet.

I won’t say where I am but It is in the West Bank area. I read your comments all the time. I am proud that you are a proud Jew. My arab friends think that you are a fair commentor. The reason I don’t want to say exactly where I am is because I want to tell you that You and Michelle have changed a few minds over here.
Several women have braved the sentence of death and told of plots to do harm to settlers and to sneak suicide bombers inside Israel proper.
I hope you will decide to come to Palestine during one of our holy periods so that we can welcome you properly.

Howie, I am an American Omaha. I envy your experience. My father was a spirit man for my people. He said that one day I would meet a man who walked the God of us all. I wonder if you are that man.
Why do you believe that Carr is a God?

So you complain about what happened to your family. Obviously we failed because some lived to produce you another jew. Now you jews are teaching the niggers how to rebel against their natural masters.
But January 2012 will usher in a new world order. We, White men, will take our country back. We will pass an abortion law to insure that white women will no longer be able to abort white babies. As for the jew, niggers and slopes, wet backs and muds, we have a plan.

What camp were your parents put in? Were they married before or after they left the camp(s)? Do you have any brothers or sisters(if this is not too personal). I think that most of the blog would like to know more about you.
Of course we expect that you will still keep your identity secret. God knows how insane this racially cruel world is. But within safety bounds, I would love to get to know you better. You have been an important part of this blog for a long time.
It is nice that you have opened the door to questions about your life. I am sorry it took boredom to bring you to this point but it is nice that you want to talk. I have always been too afraid to get to personal with you. You seem too powerful to approach.
But you are so cheerful and kind to Zen Lill, I feel it is worth a try. My sister said that you will probably turn me into a toad or something. She says that Zen Lill is a Girlz and you are friendly with all aliens.
But I don’t think that is why you are friendly with Zen Lill, I think that you would be just as nice if she wasn’t an alien. Anyway it is worth a try to me.
I hope I haven’t offended you.

George está y el culo. Howie, I hope you won’t let that racist spoil you mood to talk. I have a few questions I would like to ask you? I live in Miami and I have no english speaking friends. I learned my english in school. I am a very good student. But it seems that most whites and blacks in my classes don’t want to hang out with a latino.
What do you suggest I do to make friends with someone other than a spanish speaking person? My english is very good, though I do have a thick spanish accent. I am 18 in my first year of AA.
You have not spoken about your experience living in Miami. Do you have any latino, or any naive spanish speaking friends?

Fuck you George. Howie I hope you don’t think most white people feel like that creep George. People like him are losers who use race as an excuse for why they couldn’t make it with all the advantages being white gives them.
I understand the privileges the color of my skin affords me. I am not proud of the fact that that is the way it is here in America, but I don’t deny it is so.
If I may I would like to engage you in conversation about a few things since you say you are bored and would like to talk.
When did you meet Carr and under what circumstances? Have you ever doubted that He was a God? Has He told you what He has planned for you? Has Chris met Carr? Does he believe that Carr is a God?
Have you met any aliens? And do they believe that Carr is a God? I have only been reading this blog for two years. This is my first time writing in. But you said that you wanted to have dialogue so I felt you wouldn’t mind if I asked you a few questions.
If you feel they are too personal, I will understand.

Wow! My sister called to say that Howie is taking questions. But it looks like I will be on the short end. And you haven’t answered anyone yet? I’m almost scared to ask mine. I read the others and some of their questions are mine.
So to be on the safe side. I’ll just say I hope you will answer some of the questions. Bet there are a whole lot of ears perked. -)

POSITION YOURSELF FOR A GOOD NIGHT’S SLEEP
So many people tell me that they can’t get a good night’s sleep!
Even when they try all the well-known tricks — such as darkening the room, relaxing before bed and drinking warm milk — a restful night’s sleep still eludes them.
But what few people seem to consider is the position they sleep in and how that impacts the quality of their sleep.
In fact, the position you choose can contribute to a whole range of sleep-interfering problems including neck, shoulder and back pain.
If you sleep in a position that makes your body hurt or feel stiff, you may be forced to try positions that leave you in even more pain.
On top of it all, your sleep position can contribute to acid reflux (more on that below).
To explore which sleep positions are the worst and which are the best, I called Christopher Rose, MD, medical director of the sleep center at the Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, Texas.
He gave me the pros and cons of sleeping on your side, back and stomach and suggested ways to modify each position to better assure a restful sleep.
SLEEPING ON YOUR BACK
This is the ideal position for the vast majority of people.
Advantages: It’s most likely to keep the head, neck and spine in a healthy, neutral position… it helps prevent or lessen acid reflux… and as a bonus, it is the only position that does not contribute to facial wrinkling.
Disadvantages: Back sleeping is not good for those with sleep apnea, people who snore or pregnant women after their fourth month.
Dr. Rose explained that when people with breathing issues lie on their backs, pressure on the airway in the back of the throat increases, triggering improper breathing.
And pregnant women should avoid back sleeping in the later months to keep the weight of the growing fetus off the intestines and major blood vessels (the aorta and vena cava), so that blood flows more freely to the fetus.
Back-sleeping tips: Your pillow should be 100% comfortable for you — for most people, this means soft and not very thick.
Position it so that it doesn’t force your chin toward your chest, an unnatural position that can create neck pain, said Dr. Rose.
If you already have neck pain, consider a cervical pillow — a pillow with thick padding in a horseshoe-shape around the outer edges and less padding in the center and along the bottom edge.
Adjust it so that your head fits comfortably in the middle and your neck is supported by the padding along the lower edge.
It will align the cervical spine and support your head, preventing cervical strain. If you have pain in your lower back, place a pillow under your knees to prevent back strain.
SLEEPING ON YOUR SIDE
This position is second best for most of us — and the best for snorers and those with back pain.
Advantages: Because it elongates the spine (on your back, the vertebrae stack naturally together… on your side, they are pulled apart a bit), side-sleeping can help ease back pain.
It may also prevent snoring just by the positioning of the tongue, uvula and epiglottis, and it reduces risk for acid reflux since your stomach can flop down to the side and “kink” the gastroesophageal junction a bit to slow down reflux.
Disadvantages: Side-sleeping puts uneven weight on the neck and shoulder — the downside shoulder bears more weight than if you distribute your weight more evenly across both shoulders on your back — so it can exacerbate problems you might have in those areas.
Side-sleeping causes wrinkling on the side of the face you sleep on and, because it leaves the breasts hanging, over time it encourages them to sag.
Side-sleeping tips: Pregnant women and people with acid reflux might find it better to sleep on the left side only, said Dr. Rose.
For a pregnant woman, sleeping on the left side keeps the fetus off the mother’s vena cava, assuring a healthier blood flow to her heart and to the fetus.
And because the stomach is on the left side of the body and the esophagus is to its right, left-side sleeping positions your stomach below your esophagus, helping to prevent stomach acid from creeping into the esophagus.
If side-sleeping makes your shoulders sore, Dr. Rose suggested that you stretch them during the day by rolling them forward and then backward, 10 times per side.
Side-sleepers with hip problems should place a pillow between the knees, which keeps hips in better alignment and reduces pain.
SLEEPING ON YOUR STOMACH
Without question, this position is the worst for most people.
Advantages: None, other than for snoring and apnea, but both these conditions are better addressed with side-sleeping, said Dr. Rose.
Disadvantages: Sleeping on your stomach forces the spine out of its natural S-curve alignment, potentially causing pains, numbness and tingling.
It forces the head to one side or the other, further distorting the alignment of the neck and spine. More bad news: This position worsens gastric reflux.
PILLOW TALK
You may have been sleeping in the same position for decades — maybe for your whole life. But that doesn’t mean that it’s the best position for your sleep or your health.
To train yourself into adopting a sleep position that will better serve you, pillows are the way to go.
To encourage side-sleeping, lie down as comfortably as possible in the side position and then grab two cylindrical or rectangular pillows that are about body length.
Put one right behind you and one right in front of you. To convert to sleeping on your back, get two small pillows.
Prop one on each side of your head on top of your main pillow.
When choosing a pillow, Dr. Rose said, just go with personal preference.
There is no scientific evidence to prove that a soft pillow has advantages over a firm one or vice versa.
This is also true for mattresses — despite advertisements to the contrary, there is no research proving that a soft, medium or firm mattress is best for sleep for most people. It’s highly individual.
Finally, if you are one of those rare folks who sleeps soundly and has never had a complaint about the quality of your sleep, Dr. Rose said, the best position for you is clearly the one you have — whatever that might be.

Howie:
So were you joking or were the questions too personal? Like Bonnie, most of them were things I would have asked?
I could add if you are up for another one, if you would prefer another life time on this earth or would you prefer to travel to other planets if you were given a choice.
I’ll take my answer on the blog. :-)

No. 296 of 365
Tell a liberal how much you admire the lofty neutrality and commitment to truth at all costs of their house journal the New York Times.
NO. 5.
Praise the Grey Lady for its principled decision in 2005 to expose President Bush’s Terrorist Surveillance wiretap program.
Of course, there are conservative fools who witter on about stuff like national security, but liberals understand otherwise.
Say to your liberal friend that you would rather a thousand innocent New Yorkers were blown to tiny pieces on the subway than live in a country where government attempts to eavesdrop on potentially innocent jihadists;
you’re so proud that the crusading zeal and moral certitude for which the New York Times is so justly renowned has made that possible.
October 23rd, 2011 at 8:16 pm
I was about to comment on the absence of the main players when I read that crap posted by Human Events.
First let me say it is a shame the way they high jack words that imply the exact opposite of what they are about. It just makes the book “1984″ so much more relevant.
These lowlifes are way more than hypocrites. They are sick racists who spawn the likes of George,WN(white nincompoop).
The real issue should be why a few “Jihadists” with box cutters got by the great Republican protectors of this nation.
That party claims to be the party best capable of protecting the country against the Jihadists, yet the only serious attack came on their watch.
All the attempts to divert attention from that is for naught if the dems can get a clue and constantly remind the people that it was the Republican party’s watch 9/11 occurred.

To all concerned bloggers:
So many questions. No, you are not talking to yourselves. Where have you been all day?
I have been checking the blog throughout the day since the morning and there was only one comment from Julie besides my own. Therefore I invited readers to comment with my statement “It is lonely in cyberspace.” I do not wish to disappoint anyone, but you must see this through my eyes to understand. This is not a joke.
This was simply my way of asking for others to chime in to MM blog and stir up some dialogue about today‘s post or anything on your minds.
Can you all understand how overwhelming it is to check the blog before bedtime (Eastern Time) after being alone all day long and the number of comments jumped from 3 to 26 — Most to Howie — and very personal in nature.
How could I possibly answer all of these questions in one evening?
I will try to answer as many as I can tomorrow. Some questions are very personal — involving Carr and our special relationship.
I will tell everyone that Carr is one of the 3 Gods who imagined a universe into existence. That is what makes an entity a God. They can make matter and life out of nothing.
Carr is known by many Alien cultures under a variety of names throughout eternity.
Since I have told everyone that I have been friends with Carr for many years, he was in Human form when I met him. Since then he has shown and taught me many things. We became friends the same way any humans do. He saw qualities in me that I myself did now know I had and chose to befriend me.
Carr is my Mentor and best friend and that is just the way it turned out. The rest is history. I have become accustomed to witnessing what many would call miracles over the years. They do not phase me.
Remember, I am doing this as a courtesy. Please do not harass me or act with a “Mob Mentality”. I will answer what I consider important.
