Local Girl Nadia Lockyer…

…let’s her little head overrule the big.
Good morning!
Wayne, your apology sounds sincere to me. So, this one’s for you. Women too can let their little clitoris head overrule their big one.
Sex-tape stunner in Nadia Lockyer case
There’s a shocking twist in the saga of Alameda County Supervisor Nadia Lockyer and the incident at a Newark hotel that landed her in the hospital and a male acquaintance under police scrutiny.
We’re told that a sex tape of Nadia Lockyer and the man was given to her husband, state Treasurer Bill Lockyer, about six weeks before the Newark incident. The treasurer believed that the man, who has a history of arrests for alleged methamphetamine use, might make the tape public if forced to break off a romantic relationship with the supervisor.
Here’s the story, as we’ve pieced it together from sources knowledgeable about the law enforcement investigation into the Newark incident and the events that preceded it.
After receiving the sex tape and viewing a string of text messages between his wife and the man over the past three months, Bill Lockyer privately contacted Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O’Malley - a personal and political friend of the treasurer and his wife. Lockyer was at wit’s end as to what to do about his wife, and he hoped to persuade prosecutors to seek a court order barring the man from approaching Nadia Lockyer.
Bill Lockyer’s argument was that his wife was being stalked by the man, a 35-year-old San Jose resident whom he portrayed as a former boyfriend of Nadia Lockyer.
The investigation went nowhere, however, because prosecutors came to believe that Nadia Lockyer, 40, and the man were engaged in a consensual relationship, based partly on text messages and X-rated photos found on her computer.
O’Malley’s chief assistant, Kevin Dunleavy, confirmed only that the first official contact came when “our office was contacted by Nadia Lockyer’s office back in early January, and that Nadia felt she was being stalked” by the man.
“So we assigned a couple of inspectors from our office to do a threat management assessment,” he said, which included interviewing Nadia Lockyer but not the man.
“At the end of that interview, our inspectors came back and reported their evaluation that there was no stalking going on” – at least, nothing that could be legally construed as such, he said.
As for a sex tape?
O’Malley herself tells us “my office had nothing at all about a tape and blackmail.”
But the D.A., who acknowledged having a number of conversations with Bill Lockyer about his wife, said she was deeply concerned about Nadia Lockyer’s health, since she had lost considerable weight. O’Malley also had received sporadic text messages from Nadia Lockyer that suggested she was “in a downward spiral – in crisis.”
After news of the hotel incident went public, O’Malley turned over the criminal investigation to the state attorney general, citing Nadia Lockyer’s earlier work with a domestic violence program in the district attorney’s office. O’Malley said the information turned over included a string of text messages involving the man Nadia Lockyer had seen.
Before that, however, Bill Lockyer also contacted the father of Nadia Lockyer’s male acquaintance, telling him that his wife and the man’s son were in a “bad relationship” that had to end.
We’re told the father offered to help in destroying any copies of the sex tape and compromising photos that might be on his son’s computer or elsewhere – but then there was no follow-up.
The story might have died had police not been called to the Homewood Suites in Newark in the wee hours of Feb. 3, where they found Nadia Lockyer suffering from head and neck injuries. She told police she had been assaulted by the man her husband described as her ex-boyfriend. But even that incident has taken another twist.
Sources familiar with the case say the man gave a story of self-defense during the hotel encounter. His version differs sharply from the account given by Bill Lockyer. According to our sources, here’s how it goes:
For starters, the man – whom we’re not naming because he has not been arrested in the case – says there is nothing “ex” about the relationship, and that he’s not the stalker or potential suicide case that Bill Lockyer has characterized him as being.
The man, a construction worker, says his relationship with Nadia Lockyer has lasted more than a year, beginning when the two met at a Kaiser outpatient rehab program in 2010. Sources say she was enrolled for abusing alcohol and he for meth addiction.
The man also says he and Nadia Lockyer have communicated with each other since the hotel incident.
As he tells it, Nadia Lockyer invited him to visit her at the Homewood Suites on Feb. 3, where records show she had checked in.
He also says it was Nadia Lockyer who instigated the fight that night, because she suspected he was involved with other women.
Police, who answered a 911 call from the hotel about 2:40 a.m., have repeatedly interviewed Nadia Lockyer about the alleged attack.
Police referred all questions about the case to the attorney general’s office, which isn’t commenting. A spokesman for Bill Lockyer, who also served eight years as attorney general, said his boss had nothing further to say about the case.
Efforts to reach Nadia Lockyer were unsuccessful, and her acquaintance isn’t talking. She has checked into a center for treatment of an unspecified chemical dependency, and he was released from the Santa Clara County Jail late Thursday after being arrested last weekend for alleged drug possession and driving under the influence.

Hi Michelle: How are you? Do you remember years back when we all were reminding you about a recipe for a broth or soup given to you from Zmiv or Glea I think, that was good for joint pain and restoration?
I am using a product now from Dr. David Williams, Joint Advantage Gold. I was wondering if you or maybe Zen Lill still had that recipe from the TAO.
I am having trouble with my knee and shoulder joints, and my doctor wants me to have prosthetic knees installed.
I don’t particularly care to have this operation done. I would prefer to keep all of my original parts.
Do you think that I could get a hold of that recipe?
Zen Lill: Hey sister what’s been up? Are you in possession of this formula? I am in need of it and would be eternally grateful if one of you Girlz could help me with this. Do you think that this could be a possibility?
LUV,
Al

Chloe, I understand what you mean though I didn’t say fuck/make love when you clearly do not want to or are not ‘feelin’ it’ I don’t have to separate out certain types of arguments and hold my ‘not getting it on whichoo mojo’ in order to make a point, don’t have to have it hold over to our =mutual= pleasure, I never said I’d ‘spread my legs to make him happy’. No no no…
…and I can compartmentalize my annoyances/anger depending on the annoyance/anger and the amount of conciliatory actions taken after the argument and the time I would like to make pleasure. I’d never suggest for anyone, man or woman, to interact sexually if they cannot ‘feel’ anything. I do know people who withhold to get their way and that I find manipulative, if a man does something for you simply to get ‘let back in between your spread legs’ than you are partaking in an arrangement I would not be in, none of that works for me, too tit for tat and quid pro quo and humans who are really feelin’ it just do not work that way…or maybe they do and I just don’t – angry sex doesn’t mean you want to ‘kick their ass’ between the sheets, it just adds another emotion to the mix, it’s not terrible or a removed way of making love.
Remember there’s often a thin line between love/hate, I merely suggest that sometimes I step over it, if i want to and I’m feelin’ it, and more often than not it changes the perspective of both without making it about ‘getting some’ or not. I’ll admit, it’s my personal take – it’s not for everyone and you MUST have a connect that’s well worth it to begin with…
Al, I will post it for you asap in its original form and you can do the additives if you like, but don’t tell Holly, she might think I’m busy perfecting things and taking credit over aliens again. This stuff works, Al, I drink it and now I give it to my 14 yr old doggie, her hip is renewed! I’ll get back here as soon as I find it…
Little heads may be the rulers of men/women everywhere though I’d say that underlying it all is some very young inner child screaming to get some very basic need met in a…somewhat – ahem, unskilled(? for lack of better word) manner…being loved the way they want, getting lots of attention, often in long marriages that gets overlooked and people go look for someone new to tell their story to and show their moves to…of course, if you’re on drugs/alcohol all bets are off, you are on auto pilot navigation and usually headed nowhere that good.

I would like to thank all the people who enjoy my comments and have complimented me for the past couple of days. You are why I write on Michelle’s Blog.
My topic now is controversial. I do not wish to change anyone’s belief system. I believe Birth Control is a Woman’s decision.
What ever happened to the separation of church and state in America? This nation was founded on that premise. A free Democratic society should not be controlled by the desires of the Church when political decisions are made. Health Care for Women and Contraception are not any Church‘s business and they should not have the right to change the vote of politicians.
Secondly, which Church has the final say to prevent such things as women receiving Health Care and Contraception — Is it Christianity? Is It Judaism? Is it Islam? Or Hinduism? — which religion has this power to control political matters? “In God We Trust” is printed on our cash. This should not be confused as America being a politically Christian Country (although many may believe the contrary). When we swear on the Bible to tell the truth in Court, what does swearing over a King James Bible do to make a Defendant tell the truth?
If one is guilty or just a liar they will not tell the truth no matter what they swear on. How many times have I heard people swear on their dead Mother’s or anything else, to get the results they desire?
That is why there are trials where the Prosecution and Defense go through their questioning which is witnessed in front of 12 Jurors of one’s peers and evidence is shown before a decision is made about one’s innocence or guilt. If the Jury is hostile — say rich Whites deciding the guilt or innocence of a Black Man. Are these 12 people really one’s peers? Is there such a thing as real Justice?
Does the Bible being there change what a defendant will say — I doubt it. If one is facing 25 years in prison for a crime, what good is having a Bible in the courtroom? Will it make the defendant tell the truth? They will lie through their teeth to be chosen innocent and not have to spend years in a penitentiary.
These Religious Men who make these decisions for our population are forcing their beliefs on the American Public in general and Women’s Health care in particular. Why? Is it to further control a Woman’s body and tell them what they can and cannot do to their bodies? Yes, it is a control issue mixed with a power issue over Women.
These same religious people are usually pro-Death Sentence and Execution of criminals. It is only right that if 1 in 100 people are acquitted wrongly and sent back to society, it is far better than one person being Executed who is wrongly accused and is really innocent.
What is it with these men? They would like Insurance Companies to consider Women’s illnesses as pre-existing conditions and therefore not covered by Insurance.
Birth Control is considered Murder when there is no life ended at all as far as the Pill or condoms are concerned. Sperm and Eggs are not Alive, conscious beings and no religion has the right to call Sperm or Ova “Life”. They are Cells in our body’s.
When a fetus become a living sentient being can be discussed and determined by Philosophers. It is not for me to decide when a fetus actually becomes a living human being. The Church certainly has no place making these decisions for us either.
What makes an embryo more important than the Woman carrying it?
To force a Woman to give up her own life just to keep an unborn embryo or fetus alive so it can be born, whether it kills the Mother or not is sick thinking. A Woman is alive and is in the prime of her life when a possible rape or incestuous, unwanted child is cooking in the oven and will have to be raised with the memory of how it all began. Why in Gods world should a Woman be forced to keep this unborn child if she doesn’t want any memory of the rape, or act that forced her to allow her fertilized egg to survive and multiply into a fetus?
The entire point is the Woman should make the decision to keep or not keep this unborn thing growing inside her. It is purely a matter of control over a Woman’s body which should go to the Woman and only to the Woman.
It is fine to assassinate a Doctor at Planned Parenthood to these warped zealots. They can commit premeditated murder to a Doctor at their home or on their way to work at the Abortion Clinic.
These Doctors are not evil people. They are offering an alternative to Women — many of whom have had a traumatic event happen to them such as rape, in order to become pregnant. They are3 performing a needed service.
It is certainly without any doubt that Murder is a Sin according to the Ten Commandments of the Judeo-Christian God as well as the law of just about all of society. Yet that murder is condoned by Bible thumping Christians who pull the trigger on innocent Doctors without a trial, Judge or a jury of their peers.
Who should have complete control over a Women’s body? No doubt about it . . . A Woman
This is my opinion. Yours may vary.

Hi Linda: Almost missed your comment. So, what’s new with you these days? All is well I hope, and thanks for the compliment, if that’s what you’d call it.
Bye-Bye Linda and you stay a good girl. You are a good girl right?
Al
Zen Lill: Thanks for offering to send me that recipe. I hope you can find it, I am getting to a point where it is difficult and painful for me to stand up.
I like what you are putting in a lot of your comments as of late. As far as telling Holly about your spicing it up, I think you already just did that.
Sometimes you can be so silly, in a fun kind of way.
Al
Michelle: thanks, but it looks like ZL has me covered. You probably have enough on your plate already

Al, I was going to rewrite it to keep it from criticism but then I thought, why, I couldn’t care less if someone wants to find fault, I alreafy gave my caveat and as is – it works, period. So I’m posting the link to the blog post bc I’m under the deadline gun for 3-4 things before midnight tonight (someone is going to lose there…don’t care, they can wait or not) and there’s no time for cut/paste, so here you go! http://getyourlifebalanced.com/2011/12/get-healthy-using-these-2-suggestions-ps-includes-recipe-for-the-elixir-of-life-broth/
I’m trying it with veggie broth for a vegan pal though I have the feeling there’s something in the bone marrow that matters as much as the egg membrane, try to use farm fresh or organic eggs if you can, if not, you’ll still get benefits I’m sure…
And thanks for the compliment, Al, I enjoy your comments as well, and Howie has been prolific lately, and I’m luvin’ it, hope Kent backs off with that deadline bs so we can all keep up with the amazing alien stories.
Till the morrow, ZL

…and Howie, I totally agree, since when is the interpretation of when a zygote becomes life something a ‘man’ of the cloth or a ‘man’ of legislation knows, even amongst scientists there’s questionable timing involved, so ‘souls’ notwithstanding, a woman is the decider, period, and that should end the conversation. A woman decides and her doctor acknowledges and complies with her wishes. People tell trivial lies and bald-faced lies with or without the ‘good book(s)’ present so correct again, why would they swear anything on anything, I suppose it’s symbolic to someone…though I find it just plain ritualistic in a non-thinking way. – ZL

Republican politicians have no concern as far as pro-life vs. pro choice goes. Do people really think that they care one way or another? I don’t.
They caculate which stance will make them more popular with the voters, and which stance will give them a better chance of winning an election, thus fattening their wallets. And go with that. It is that simple.
They do care about being in control, other than that they could care less about womens health issues. It is only a ploy to accumulate votes. And to have control over women.
Why can’t they just mind their own business, which should be deciding what is best for the everyday people of these United States. Not what is best for their cronies, you know that small percentage who hold all the money.
They will kiss babies or steal their candy, whatever works best.
The outcome does not apply to them either way. This is what I believe.

Oh Al, just wanted to add that you’ll need to make this broth, the elixir of life as I call it : ) every 2-3 days, its a cumulative effect so make enough for 2 full cups per day when strained, I haven’t tried making big batches and freezing it, I tend to cook quite a bit bc I like to so it doesn’t matter to me though you may want to make more per batch to cut down on cooking time. I’m sure the effects vary from person to person, I have to drink it for a few weeks (when I space out and forget to do it from time to time) but it took my doggie no time at all to respond and it’s cheaper than doggie glucosamine and it’s very tasty. – ZL
