Experts Claim Zimmerman Is Not The Cries Heard On The 911 Tape

Posted by Michelle Moquin on April 2nd, 2012

Bookmark and Share

Good morning.

I was going to post a write about another topic but since Trayvon Martin is still on everyone’s minds, as well as mine, I thought I would post this recent write. I have heard the tapes before of him screaming and begging for his life, so I just cannot listen to the tape another time. It is just heart wrenching.  One can only imagine what the family must go through every time they listen to it.

Was there ever a question who was the screamer? Amazingly yes, people did question. But to me, it is obvious that the person screaming “Help!” for his life, is not Zimmerman. Why would Zimmerman be the one screaming help when he is the one with the gun stalking Martin? Was Zimmerman afraid he would be bombarded with skittles and doused with ice tea? I don’t think so.

Once we knew a gun was involved, and it was – martin was shot dead with the weapon, this would eliminate any question who the “screamer” was.

If I was the killer, in possession of a gun, stalking a boy with both hands full, and neither hand was carrying some sort of weapon to defend against my loaded gun, no scream would ever escape my mouth. It’s just illogical to think any different.

But those that are bigots…those that want to see Zimmerman as the “victim” here will justify anything, as Robert, rt pointed out. They will try to cover up the real truth. I’m just waiting to see doctored photos of Zimmerman with blood gushing out of his head.  No doubt the police will come up with this eventually.  It’s sick and I’m not buying it.

As painful as it is for Martin’s family, I admire their tenacity and tenability in the face of those that would just like to bury this story and be done with it. Another black boy killed – no big deal. But it is a big deal. An innocent life was taken, and his murder needs to be in the forefront of our minds. Martin’s murder cannot be forgotten or laid to rest without justice being served.

I am HOPEing this heinous story will continue to remain in the media, and minds of those who care…and Zimmerman will be arrested.

Trayvon Martin Shooting: Voice Experts Claim Cries Heard On 911 Call Were Not George Zimmerman’s

Before George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin on February 26, a 911 call recorded the voice of someone screaming. Whether that person was Martin or Zimmerman — who police say claimed he was attacked by Martin before the fatal incident — has been an open question since the calls were released by the Sanford, Florida police department. (WARNING: Above audio is disturbing.)

The Orlando Sentinel consulted two voice experts to try to settle the debate, and both came to the same conclusion: The cries could not have come from George Zimmerman.

One expert, Tom Owen, used voice identification software to rule out Zimmerman as the source. From the Sentinel:

“I took all of the screams and put those together, and cut out everything else,” Owen says.

The software compared that audio to Zimmerman’s voice. It returned a 48 percent match. Owen said to reach a positive match with audio of this quality, he’d expect higher than 90 percent.

“As a result of that, you can say with reasonable scientific certainty that it’s not Zimmerman,” Owen says, stressing that he cannot confirm the voice as Trayvon’s, because he didn’t have a sample of the teen’s voice to compare.

Another analyst came to a similar conclusion using different technology.

The voice analysis is the latest piece of information to cast doubt on the narrative, advanced by Zimmerman and his family, that the Neighborhood Watch volunteer was attacked by 17-year-old Travyon Martin. A police video this week showed no blood or bruises on Zimmerman in the aftermath of the incident, while Martin’s funeral director said he saw no signs of a struggle on the teen’s body.

CORRECTION: A previous headline for this story stated that voice experts claimed the cries on the 911 call came from Trayvon Martin. In fact, they only said that the cries did not come from George Zimmerman.

******

Readers: I don’t need proof that it is Martin’s voice, but I can’t imagine Martin’s voice isn’t recorded somewhere to make a comparison.

MoveOn: Another horrific example of “just us” justice. Unless you’re “just us” you can forget “justice”.

Halley: Not until you mentioned it. All I found was articles on Trump’s sons for killing elephants as sport, which is just as disgusting.

Clay: I see green…just had to say that because most likely, like so many  other men, you are just envious of our hero Anonz. Tell me, if you were there and “witnessed” Anonz protecting women from men who would not think twice about raping, or torturing or killing again and again and again, why were you not by his side protecting the women? Just as I figured, “a gutless wonder”.

Why is it that the moment men are threatened it becomes “horrifying“? What a wuss. What’s horrifying to me is to think about all of the women that suffer at the hands of men. Can you imagine how horrified the women must be? Somehow I don’t think you do.

This is not just “some mistreatments by a few men” .  Wake up will ya and look around – Read for God’s sake – the rape, torture, murder of women is prevalent in this world.

Let me clue you in because I think you need to be enlightened, “If men weren’t so disgusting…if men weren’t so horrific, brutal, heartless…need I go on?…to women, we wouldn’t need the likes of men such as Anonz (not that there is more than one Anonz – although, we could certainly use a few more real men), to come to our aid in protection of the likes of men that I just described.” Obviously, you’re not or you wouldn’t have just stood around and “witnessed”, you would have done something. But like I said, just another whining gutless wonder.

Readers: I’m done. Your turn. Blog me.

Lastly, greed over a great story is surfacing from my “loyal”(?) readers. With all this back and forth about who owns what, that appears on my blog, let me reiterate that all material posted on my blog becomes the sole property of my blog. If you want to reserve any proprietary rights don’t post it to my blog. I will prominently display this caveat on my blog from now on to remind those who may have forgotten this notice.

How Red Wine Affects Breast Cancer Risk

If you’re a woman, then you already know that one daily drink of alcohol may raise your risk for breast cancer by about 12%, according to some research. But a new study suggests that not all alcohol is created equal…when it comes to wine, in particular, white wine may be more risky than red.

Now picture a restaurant full of people ordering wine—what are most of the women having? White, of course. What’s their risk?

    WHAT’S IN THAT GLASS?

Glenn D. Braunstein, MD, chairman of the department of medicine at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, got the idea to study red wine versus white wine because of substances called aromatase-inhibitors (AIs).

AIs are naturally present in red grape skins, red grape seeds and red wine—but not in white grapes or white wine—and, in prior studies they have been shown, in drug-form, to decrease the body’s production of estrogen (which many breast cancers require to grow).

So Dr. Braunstein wanted to see whether the natural AIs found in red wine might help healthy women blunt the added risk of drinking red wine, making it less risky than white wine.

    RED WINE TRUMPS WHITE

In the study, Dr. Braunstein and his team randomly assigned 36 healthy women (average age 36) to drink eight ounces of either red or white wine with food each evening during the first 21 days of their menstrual cycle.

They drank either Cabernet Sauvignon or Chardonnay made by the same company in the same year. After the 21st day, they were told to drink no wine (and consume no grape-related products) until their next menstrual cycle began, at which point they were asked to switch to drinking the other color of wine for 21 days.

Twice during the same phases of each menstrual cycle, physicians drew blood from the women to measure their levels of estrogen and other hormones.

The results: Researchers found that when the women drank red wine, they had lower levels of estrogen compared with when they drank white wine. When the women drank red wine, they also had higher levels of several other hormones, which are additional indicators that the red wine was acting as an AI.

The researchers concluded that given its effect on estrogen and other hormones, drinking red wine may be less risky than drinking white, in terms of breast cancer risk.

In fact, it is possible that a certain amount of red wine reduces breast cancer risk, said Dr. Braunstein, but additional research will be needed to see whether that’s true. The study was published this past March in Journal of Women’s Health.

    BELLY UP

Dr. Braunstein said that although the only red wine tested was Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s likely that red wines made from other red grapes would have similar effects.

So, he said, if you’re a healthy woman with no history of breast cancer and you like to indulge in alcohol on occasion, then you might want to stick with red wine.

But he emphasized that if you don’t already drink alcohol, this research does not suggest that you pick up the habit, since you can still get the AI benefit from a glass of purple grape juice or a bowl of red grapes.

And if you currently have breast cancer or have already had breast cancer, he added, it may also be wise to stay away from alcohol altogether. Talk to your doctor about your particular risk factors.

Source: Glenn D. Braunstein, MD, chairman, department of medicine, vice president for clinical innovation, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles.

My apologies Michelle, I meant to say Trump’s sons. I guess the other creep was on my mind. I am making a full retraction. The article I was referring to was about Trump’s sons.

  3. Alycedale Says:

I heard that they used software to determine whose voice it was crying for help. It turns out that they say it is not Zimmerman’s voice crying out for help.

The science of using software to identify a voice will not be accepted until it is used to convict an OTW. And even then it will still be worked into their “jUStice System.”

Hence it will be good enough to send an OTW to prison or death, but it won’t be enough to get them out of jail or off death row.

    Alycedale

  4. Human Events Says:

All eyes are on the Badger State this morning with the looming primary fight coming tomorrow. At this point, as John Gizzi and other political reporters are pointing out, Mitt Romney should come out on top tomorrow night. Polls this A.M. have him up 7 points, but others are also pointing out that, since it seems all but wrapped up for the former Massachusetts governor, it’s important to not get complacent with someone like Rick Santorum on his heels.

Veep talk is still on everyone’s mind, and John’s latest profile is of Sen. Rob Portman of Ohio, who campaigned vigorously for Mitt Romney ahead of the Buckeye State primary. Many pundits believe Portman’s help, put Romney over the goal line.

Our latest Debunker piece is new today, and it’s especially prescient with the Supreme Court hearing of ObamaCare. Mark looks at how ObamaCare crunches the numbers on the cost vs. the quality of care.

Daniel Horowitz’s cover story for this week’s paper is online. Daniel looks at the Postal Service and the impending $41 billion bailout. Enough is enough, Daniel says, it’s time to privatize the USPS.

Make sure to be with us tomorrow evening for our primary coverage. Will Mitt Romney win in Wisconsin, or does Rick Santorum make one last stand? Find out tomorrow.

    Talk to you all then.

    -Adam

Remember when Robert,RT or Alycedale said that if you get a SCOTUS decision that is so off the logic of common sense, justice or human consciousness, it will be a 5 to 4 decision with the bought and paid for STARK being responsible for the decision.

So the newest ruling should come as no surprise on a 5 to 4 decision STARK just changed the law again and has given the police to STRIP SEARCH you for a traffic violation.

In dissent, Justice Stephen Breyer said, “I cannot find justification for the strip search policy at issue here — a policy that would subject those arrested for minor offenses to serious invasions of their privacy.”

These are indeed perilous times. The tea party bigots are ranting about taking their country back from a black man’s leadership while the bought and paid for STARK are selling out the country to the highest bidder and towards the USA becoming a police state.

Conservatives and cops (who typically vote conservative) get turned on by this type of submission of naked men. No wonder they phony the front of being so anti gay. Its to mask what they really are.

  8. TSB Says:

I am a white guy and had this same thing happen. I was ordered to pay a fine for a traffic ticket, paid it and had my receipt from the court clerk, but they delayed in getting that info entered into the computer system.

I was later arrested at 4:00am on a Saturday morning (surprise knock at the door by two officers) and taken to jail where I had to wait until Monday for my wife to get bail money and get me out.

I was then forced to pay the fine again, even though I had the receipt, plus I was out additional court costs and the 10% part of the bail they kept for ‘their trouble’ or processing me.

Upon a subsequent attept to sue for wrongful arrest. it was thrown out by a fishing buddy of the original judge and we never even got to trial to argue my case.

It’s all about the money, not race, not justice, not anything else, just crooked officials fleecing the populace.

Kennedy, Alito, Roberts, Scalia, & Thomas always claim they are ruling in favor of the constitution when they rule against against civil liberties.

However if those civil liberties arise out of some desire by the conservatives(racists, bigots, misogynists, religious zealots) to control some facet of the rest of the country’s lives, then they will find a reason to make it law.

Therefore you can bet on Obama losing.

IT’S STAR GAZING TIME IN GUAM!!!!!!!!

“Guam’s Tropical Skies” with UOG’s Pam Eastlick

    Written by Pam Eastlick

    Guam News – Guam News

Guam – Well, it’s April when we have the best stargazing skies in the world here on Guam.

For all the latest on Guam’s Tropical Skies go to the Planetarium’s website at: http://www.guam.net/planet

In April and May, you can see eight of the ten brightest stars, 15 of the 20 brightest stars, the largest and smallest constellations AND the three most famous constellations ALL AT THE SAME TIME. And this year three of the planets will join the Magic Half Hour!

This month’s public Planetarium show ‘The Magic Half Hour’ will tell you all about it so keep reading. And I’ve also got news about a really nice conjunction coming up this weekend.

April is always a spectacular month for stargazing. So get out there and look up!!

    Pam

    1. Full Moon conjunction
    2. April public Planetariums shows

    1. Moon and planet conjunction 7 April 2012
You can see Venus and Jupiter in the western sky after sunset for the rest of the month and Mars is that red ‘star’ high above the eastern horizon
but a fourth visible planet will enter our early evening sky this weekend and it will do so in a rather spectacular fashion.

Full Moon is this Saturday 7 April and when it rises it will be keeping company with two bright stars. The one very close and above it is Spica,
the 15th brightest star, but the one only two finger-widths to the left is NOT a star. That’s Saturn, making its debut as our fourth evening planet.

And if that’s not enough of a spectacle for you, go outside a few minutes before 7:20 p.m. and find Canopus the second brightest star above the
southern horizon. At 7:20 p.m. a bright moving star will appear below it.
That’s not a star: it’s the International Space Station.

The ISS will track across the southeastern sky and at 7:24 p.m. it will be directly above the Moon, Saturn and Spica. They will be quite close to
the horizon at that time, but as a general rule, the full Moon is hard to miss and you shouldn’t have any trouble finding all of them. It just
could be quite a show! Enjoy!

    2. April Public Planetarium shows
    12, 13 and 14 April
    The Magic Half Hour
    6:30 p.m.
Quality Time with the Star Lady
    7:00 p.m.

In Guam in April and May there’s a half hour when you can see eight of the brightest stars. I call it the Magic Half Hour and this week it occurs
fairly late at night so I’ve got a deal for you! Come to April’s public shows and you’ll learn exactly how to find all this astounding wonder and
when the Magic Half Hour occurs in your personal sky. We’ll show you the bright stars, the famous constellations and other stellar wonders.

At 7:00 p.m., it’s Quality Time with the Star Lady when she answers your space-related questions. But what we’re really doing is stalling for time
until it gets dark enough that we can go out and look what I call The Big Planetarium. How many of the real stars, constellations and planets will
we see? Mark April’s public Planetarium shows on your calendar today!

The way you know that people in America are living in a white world is the stupidity or insanity within which events are conducted in your country.

Like pitting Sarah Palin agains Katie Couric to win a rating’s war. Americans are supposed get something out of the fact that the idiot will get the highest rating because people will tune in for the idiotic factor.

Can’t wait t’ill the american pundits start telling white america what it all means.

The sad thing is you assholes are the leaders of the free world.

I love how Sarah Palin has somehow turned Katie Couric into an “arch-nemesis”. As if asking soft-ball questions like “what do you enjoy reading” is some epic duel. Complete zero.

  19. NL Says:

The Left just does not get it…..taking down Palin did not work, it only made her stronger.

Now, Palin is standing tall and making them look foolish. Palin’s record in Alaska is

Sarah Palin on the Today Show? Anne Coulter on This Week with Stephanopoulos? And we critique vehemently the nonsense of Rush Limbaugh?

What is it with mainstream media naturalizing hate and ignorance? Absolute hypocrisy. These people are not journalists in any stretch of the imagination. They are hate-mongers.

As for my guilty pleasure: I find comfort in some mindless “repartee” as I wake up from a good night of sleep, ABC, NBC and CBS are out. Please don’t put these people on TV Land!

  21. LJ Says:

I guess it’s kinda true that Ms. Palin’s appearance will “reflect that diversity of opinion….” as she states. Who better to represent the stupid of the nation.

  22. Camila Says:

I keep hearing that the president has an 18 point lead among women but his over all lead is 9 points. That must mean a ton of white men that are voting for the white guy whoever he may be.

It appears that under no circumstances do white males want to see a black man get a second term as president of the United States of America.

There were far less bodies that would be required to operate such a vehicle. Therefore either more than one came through and only this one was damaged or some other vessel was in the area and rescued most of the crew of the vessel.

I’m not sure why I didn’t see Clay’s comment so I’m glad you addressed his gutlessness, Mischa, he needed to be called out. Clay, you’re a wuss and Anonz is a hero, face it.

I saw a gag reel of Zimmerman’s brother on Piers Morgan show, just stupid outlandish ‘self defense’ posturing – Alycedale is correct, this one eans many things to many people, though anyone with half a brain knows Z should be arrested, enough ‘police enhanced’ photos of his forehead ‘gash’ already – he had a gun and Trayvon had candy and a can, hardly a match for defending oneself.

SCOTUS should have camera/audio within their private court, what the hell is going on in there? Uunfortunately, they are in there to review law though they’re bought and paid for so how can they possible be in favor of what’s right as opposed to what is paid for??

I’m out early, catch you all later, Luv, Zen Lill

  28. HG Says:

At an emergency homeowner’s association meeting on March 1, “one man was escorted out because he openly expressed his frustration because he had previously contacted the Sanford Police Department about Zimmerman approaching him and even coming to his home,” the resident wrote in an email to HuffPost. “It was also made known that there had been several complaints about George Zimmerman and his tactics” in his neighborhood watch captain role.

  29. Jason Says:

If it is later discovered that Trayvon did fight with Zimmerman all that says is a person who felt he was being stalked decided to defend himself. Trayvon Martin was acting in self-defense. He had every right to defend himself from his attacker (Zimmerman). End of story.

What the Florida law enforcement is basically saying is that if you attack someone and then that person defends them-self by retaliating that you are then allowed to kill the person you attacked and claim self defense.

Zimmerman should be charged for assault with a deadly weapon at the very least.

  30. RT Says:

If Zimmerman has/had a major bump and/or laceration on the back of his head that changes NOTHING about this case.

Zimmerman went hunting that day. If his prey (Trayvon) turned and stood his own ground at the end, it changes nothing. Trayvon is dead and Zimmerman remains the perpetrator.

  31. CB Says:

It doesn’t matter that Zimmerman was wounded…He certainly deserved that…
What matters is why the police have not arrested him or if the police have actually disarmed him since the incident with Trayvon Martin.

  32. Adam Says:

When Scalia the chief crook of the now STARK annointed George W. Bush president in 2000 the right wing of SCOTUS started to lose whatever credibility they had.

When STARK ruled that corporations are people and opened the floodgates to allowing corporations domestic or foreign to introduce unlimited amounts of money into an already corrupt political system the public realized that STARK was ready to radically alter the law in favor of the one percent.

Right wing commentators like by Greta Van Susteren who have criticized juducial activism for years are being hypocritical today when they support this court for doing the same thing.
