Monday Morning Madness Continues
Posted by Michelle Moquin on June 11th, 2012
Good morning!
Mike, TM: I used to read Politico frequently. I don’t read it as much anymore and now with your latest, I’ll certainly look at it with a different perspective. I was quite surprised at the outcome of the Wis recall of Scott Walker. At first I thought it was a trial run for the presidential election. Yes it was, but it seems that there was no reason to “steal” the election by controlling the voting machines; it seems they had the votes to begin with.
I hate to think that Obama is next but I know you’re correct. I had my own personal enlightening moment of just how much people are believing the lies, and deciding to not vote for Obama this November. Are you kidding me? This is deeply disturbing.
I HOPE you are well Mike.
Readers: Speaking of Obama, I know that this topic has already been broached Beverly a few days ago by , but this is the kind of stuff that just blows my mind. I will echo Beverly’s comment and say that, “White America would never tolerate this being done to a white man.”
Here’s the write just in case you didn’t read about it:
Terry Jones, Quran-Burning Pastor, Hangs Barack Obama Effigy Outside Florida Church (PHOTO)
The Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Fla., has hanged an effigy of President Barack Obama from a gallows on its front lawn, a move DWOC pastor Terry Jones said was in response to Obama’s recent endorsement of same-sex marriage, as well as his stance on abortion and what Jones called his “appeasing of radical Islam.”
According to the Broward-Palm Beach New Times, the U.S. Secret Service is currently investigating Jones in response to the display.
“The Secret Service is aware of this incident and will conduct appropriate follow-up,” Secret Service spokesman Brian Leary told the paper’s “The Pulp” blog.
The effigy is suspended from a makeshift gallows with a noose of yellow rope, has a doll in its right hand and a rainbow-colored gay pride flag in its left.
SCROLL DOWN FOR PHOTO
In a telephone interview with The Huffington Post, Jones said the flag was meant to call attention to Obama’s stance on same-sex marriage and that the baby doll is there because the president is “favorable toward abortion.”
Jones also said that radical Islam is “the most dangerous threat to life and national security in America.”
There is also an Uncle Sam dummy standing at the base of the gallows outside the DWOC. Jones told HuffPost that the Obama effigy had originally been positioned to be hanging Uncle Sam when the display went up two weeks ago, but that the church changed the display on Wednesday.
The words “Obama is Killing America” are printed on a trailer nearby.
The DWOC came under intense scrutiny in 2011 after Jones burned a copy of the Quran, a move which sparked three days of violent rioting in Afghanistan that resulted in the deaths of at least 21 people, including seven U.N. workers.
In addition to its higher profile controversial moves, the Dove World Outreach Center has also been criticized for its internal rules, which The Smoking Gun has called “cult-like.”
In the church’s Academy Rulebook, written by Jone’s wife and published in 2007, prospective ministers are directed to cut off most contact with family members.
This is not the first time that an effigy of the country’s first black president has been hanged.
In March 2010, a teacher at a failing Rhode Island school hanged an effigy of Obama in his classroom. That same month, another dummy was found hanging on Main Street in the Georgia hometown of President Jimmy Carter.
In 2009, a Kentucky grand jury refused to indict two men who hanged an Obama effigy on the campus of the University of Kentucky. The men had been charged with burglary and disorderly conduct, the latter count associated with hanging the effigy. The lawyer for the two men said that the disorderly conduct charge violated his clients’ rights under the First Amendment.

Nelson: I liked your write until I got to the part that said, “I can understand the average white man not being comfortable with a former slave in that office but honestly, hanging the nigger in effigy is a bit much.“. Wha’at? No, I can’t understand the “average” white man nor any white man not being comfortable…
Perhaps you’re talking “average” when it comes to “dick size”. So yes, a black man in office…a black man with most likely a “big dick”, and intelligent, and running our country, and doing more than any other past president. Yes, many small dick wonders obviously have a problem with that.
Got to run. Blog me.

Michelle,
This is the first time I have written in, though, I have been a faithful reader since nearly the beginning of your blog. You have opened my eyes to so much and I thank you for that. You have given me strength to become the full woman that I wish to be. I am a big fan!! You have given me the confidence to go out and make the woman I am be and accomplish what I want. Thank you!
I saw you on Friday night with Doug. I was happy to see you both smiling despite the circumstances of what you are going through. But, it is clear with the posts here that you are both fair game. That being said, I watched from across the room when you reached out to button his amazing shirt, and thought, I want to be the one to do that, though I would rather be removing his clothes. He is one hot guy! I was remembering all of the old posts and comments made of you both and the comments of his pleasingly sizable cock and satisfying sexual prowess. Some of the past comments over the years, the poems, thoughts, feelings, and such, made me want your relationship, that is, one like you had together. Those are hard to find, even for a short period in life.
I went home wondering how I could make that happen, as well as, to get my legs wrapped around Doug’s face. To have him lick me, please me, penetrate me…I envisioned him tying me to my bedposts and slowly pushing himself deep into me. His musical mind would find a rhythm in our breathing while his thick blood filled cock pushes deeper into my soaked pussy. His finger would dart into my ass as he reaches around to pull me to him. He would untie me, roll me over, and begin again. As he is pushing into my ass I can feel the orgasms shudder from deep within me. Oh, god!! Sorry, I’ve been reading “50 Shades of Grey” after your post a bit ago.
Then, I noticed that he chimed in to say hello to Howie, with his website link. There is a god…
I am a 34yr, 5’6″, 125lb, 36d, hazel eyed, with mixed Italian/Jamaican parents. I am pursuing my Doctorate in Political Science at Berkeley. I would enjoy him being my study buddy or my study break buddy. For us to sit and ponder some of life’s questions together while we also explore each other inside and out!!

Sasha, I say go for it. Interesting though you say you this is the first time you have written in. Some how I doubt that. Somewhat like the claim that she inspired you.
It is hypocrites like you that make the world the sad place it can be sometimes.

Sasha:
As you said both are fair game. But I suspect after being with Michelle, reading your come on will be less inviting as amusing. Perhaps you did not pay as close attention as you should have to Michelle’s writings.
If you had you might have come away with, guys like a little mystery in the chase. Knowing the outcome is like buy the sex, you use it and move on.
So if it’s a quick lay you want, perhaps the man will accommodate, after all you are making the same offer the prostitute does without the request for payment, but if it is a relationship like the one men take home to mama, Good Luck.

Sacha, I am a soldier in Israel. I too read Michelle’s blog every day. Mostly because I support Howie, but I really respect Michelle’s salute to us women.
You are a disgrace. Did you think that smut would bring you satisfaction? Perhaps it did, but at the expense of women who have become sisters world wide because of the efforts of Michelle, Zen Lill, Alycedale, Prism Princess, Social Butterfly, Ellen, Ruth, etc of this blog.
Spend a lot more time really reading this blog. You may become something with a little self respect yet.

Sacha, you are not an OTW. I know the words of a silly white slut when I hear one. The clue was your fascination with the dick size of Doug.
That is a unique experience for you white women, but in our world of sex it is a normal thing. So “sister” you are full of shit.
Which brings me to the real reason of your post. You are probably one of those right wing dumb as a box of rocks white women who follow lock step behind your tiny dick white boys when you vote.
You thought to insert a “clever” post to hurt Michelle. But the dumb as a box of rocks mentality showed thru and you didn’t have the ability to conceive that a Jamaican woman lives in a world of big dicks.
Also your reference to politics was just a weak attempt at sneering at Michelle’s political stance. You know as much about taking a political science class as you know about the sex life of a Jamaican woman.
I could believe the Italian part, but I suspect that dumb as a box of rocks mentality is shining through here also and you merely picked that nationality because you know that Michelle has Italian roots.

Why What You Say Isn’t Always What They Hear
It’s not what you say that matters. It’s what people hear you say that really counts.
As a pollster and consultant for Fortune 500 companies, I’ve met scores of politicians and corporate executives who are surprised that the messages they think they are delivering are not at all what the public is receiving.
Over the years, I’ve developed guidelines to make sure that listeners really hear what my clients are saying—guidelines that break through preconceptions and prejudices…
Point out the positives.
Tell your listener how he/she will benefit from your point of view. If you want your spouse to eat right and exercise, don’t say, “If you don’t take care of yourself, you’ll get sick.”
Instead tell him the benefits of healthy living. Say, “If you take care of yourself, you’ll have the energy to enjoy all the fun things we can do together.”
That way you tap into his idealized self-image and he’s more likely to listen to you. You also are letting him know that you have faith in him and confidence in his ability to rise to the occasion.
Focus on the future.
In general, it’s better to concentrate on what’s ahead instead of what’s happened in the past.
For example, if you plan to ask for a raise, keep in mind that most bosses view a raise as an investment in future work, not a reward for past performance.
What’s most likely going on in his/her mind is, What’s this person going to do for me tomorrow? Remind your boss that the company is making a major pitch to a client next month and that you can write that pitch better than anyone.
Ask questions. If you’re having a disagreement with your spouse, ask, “What did I do wrong?” When you offer an explanation, end with the question, “Does that make sense to you?” Asking questions gives the other person the chance to be heard, which opens him up to listening to what you say.

Those of you who have made alliances with China had better make peace with the Jba. They are not in agreement with China’s effort to bring up any of their leavings.
China’s manned deep-sea submersible the “Jiaolong”, arrived Monday at the Mariana Trench where it will begin a series of deep sea dives.

I may be a male, but I think I can recognize a female fraud when I see one. Sorry Sasha, it didn’t read true.
I’m sure you will try again. The attempt at porn could use a lot more originality. I doubt if you have ever had a dick in your ass, if you had the reference to untying you would not have been there.
Here in Greece, I have had and given that pleasure, from and to, both men and women. Read a few more books and then come back.

The chinese are completing their dive in an area of the Marianas Trench that lies within the waters of the Federated States of Micronesia, south of the U.S. Administered Mariana Trench National Monument.
The have gear for a 7,000 meter dive, a mere 23,000 feet. I hardly think that will put the Jba on alert.

Why is it that some white women have to use the OTW race to be an asshole? Why couldn’t you have admitted that are a rude fucked up white woman making a fool of herself.
This jamaican woman wants to kick your white ass. Don’t go making my race look as tacky as yours is.
Thanks Alycedale for outing that bitch. Get a life you white cunt with your preoccupation with big dicks. I get that as a matter of course. I’m looking for something more from my Jamaican males.

The aim of the GOP is to eliminate all public services and community assets. They want to return to when fire-fighting and police services were contracted services for the elite and wealthy, as it was in the late 1900′s.
Mitt is the exact man to implement the GOP plan because he is a master magician of ‘the deal’. He’ll break up the forest service, eliminate the Department of Education, and so on.
The end game is that corporations will take over the schools, all public services and water, streets. They will hire American workers for per diem rates but increase the rates so they post high profits.
Welcome to the fulfillment of the Reagan Revolution.

Obama has resurrected an economy ruined by Republican policy. Obama did this during one of the biggest cutbacks in public sector employment in US history.
Given Republican mismanagement of the economy 2001-2006 and the public sector job cutbacks, it is a miracle the economy is doing as well as it is now.
For this reason alone (there are many others), Obama deserves re-election.

EPA POWER GRAB TO REGULATE DITCHES, GULLIES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
“Lawmakers are working to block an unprecedented power grab by the Environmental Protection Agency to use the Clean Water Act (CWA) and control land alongside ditches, gullies and other ephemeral spots by claiming the sources are part of navigable waterways.
These temporary water sources are often created by rain or snowmelt, and would make it harder for private property owners to build in their own backyards, grow crops, raise livestock and conduct other activities on their own land, lawmakers say.
‘Never in the history of the CWA has federal regulation defined ditches and other upland features as “waters of the United States,”‘ said Rep. John Mica (R-Fla.), chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, Rep. Nick Rahall (D-W.Va.), the ranking committee member, and Rep. Bob Gibbs (R-Ohio), chairman of the Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment.”
JESSE KELLY, RON BARBER VIE FOR REP. GABBY GIFFORDS’ ARIZONA SEAT
“Along with maintaining his strong grass-roots following among tea partiers and traditional conservatives, Kelly has been given additional power by cash infusions from groups ranging from the National Republican Congressional Committee to the American Crossroads SuperPAC. Barber, however, maintains a lead in the fund-raising department –with $1.2 million raised to $700,000 for Kelly.”
Make sure to take a look at our other stories today as well.
Have a great Monday!

Here’s why Obama could lose to a totally unqualified candidate like Mitt Romney.
====================
After gathering information on the racially charged search queries, Stephens-Davidowitz took a look at voting data from around the country and compared each area’s 2008 results, when Obama was running for president, to voting results from 2004, when all of the candidates were white.
Though many people believe that our first African-American president won the election thanks in part to increased turnout by African-American voters, Stephens-Davidowitz’s research shows that those votes only added about 1 percentage point to Obama’s totals. “In the general election, this effect was comparatively minor,” he concludes. But in areas with high racial search rates, the fact that Obama is African American worked against him, sometimes significantly.
“The results imply that, relative to the most racially tolerant areas in the United States, prejudice cost Obama between 3.1 percentage points and 5.0 percentage points of the national popular vote,” Stephens-Davidowitz points out in his study. “This implies racial animus gave Obama’s opponent roughly the equivalent of a home-state advantage country-wide.”
“Any votes Obama gained due to his race in the general election were not nearly enough to outweigh the cost of racial animus, meaning race was a large net negative for Obama,” he adds.
The state with the highest racially charged search rate was West Virginia, where 41 percent of voters chose Keith Judd, a white man who is also a convicted felon currently in prison in Texas, over Obama just this May. Louisiana, Pennsylvania, Mississippi, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Alabama, and New Jersey rounded out the top 10 most-racist areas, according to the search queries used.
Even if states that are considered fairly liberal, racism is prevalent enough in certain areas to put the entire state high up on the list. “Other areas with high percentages included western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, upstate New York and southern Mississippi,” Stephens-Davidowitz points out in his New York Times article.
The 10 states with the fewest racially charged searches were Utah, Hawaii, Colorado, New Mexico, Idaho, Washington DC, Minnesota, Oregon, Montana, and Wyoming.
What does this mean for this year’s contest? “Losing even two percentage points lowers the probability of a candidate’s winning the popular vote by a third,” Stephens-Davidowitz explains. “Prejudice could cost Mr. Obama crucial states like Ohio, Florida and even Pennsylvania.”

Make no mistake racism is powerful in the US. White people don’t like a non white man in the White House. To us the term “White House” means just that.
It is a place for a White Man. We may tolerate a white woman there. But NEVER a non white person.
West Virginia, east Ohio, western Pennsylvania, upstate New York are full of angry racist white ready to bring Obama down. Frankly, they could care less how much he does for the country. The fact is he is NOT white.
Most would vote Charles Manson in before they would vote for Obama. If saying the economy, is the reason they voted against is works fine. But if he fixes the economy between now and the election.
We will find something else to excuse why we voted the black man out. This is America. That means WHITE!!!
White and very proud of it.

The “take back our country” theme is just getting under way in American politics but the real quesion will be,”take us back where?”
I say to the time when Niggers, Jews, wet backs, slopes, mud people and homosexuals knew their place and knew what any white man would do to their sorry asses if they got uppity.
The jews and homosexuals have pushed chinks and philopinas, indians and camel niggers into thinking America will allow them to be white here.
They are very mistaken. When we take our country back. The will feel our foot up their asses. Those we don’t deport will show some respect to their betters or have their heads handed to them.
You are not white mother fuckers! This is a White man’s country. If you want equality take your white wanna be asses back to your own countries.

I can’t help but think that the jealousy shown by righties about public service unions is that they are still powerful enough to get what they need to be middle-class citizens.
The private sector unions have been in retreat since Regan broke the air traffic controllers. With Big Business making record profits they are still trying to bust or neutralize unions so they don’t have to share.
It is just more proof that we need to help folks make more accross the board not make them accept less so a few can get filty rich at thier expense.

As a Wi Dem, I wasn’t for the recall circus. I voted for Barrett just because, but if I were in the middle, I probably would have voted for Walker as he hadn’t committed a crime and should have stayed his elected term.
The amount of outside money and right wing idiots though don’t give me much hope for our future. Same for those of you who think it’s funny to see education take a hit.
My brother is leaving teaching as it is now becoming a mcjob. You can keep quoting statistics but what this will lead to is poorer education. But then most of the proWalker camp are either wealthy or undereduated anyways.

WHAT TO EAT AFTER EXERCISE
If you have diabetes — or even insulin resistance, which is a sign that you are on the way to having diabetes — you’ve probably been told to exercise to improve your health.
And, of course, you know that what you eat is important, too. But what may come as news to you is that what you eat after exercise matters — a lot.
That was the intriguing conclusion of investigators at the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. I called senior author Jeffrey F. Horowitz, PhD, for details.
EAT TO IMPROVE INSULIN SENSITIVITY
In this study measuring the effect of exercise and post-exercise meals on insulin sensitivity, Dr. Horowitz and his team asked nine healthy, sedentary, non-obese men to each participate in four separate experimental trials on different days.
During three of these trials, the subjects exercised on a treadmill and stationary bicycle for 90 minutes, then ate different types of meals throughout that day, as follows:
Daily meals were calibrated to replace the calories and the nutrients expended during exercise.
Daily meals replaced the calories expended during exercise and were low in carbohydrates (about half the carb level of the other meals in the study).
Daily meals replaced the carbohydrates expended during exercise and were lower in calories (about 25% less than the other meals).
The subjects also participated in a non-exercise “control” trial where they simply ate meals to replace their daily calorie expenditure.
The morning after each session (22 hours after the last meal), researchers tested each subject’s metabolic activities, including a blood test for insulin sensitivity.
They found that all three exercise sessions improved insulin sensitivity, but the effect was most pronounced when the men had eaten lower-carbohydrate meals after exercise.
These results were published in the December 31, 2009, issue of the Journal of Applied Physiology.
FEWER CARBS = BETTER METABOLISM
Eating different types of food after exercise produces different effects on the body’s metabolism, Dr. Horowitz explains, noting that even modest cutbacks in carbs helps.
To apply these findings, there’s no need to go to extremes — bu
This is only part of the story — for fitness and weight loss, regular, consistent exercise is, of course, also a must.
Dr. Horowitz and his team are now working with obese individuals to identify the minimum level of exercise that will improve insulin sensitivity that extends into the next day.
