Boyfriend Befriends Girlfriend’s Perpetrator

Good morning!
Sometimes things turn out right for women. Here’s one story about the rape and abuse of one woman and how with the help of her determined boyfriend, got the perp arrested:
Elric Shawn Millner Allegedly Raped Teen Girl And Her Boyfriend Found Video Evidence: Cops
A former Marine in Texas befriended his girlfriend’s alleged rapist in order to collect video evidence of the assault, cops say.
The alleged victim, whose name has not been released, says that she visited the apartment of Elric Shawn Millner in August 2010, ABC reports. She told police Millner gave her large quantities of alcohol and when she woke up the next morning, she had no recollection of the previous night.
The next morning, however, Millner allegedly showed her videos of himself and another man forcing her to perform sexual acts while she begged them to stop. The victim, who was 17 years old at the time of the incident, can be seen vomiting and urinating on herself while Millner laughs, according to KHOU.
The teenager told no one about the incident for almost two years, KTRK reports, when she detailed the assault to her new boyfriend, who had previously served as a military police officer with the U.S. Marines. Determined to take the case to the police, the boyfriend befriended Millner in an attempt to collect the video evidence, according to the Daily Mail.
After winning Millner’s trust, prosecutors say, the ex-Marine convinced Millner to show him the horrifying footage.
Whether or not the boyfriend was able to obtain a copy of the video himself is unclear. Shortly after allegedly viewing it, however, he was able to finally persuade his girlfriend to go to the police about the assault.
Millner was charged on Thursday with aggravated sexual assault and is being held on $50,000 bond. Prosecutors say they now have obtained the video and it will be used as evidence.

Readers: I don’t know about you, but looking at the perpetrator, I want to slap that grin off his face. As you can see he isn’t smiling anymore. Men like this make me sick. They think they can get away with their so-called fun, caring less about the damaging affect their sick actions will have on a young girl for the rest of her life. I say, put the man in jail and throw away the key.
Now…the other man…the real man – the boyfriend – I applaud the him for supporting his girlfriend and doing something. This is the kind of understanding and support that we need more from our men. I HOPE that he is an inspiration to men out there to care more, take the time to listen and if necessary take action. If men stood up to protect the women that they love, perpetrators would think twice about taking advantage of women, and worse, abusing and raping women. I don’t have a blog write for Wonderful Men in the World, but if I did, the brave boyfriend would get the honor today.

When she woke, hungover and sore, around 2 or 3 p.m. on August 4, 2010, the 17-year-old’s boyfriend Elric Shawn Millner said he had something to show her. According to court documents, these were videos he had taken the night before, footage he shot while she was blackout drunk thanks to booze the then-22-year-old Millner had plied her with.
According to the documents, the footage shows Millner forcing the girl to perform various sex acts, including, at one point, anal sex. Drunk as she was, the girl had coherence enough to tell Millner that was something she did not want to do. According to the complaint, Millner proceeded anyway. When the girl asked him to stop and told him that it hurt, he refused to stop and told her that “she liked it.”
In another portion of the videos, the girl vomited violently and urinated on herself while Millner laughed.
The girl told no one about these videos until 2011, when she shared her memories of that awful day with her new boyfriend, a former Marine military policeman. After getting over what we imagine must have been a murderous fury, the ex-MP decided on a cunning, and utterly legal, revenge plot, one that only culminated last week.
First, he convinced his girlfriend that, by law, she had been raped, and not just disgustingly taken advantage of, in that video, and that they should take the case to police.
Next, the new boyfriend pretended to befriend Millner. This he accomplished by going to Miller’s apartment, allegedly to commiserate about what a bitch Millner’s ex was. At some point, the videos came up, and Millner and the new boyfriend decided they would watch them together.
After all, what better way to bond about a woman they shared and now both disliked than to watch Millner allegedly violate the girl? That was what Millner thought, apparently, because the two of them sat down for a shared viewing.
Once the MP saw them, he saw that she had not been exaggerating. There really was what he believed was a sexual assault on that tape.
Once again, he choked back his rage, this time long enough to get out, return to his girlfriend’s side, and persuade her to contact police.
Which she did. Millner, who appears to believe himself a swashbuckling pirate (judging from his goofy Facebook page), is currently in Harris County Jail facing sexual assault charges. Bond has not been set.

Yeah, was it really rape or just buyer’s remorse? Also, just wondering why her parents allowed her to go out with a 22 yr old guy. And why she was dumb enough to get drunk & high with him.
Oh, and don’t say ‘that is no excuse for raping her.’ If you don’t want to get raped, do not put yourself into situations where you are likely to get raped to begin with! Nothing good (for the young girl anyways) can come from getting drunk & high with adult men!

This is the eleventh Installment of the tale of Tsrme.
Gaiel is waging a hit and run attack to give Tony and Maz a chance to locate Tsarme and administer the krael. Tyna is using the signature of Uyber that she copied when she shared her pre-time vector plot with her to keep open the parallel door Tsarmi stepped through so Tony, Gaiel and Maz can exit through it. She is still unaware that Tsarme has been found.
The parallel door is 180% from the fissure in exactly the same spot as the fissure only in a different dimension.
Azza and Tyna cannot communicate through the space that separates the two parallel Universes so neither are aware that Tony is still on his mission to save Tsarme and that they will be able to exit through that door with Tsarme.
Tyna’s calculations are for three exiting beings only. She thinks Tsarme’s mother has already rescued him. Hence Gaiel will be stuck in that dimension unless he can exit through the crack they entered in the first place to get into that Universe.
Presently the only reason Azza is keeping it open is as a failsafe in the event that Tony, Gaiel, and Maz can’t open the parallel dimension door with Uyber’s signature. Once they enter she will order Tyna to seal off the crack to prevent any beings from ever coming through.
Gaiel has to get through that crack before Maz, Tony and Tsarme enter the parallel door or he will be forever doomed to be in that dimension.

Bravo: There are some “Womderful Men of the World” who have the honor and trust in their Women to do the right thing.
Instead of blaming her for getting drunk with a 24-year-old and being a “Slut” he let the law sort it out. She was just 17 (a minor) and taken advantage and humiliated by the two sicko’s on video while drunk.
I am sure it was a trophy for Elric Shawn Millner. He must have shown it to many other sick f**ks who cheered him on.

Thanks to the Freeh Report, we now know Joe Paterno and Penn State officials consciously made a decision to allow a known pedophile to roam free in order to protect the university’s reputation. It was a horrible sequence of events that allowed young boys to be continually raped by a predator emboldened by the fact he could get away his crimes. However, Joe Paterno also won a bunch of football games, and something like letting 10-year-olds get anally raped shouldn’t distract from that. This is America. ESPN reports:

The latest on the Zimmerman case:
A woman told authorities that murder suspect George Zimmerman sexually molested her for a decade, starting when both were young children, according to prosecution records released today.
The woman, identified only as “witness 9,” said the abuse started when she was six and ended when she was 16. Zimmerman, she said, is about two years older than her.
Her accusation was a bombshell but veteran criminal defense lawyers said it would likely have no impact at Zimmerman’s second-degree murder trial because it’s not relevant.
Did I miss the memo or something that says raping is a man’s right? Does every man do it? Sure seems like it!

House Republicans have now voted to repeal health care reform more than 30 times. They’ve spent four years ranting and raving about “government health care” and how awful it is. Except, apparently, when it comes to themselves.
Democrats are mocking Republicans in the House of Representatives for voting to repeal the health care reform law and keep their own enhanced medical care… [Those voting for repeal] voted against a Democratic motion that said members of Congress who support repealing the health care law must also repeal the good stuff they get, such as lifetime care and insurance regardless of pre-existing conditions.
Could they possibly be any more hypocritical?
Send the Republicans a message. Tell them “Repeal your own government-subsidized heath care first, hypocrites!”

Florida Lieutenant Governor Jennifer Carroll (R) — a former Florida state representative and a Romney surrogate — has been accused of having a sexual relationship with one of her female aides. Carroll denies that the affair ever happened, but her response to the controversy relies on a line of reasoning that simply wouldn’t hold if she were accused of having a relationship with a male aide:
CARROLL: The problem is that when you have these accusations that come out, it’s not just one person you’re attacking. It’s an entire family. My husband doesn’t want to hear that. He knows the type of woman I am. I mean, my kids know the type of woman I am. For twenty-nine years – I’m the one that’s married for twenty-nine years. The accuser is the one that’s been single for a long time. So usually black women that look like me don’t engage in relationships like that.
Regardless of whether the accusation against her is true or false, Carroll’s defense of her character has more to do with disproving the allegations about her sexuality than with disproving the allegations about marital infidelity. Carroll seems to believe that her marriage, her children, and her appearance all prevent her from being capable of having a relationship with a woman — when, of course, none of these factors is actually a precursor to heterosexuality.
Carroll, who believes President Obama’s decision to allow gay and lesbian individuals to serve openly in the military will throw the armed forces “off their mission,” may have personal opinions about the LGBT community that impact her response to the current controversy. However, perpetrating negative stereotypes about lesbians — particularly the false assumption that they look a certain way — is not a persuasive way to defend her character.

Im hetereosexual and have always been and will always be. I don’t go around announcing it in public and shouting it from the mountain tops.
My hetereosexuality has never made Headline News nor will it ever and Im definitely not expecting any entitlements from it either. I am not expecting laws to be passed due to my sexual orientation.
My plight has never been like that of Black Americans who fought and died for their Civil Rights cause they didnt have a choice, they were just born Black.
People really need to give this sexual preference thing a rest, there have been gays, lesbians, and bi-sexuals since the dawn of time, its nothing new.

I knew Jennifer Carroll’s mind wasn’t right…..when a few months ago, she had claimed Florida Governor Rick Scott was very much “like Martin Luther King!!!”
She must have been drunk when making a silly statement like that. Rick Scott is nothing like MLK, he is a racist sewer rat that was involved with the Zimmerman case, that is involved with racist, right wing, Republican politics, and disenfranchisement tactics with those filthy new voter ID cheating laws in Florida!!!
Based on the pictures I’ve seen, it seems like she was sleeping with the Governor……Just like Condi Rice was likely sleeping with ex president Bush.
Jennifer Carroll sounds guilty by saying, “women that look like me do not get involved with those kind of relationships” and “I’m married”……which means NOTHING.

From the way that she chose to address this issue, it’s clear that she’s on the defensive. The fact that in her head she thinks that she doesn’t “look like a lesbian” so nobody would suspect her of being gay/bi is pretty telling.
Everything that she said made her more suspect. She not only got busted cheating but she was cheating while on the clock….not good!
She brought her personal nonsense to work so now it’s a personnel and legal issues when it didn’t necessarily have to be that way. This woman also comes across as being a tyrant to work for.
It would have been best if she had said “no comment” and left it at that.

I could otherwise care less about this scandal as the leading officials of this world’s hateful, dark governments are all steeped in corruption, regardless of party affiliations.
But I did want to comment on this foolish statement that the Lt. Gov made. The spirit of error, which nurtures the spirit of homosexuality, does not discriminate against looks or marital status.
As is well known, there are many beautiful lesbians and handsome gay men. For those who think otherwise, stop fooling yourselves.

For everyone saying: “Kids experiment”, “they play doctor”, “it’s something kid do.” doesn’t really understand abuse. I am a victim of sexual abuse and rape that I endured as a child.
There is a difference between “playing doctor” and someone victimizing you. Just because someone is a child does NOT mean they can’t be a sexual offender and rapist.
There are children murdering other children, committing heinous crimes, sexual assault is another of these crimes kids commit.

So now, decades later, she feels guilty about “playing doctor” with her childhood friend? It’s not like he was an adult and had something over her. She participated willingly for years.
If a little girl doesn’t like a little boy touching her, she just stops playing with him. An 8-year old doesn’t know what molesting is.
It is just exploring the opposite sex. Nearly all little kids do this at some time with close friends of the opposite sex. It’s the old “I’ll show you mine if you show me yours” thing.

Zimmerman needs to be a lesson learned to himself and just get f*cked up so he can see how it feels to be violated and people can’t do anything to people and get away with it.
That’s been his problem all of his life probably and with his father being a judge or something like that…. that made him think he could do stuff and get away with it.
It’s time to pay the price for the misery he put people through. I believe he has done other things to other people but the worse thing he ever done was kill Trayvon. What a loser.

The testimony about sexual molestation may be a bit difficult to get into evidence because such evidence submitted will be challenged as to whether the probative value outweighs the prejudicial impact.
The judge may rule that the prejudicial impact is enormous compared to what the prosecutor is trying to prove…and may exclude the evidence of sexual battery. The question will be…how does this evidence prove the wanton killing of Trayvon Martin?
The prosecution does have an argument to get the evidence in, however…that is Zimm’s propensity to bully people. This shows a clear desire to dominate someone whom he could victimize.
They are going to have to come out with guns blazing to overcome the defense’s “prejudicial”argument. This just might work…because he was stalking a young man.
The main thrust of witness 9′s testimony is going to be the “racial” motivation…which will come into evidence. I would say that interviews with Zimm’s father made it abundantly clear that he held racist views…that he probably passed on to his son.
The main value of the release of this evidence is to influence the jury pool prior to trial. Is there going to be anyone who does not live in a cave who will not hear of this?

Good afternoon! I hope everyone had a very relaxing weekend. A lot of talk this morning about vice presidential picks. The New York Times is reporting that Tim Pawlenty is the new flavor of the week in the Romney camp. Also, as The Hill reports below, Sen. John Thune has met with Beth Myers, Romney’s surrogate, helping pick the veep candidate. Whether or not any of this materializes, we will see soon. I still think it is going to be Portman.
