The Abuse And Degradation To OTWs Continue
Posted by Michelle Moquin on August 11th, 2012
Good morning!
I found this write that once again proves my point from yesterday. It shows that the white america will allow their cops to practice any kind of degradation upon the OTWs as long as they figure the cops won’t do it to “us”.
Cops Strip Search Mom, “Forcibly” Pull Tampon Out of Her for Maybe Rolling Through Stop Sign
Getting pulled over for rolling through a stop sign is whack. But getting pulled over, having a gun pointed in your face, and then being strip searched on the side of the road in front of your two children for rolling through a stop sign is, well, really whack and probably an excessive use of force.
Last July, Leila Tarantino claims that she was pulled over by an officer with the Citrus County Sheriff’s Department. In the suit, Tarantino says she came to a full stop and should have never been pulled over in the first place.
A passing cop pulled a u-turn, flashed the lights, and rolled up behind her. Tarantino claims that the cop immediately drew his weapon, pulled her from the car, and refused to explain why he pulled her over. Tarantino’s two young children watched all of this unfold from inside her car.
The cop then placed Tarantino in the back of the squad car, where she allegedly sat for two hours. When backup arrived, Tarantino was strip searched on the side of the road, where passing motorists could see everything.
Then, in a gruesome twist, a female officer “forcibly removed” a tampon from Tarantino. Presumably, the cops were looking for drugs, but the lawsuit notes that a drug-sniffing dog was never called in, and cops never found any contraband or anything illegal.
The lawsuit does not name the cops involved but notes that there were five male officers and one female officer.
According to the court filing, cops released Tarantino with a citation.
Readers: Can you imagine a woman doing this to another woman? Simply disgusting and unacceptable behavior. If we have women treating women like this, what does that say? Not a sister…Not a Wonderful Woman Of The World.
Now the latest is that the Citrus County Sheriff’s Department is denying Tarantino’s accusations. Well of course the are. Thoughts? Blog me.
Peter: You got it. Weber is a welcomed member in the LSOS club.
Howie: No big deal. Thanks for posting and reposting. But more importantly, thanks for getting back to me and giving the details of AH, Adam and Bita. I was so curious and concerned as it has been some time. The first thing that came to my mind was one of my favorite funny movies: “Groundhog day“. So like Melanie, I was curious about the answers to her questions when I read them. I HOPE that luck continues to be on their side and they are able to figure out the equations and slip through the wormhole corridor when it opens up.
I HOPE you are doing good.
Mike, TM: I found your comment interesting. You report that the “money men” want Paul Ryan to be the second for various reasons. The Huff Po reports that Romney picking Ryan for his running mate is great for the Dems for various reasons. I would like to hear your take on it if you have the time and interest in sharing. What do you think?
Peace out.
Lastly, greed over a great story is surfacing from my “loyal”(?) readers. With all this back and forth about who owns what, that appears on my blog, let me reiterate that all material posted on my blog becomes the sole property of my blog. If you want to reserve any proprietary rights don’t post it to my blog. I will prominently display this caveat on my blog from now on to remind those who may have forgotten this notice.
Gratefully your blog host,

Hmm, was she driving while Italian? WTF, and where were her young children during the 2 hour delay? In the car?? This is insane…
Btw, yesterday’s health info #1 is BS, if a doctor ever rolls his eyes when you mention a natural remedy you saw on line, walk the hell out of her/his office, not only is that disrespectful but why would you want to deal with a doc who doesn’t consider an easy, natural fix? Although, if a doc looked at you and said I want you to take 30 minutes in the sun everyday for vitey D and I want you to eat only organic whole foods, would you listen or would rather receive an RX to fix what ails you? One is participatory living, the other is spectator living, it is your call always…
Howie, thanks for the update on AH et al…

PS Misch, was in an all day seminar, just chillin’ now, maybe a call tomorrow?

Michelle, your post today was, wow, shocking. I don’t know why Florida continues to surprise me, even after all this time. I wanted to know more and tried to do a little research about it.
I’m not saying this event did or didn’t happen, I have no idea. The story is out there and truth is stranger than fiction, but you know that saying, three sides to every story, your side, my side and the truth? I’m just say’n….
I read the Citrus County sheriffs dept. public statement about the lawsuit too, calling her basically delusional and denying the strip search, etc. Tarantino does have a history of arrests (drugs, DUI, domestic battery). That could make someone question her credibility.
And, not that it matters, but I don’t believe she is “OTW” (or, it does matter if you feel that non-OTWs treat their own differently, i.e., this couldn’t have happened). I’m only bringing this up because I wasn’t sure if you were saying she was OTW based on your headline and the second sentence of your posting today. To me, she looks like any the other Florida cracker. Maybe she married an Italian?
I’m sure she probably was held for over two hours in the back seat and there probably were 5 officers. Florida is redneck and ass backwards. If she is telling the truth – she said she was strip searched in plain view on a busy highway – somebody’s going to come forth, there had to have been witnesses. Don’t you look at who a cop pulls over when you drive by? I do.
Whatever the truth, it’s a sensational story and people are talking about it. Thanks for posting it.
Here’s the link I saw – her local ABC affiliate – with Ms. Tarantino’s photo:

Michelle, HP would be correct except that this is an election about racism. The only thing important to most of the racist is to vote for the white guy. So if Romney had chosen Satan they would still vote for him.

Michelle and Melanie:
It is similar to the ‘Groundhog Day’ Trailer . . .
The date remains the same — nothing else does. The outcomes from actions they take will change but if it is something which time effects, that can not age. Hence a flower will always be the same. It will never age. But if you pluck one of its leaves. The next day the flower will have that leaf missing.
It will still be the same date but on the new sunrise the flower will have the leaf you tore off missing. The torn leaf can not age past the time it aged from the moment it was plucked to the next morning. Each morning you wake up to the same thing provided YOU did not alter it the day before.
It is likely they will die of boredom, Melanie.

Michelle, don’t you just hate the bitches that look for any reason to excuse a man’s fucked up behavior towards a woman. What is this shit about did it happen? The law suit says something happened.
Fuck those bitches. and they are the first ones that would want every one to be on their sides should a man fuck them over.
You bitches suck.

Even here in Israel I find it incredible that Two of your regulars would be on the wrong side of this issue what does it matter whether she was an OTW? What does it matter if she was abused to the extent that she says she was we know from the police report that they brought 5 police officers to deal with this woman with 2 children in the car.
I am a officer here in Israel and I know that I would not need 5 officers to deal with a woman prisoner. One would think that dumb as white women in America would get a clue and quit finding reasons to kiss the asses of men who abuse women from positions of authority.
I work with many men but if one tried to use his authority to abuse a woman I would arrest his ass on the spot. If SB or Zl were harassed by a male cop they would be the first to come screaming for support from women. But on your blog they focus on everything but what is important here. Why the fuck would it take 5 police officers to deal with one woman?
Ignore those grimalkins Michelle. They aren’t worth a response.

Michelle, I have been trying to get in all day. This is my last try. I weep for that woman. Men in my country do anything they want to us if they can claim that we are not dressed appropriately. Reading that lady”s story was so sad because the women in your country who have a legal voice are using theirs to find a reason to excuse the evil those men brought to that woman.
I used to lay awake dreaming of going to America where no woman would allow a man to abuse me. Now I see that it was only a dream. Not only would a woman in America allow it she would say she did have a history of drug abuse. In my opinion even if she had just murdered 100 babies, the police did not have the right to abuse her before they brought her before justice.
I wait to see what you will say to those termagants. I hope you will whip their mind with the fury of Viarago.

August 11th, 2012 at 11:33 pm
So what if it she was a cracker? Do cops get to abuse her in public or private? If one of you bitches get stopped and the cop calls 4 patrols cars to back him up, would you think that was okay?
I doubt it you hypocritical harlots.

August 11th, 2012 at 11:47 pm
Michelle in my opinion the reason why “Florida is redneck and ass backwards.” is because white women allow their men to get away with that shit. If they took their asses down to the polls and voted the pencil dicks out of office it would change.
But no they spend their time trying to find out if it was as bad as the woman claimed. HELLO, bitch she the facts show anyway you look at it that she was harassed. So that should be enough for you to be on her side. You are a fucking woman or at least you claim to be.
bitch, and I mean that in the worst way. I have been pulled over for a stop sign violation handcuffed and fondled by one of my ex husbands fellow cops. When I told him what happened he drove over to his house and put two in his forehead.
I hated him for being a gung ho all hours of the night out cop. But I waited for him for 19 years to remarry him when he got out. Now I have to listen to this shit from SB which should stand for Shit for Brains nitpick what happen to a woman with two children in the car with her.
You are one sorry piece of work.

I dont believe this story. Pure fiction.
August 11th, 2012 at 11:53 pm
I agree with you SB. While this story is enough to make one’s blood boil if true, I find it suspicious.
Sit in the back of a car for 2 hours?
Strip searched on the side of the road and no one saw it or stopped to help her?
Forcibly removing a tampon?
It just seems like there is more (or less) to this than there appears.
August 11th, 2012 at 11:53 pm
Why don’t you call up the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida and request a copy of suit number 512 CV 415 if you are such a disbeliever?
August 11th, 2012 at 11:55 pm
That chink we have for a mayor in San Francisco tried to initiate the New York Stop and Search here. The Blacks went ballistic and he dropped it. Where were the whites?
August 11th, 2012 at 11:56 pm
Yeah, in New York they argue on who will walk to the corner store to do the shopping. When they see a cop they just naturally fall to the ground, or up against a wall, and spread it all wide open.
Some have got smart, and place a 20 dollar bill in their underwear. Then they get a quick wink from the cop, and know on the way back from the store to drop off a pie, and a bottle of wine. If the are in the right Union, they can get away with a 10, or 5 dollar bill in their shorts, although must still get the pie, and wine.
August 11th, 2012 at 11:57 pm
Rape without penetration!
They claim this search was initiated over a rolling stop; that is ABSOLUTLY NO EXCUSE to strip search or violate anyone!
Tyranny is now the law of the land and it will remain the law of the land until we the people put a stop to it!!
Our nation is failing because of government policy!
The founding fathers wanted a limited government one in which the people had the final say in the law that’s why we have the jury box and the ballot box!
August 11th, 2012 at 11:58 pm
trip Searching on the side of the Road where all the world can see and in front of her children? Forcibly pulling a tampon out of her? Ok, turn about is fair play then…it deserves a public smear campaign against all officers involved clear across the net and world wide.
I’ll start this show.
I call for all officers involved in the incident to be subjected to a side of the road urine test for drugs inducing failure to exercise better tact, common sense, civility, and basic humanity in front of minors…then I call for them to be forcibly removed from their positions of civil service and sent directly to the unemployment lines.
August 11th, 2012 at 11:59 pm
Dear God in Heaven-I am just in SHOCK at the HORROR being perpetrated on the American public. This poor woman, not only being strip searched in public view, but in front of her children!!! And to have a female officer violate her in such a manner is BEYOND REPROACH! If this is all true, May God have Mercy on their Black souls
August 12th, 2012 at 12:01 am
Idiot cops and addicts and then more idiot cops. Makes me happy to be here in the septic tank of the U.S.A.(Florida) What state was the fuck-up state that held up the entire 2000 Presidential Election because it is rotting from corruption?
If your answer was Florida, then you are correct. By the way make sure that you vote for Ilene Lieberman. At least I think that is what she calls herself now.
August 12th, 2012 at 12:01 am
We don’t know if she is telling the truth or not. Only the people that were there know for sure. Everyone else is speculating based on their personal bias, one way or another.
August 12th, 2012 at 12:04 am
The cops don’t care if you witness them harassing citizens on a stop. How many people who slow down to witness police abuse stop or even report what they saw? The answer is less than 1%.
So SB who gives a shit if you saw it, you aren’t going to tell anyone who would make a difference.
And if you say yes you would, my answer is ———-Yeah, right bitch.
August 12th, 2012 at 12:04 am
t doesn’t matter what her past was. This is an outrageous abuse of authority, a criminal act by a violent, oppressive police state. If these officers are not immediately suspended and charged with unlawful search and seizure and sexual assault, then you know the corruption and evil rules in this pathetic charade of a town.
August 12th, 2012 at 12:06 am
SB, the problem with you posting about her past record is that you didn’t dig deep enough, her record has been expunged. Also, if you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page there’s a disclaimer there covering that website’s butt for the fact that it doesn’t know if the claim is true or not.
August 12th, 2012 at 12:08 am
why would you consider those who believe this woman’s story to be ‘nuts’? It seems more logical to assume that the persons choosing not to believe her story would, in reality, be the ones considered to be ‘nuts’.
Seems the part about ‘EYE WITNESSES PASSING BY’ is being overlooked, or otherwise ignored, by many…… I find it extremely easy to believe EVERYTHING she says is 100% TRUE…..the same thing happened to a friend of mine out here where I live a few years ago…….
August 12th, 2012 at 12:08 am
cops love to abuse people who have been arrested in the past b/c then they rely on the idiot public to go along with the story b/c if she has been arrested before, that must mean she can’t be trusted. WRONG.
Lets not forget even if she was arrested for drugs in the past, drugs should not be a crime in the first place…considering who owns the drugs and prisons. (the same people)
August 12th, 2012 at 12:09 am
The point here for all of you out there that are posting comments like this girl deserved this because she has been arrested several times… Is that her rights were violated. It doesn’t matter if she has been arrested before! It is our rights that are at stake in this country! WAKE UP!!! YOUR CHILDREN WILL LIVE IN A VERY DIFFERENT WORLD THAN YOU!!!!!!
August 12th, 2012 at 12:12 am
I have a hard time believing this story. Problem is, I also have a hard time believing someone would make it up and then pursue it in court. Not the “make it up part”. That’s easy.
But to actually pursue it? Since there is zero chance the county will just roll over and play dead she really has to think she can win, or at least avoid being (perhaps further) humiliated.
August 12th, 2012 at 7:33 am
Howie, thank you for your information. I have passed it on. I don’t think they will die of boredom though. Adam will solve the problem before the date.
But should he not. That date will see his rescue because thanks to you we know the exact spot to be.

11 Home Renovations That Aren’t Worth the Money
Home renovation projects can cost tens of thousands of dollars and disrupt the lives of home owners for months. Too often, home owners get to the end of this trying process only to wonder, Was it worth it?
That’s because, with certain types of renovations, the results may be less appealing than anticipated…cost overruns are common…and/or significant amounts of ongoing maintenance are needed.
ADDING SPACE AND ALTERING LAYOUTS
Modifying floor plans and adding rooms sometimes result in serious regrets…
Finishing an attic might seem like a good way to add a bedroom, office or family room without the high cost of putting an addition on the home. But even attics that are relatively roomy when unfinished often feel quite cramped by the time the project is complete.
The attic floor typically must be raised to accommodate the stronger joists needed to support living space. Also, the attic ceiling might have to be lowered if the home’s ductwork has to be rerouted there as part of the renovation.
And an attic ladder or narrow attic staircase usually must be replaced with a much wider staircase to meet code, reducing living space in both the attic and the rooms below.
Finishing an attic also tends to be much more expensive than home owners expect—costs commonly climb above $35,000 and attic rooms are hard to keep cool. A conventional addition to the house usually is the better option unless lot restrictions make that impossible.
Finishing a garden shed or other outbuilding is a fairly common way to create a small private office or workshop away from the rest of the home.
But home owners often discover that they use these new work spaces much less than expected for various reasons—for example, it may be annoying to trudge back and forth to the house each time they need to use the bathroom…
and if they skip the added expense of heating and air-conditioning, these sheds might be uncomfortable for extended stretches.
Finishing a basement could be a mistake if the basement has ever had any moisture issues. Some home owners believe that their basements don’t have such issues because “there’s been water in it only once in all the years I’ve owned it.”
Once is one time too many if you intend to finish a basement. Even very rare moisture issues can lead to water damage to furniture, flooring, wallboards and electronics, and they can cause difficult-to-eradicate mold and mildew problems. Remedying water problems can be very expensive.
Tearing out walls but leaving the horizontal support beams that they hid seems to some home owners like a cost-effective way to create an open-layout home.
In reality, it usually looks terrible. Leaving exposed horizontal support beams in place after you rip out walls ensures that the renovation won’t produce the open-layout look you had in mind—it will look like a job half-done.
Removing interior walls to create open layouts and large master bedrooms does indeed make older homes appear more spacious and modern.
But if you can’t afford the mid-to-high four-figure price tag that’s typically required to properly reconfigure a home’s support elements when you rip out a load-bearing wall, skip the project entirely.
KITCHEN AND BATH
Kitchens and bathrooms are the rooms most often renovated—but not all of the renovations turn out as well as anticipated…
Bathroom remodelings that emphasize style over utility might look nice in other people’s homes, but they soon become frustrating for home owners.
No pedestal sink is attractive enough to make up for the fact that without a vanity, there’s nowhere to stash toiletries, spare rolls of toilet paper and all the other things that we need in our bathrooms.
Choose vanities that provide lots of storage space. Consider installing cabinets above the toilet, too, to use space that normally goes to waste.
An eight-inch-deep cabinet will be flush with the back of the toilet so that no one bumps his/her head. Unless your ceiling is unusually high, opt for cabinets that go all the way to the ceiling—no one ever complained about having too much storage space in a bathroom.
Unconventional built-in kitchen appliances, such as built-in warming trays and wine fridges, tend to be expensive and underused. They also take up precious kitchen space, and they’re of such narrow appeal that home owners almost never get any of their investment back when they sell the home.
If you want an unconventional kitchen appliance, select a model that’s not built in so that you can stash it out of the way when it’s not in use and take it with you when you move.
Ultra-high-end kitchen appliances sometimes are installed as part of kitchen renovations. After all, what’s $6,000 for a high-end refrigerator when you’re shelling out tens of thousands of dollars on a renovation?
Unless money is truly no object, that’s a splurge you might later regret, especially in a modest home. Ultra-high-end appliances from companies such as Sub-Zero, Viking and Wolf are indeed attractive, but some appliance makers now offer upscale product lines that effectively copy the look and functionality of these super-expensive appliances, only at significantly lower prices and with significantly greater reliability.
Examples: GE Café and Monogram product lines and Kenmore Elite and Pro product lines stack up well against the more expensive elite brands.
Tile floors and countertops look great in magazines, but the grout between tiles soon becomes stained…dirt, dust and crumbs are difficult to clear from the gaps between tiles…and the edges of the tiles often chip.
Be particularly wary of small tiles, because smaller tiles mean significantly more grout and gaps to keep clean.
OTHER RENOVATION REGRETS
More oft-regretted home renovations…
White carpeting and white flooring look great in showrooms but require constant cleaning to look good and inevitably become stained.
This is even true for white laminates—quality laminates can be very stain-resistant, but pure white laminates still show every scuff mark.
High-end flourishes in modest homes don’t make these simple homes look upscale—they just look jarringly out of place and sometimes even laughable. It’s better to leave the elaborate home theaters and wine cellars to the mansion owners.
Wallpaper often looks dated soon after it’s hung, as styles tend to go out of fashion quickly. Also, putting up wallpaper is much more challenging than do-it-yourselfers tend to imagine.
If you’re not hiring a pro for the job, expect a frustrating weekend followed by years of noticing imperfect seams and wondering why you didn’t just paint.

Social Butterfly you are adored here in my home in Nagoya, Japan. But if as you said, “I’m sure she probably was held for over two hours in the back seat and there probably were 5 officers.” wouldn’t you consider that abusive? Or is that standard behavior for a police stop in America for running a stop sign?
If it is I wouldn’t want to be a female in America.

//SB, if you are basing your claim on whether someone comes forth to verify her account of the event based on your statement, – Don’t you look at who a cop pulls over when you drive by? I do. –
I’d like to as when was the last time you witnessed something the cops were doing as you passed by that you reported it to anybody?
Right, that’s why it could have happened and no body came forth.

I agree with you SB, why did your comment provide so much fodder for the blog? I wanted to talk UFOs.
Howie, how will Adam, AH and Bita go about solving their dilemma?
I think I get the difference between that and “Groundhog Day.” If he slapped the guy the first day he would still meet the guy but he would have a red face from the slap the day before. And if he shot and killed the guy the day before he would not return to that event the next day because he would be dead.
So would that event be repeated or would it have been eliminated entirely? If so what would replace it?
Thanks for your reply

/SB, seems you took the heat bc I wasn’t in trying to defend myself or what I said, so I’m back, reread ‘Hmm, was she driving while Italian? WTF, and where were her young children during the 2 hour delay? In the car?? This is insane…’ I only meant she is Italian, not OTW, I did not condone nor comment FURTHER on the insanity of pulling her over or the tampon puling or the charge, it seemed to me calling it insane covered it, but no, inferences go over your heads so I’ll be more literal: it’s insane for cops to behave this way.ever. & if 2 little kids were in a car for 2 hours away from their mother but watching the events, that’s child abuse and the cops should be charged for such behavior.
& yes, I have driven by a pull over and if saw a tampon being pulled, yes, I would definitely report it, that’s never been part of a search of any kind.
Does it matter that she’s got an expunged rap sheet? It shouldn’t but they probably ran her plate and decided to pull her over, yes they have that kind of decision making power, and at any time a cop can just run your plates…I’ve been told…and they can find out whether your past is ‘questionable’ in any way, and no that’s not fair though who here is over the age of 18 and believes life is fair?
Whoever thinks /SB was finding fault with the woman’s story and wouldn’t wnat to be a woman here, hmm, as the saying goes: you can only believe some of what you read (see) and half of what you hear (read) and I trust the story though it begs to be verified, not bc I don’t believe the woman but bc the whole freaking story is outrageous and details are in order before deciding anything, it’s sounds half told and the fact that a lawsuit is filed doesn’t mean the whole story is told. Many details are missing…and I don’t believe /SB was implying anything other than that, is that all literal enough??
Luv, Zen Lill
