Here in New York the gun nuts are steady at it fucking up the Holidays for the rest of us.

WEBSTER, N.Y. — Police In Webster, N.Y., say the man who lured firefighters to their deaths in a blaze of gunfire left a typewritten note saying he wanted to burn down the neighborhood and “do what I like doing best, killing people.”
Webster Police Chief Gerald Pickering said Tuesday that the man’s sister hasn’t been found yet. He said 62-year-old ex-convict William Spengler armed himself with three weapons and set his house afire to lure first responders into a death trap.
Two firefighters were shot dead and two others are hospitalized. Spengler killed himself as seven houses burned around him Monday.

Are we going to learn anything from these constant barrages of gun violence? The rights of the many have to weigh more than the rights of the few when it comes to public safety. Strict gun control, and a ban on assault weapons will make for a good start.

Fiscal Conservative #6, as you are quite aware of those asshole who sell guns at “Gun Shows” legally don’t have to do a background check. And you also know that the NRA has been fighting background checks with success in every state.
Assholes like you get on with your hypocritical statements like it’s against the law for felons to have guns when you know that the NRA makes it legal for those with guns to sell them to anyone.
The attempt to thwart any gun regulations is just pathetic. Your penis envy is so great that you would sacrifice any life to be able to get that erection from your guns.
So you endanger mother, daughter, babies, children, anyone to get that hard-on. Pathetic! There is just no justification for evading sensible gun regulations to keep them out of the hands of the mentally ill and felons.
I own several guns. But I refuse to purchase an assault weapon because it is not for defense or hunting, unless your prey are humans. Usually for you gutless wonders unarmed defenseless prey.

After reading your blog for a few years Michelle, it is abundantly apparent that it is the tiny dick wonders in my family that needed all those guns to feel manly.

Stop focusing on registering the guns and start registering gun users, whether they own weapons or not. There need to be levels of certification from the basics of safely securing a found weapon to full law enforcement training for concealed carry. Then anyone-anyone-can be arrested for possessing or using a gun in a manner inconsistent with their level of competence. Grey areas? Sure, but not as many as we have now.

I heard that tape. William Spengler who did the killing had the same Bushmaster rifle that killed those firemen.
So I guess the NRA’s suggestion will be not to allow assault weapons but to ARM ALL FIREFIGHTERS.
Only white america would entertain that kind of dribble. Unfortunately as Robert,RT pointed out once it’s their country for now and we just exist as best we can in it.

I would bet that people that post on this issues even know’s what an assault rifle is?, the weapons that you call an assault is not a assault rifle, a real assault rifle that is used by military is made to fire full automatic, the assault rifle (M-16) and other models can be fired one shot at a time, three round burst and full auto.
The so called assault rifle that you keep talking about can only fire one round at a time, it’s just a copy of a stile almost like the 22 cal. rifle that you had or your grandfather had, it holds 15 Rd’s. but can only shoot one at a time, under your miss guided definition of a assault rifle that 22 cal. rifle is an assault weapon. If you don’t think I’m right look it up.

Alfred#22, if you didn’t bother to read Jim#11, let me say that your bullshit attempt to thwart sensible gun regulations with that tired old rendition of the difference between the gun that killed those firemen in NY and the women and children in Newtown and a military assault weapon is disgusting.
I hope you meet the business end of that weapon working fully automatically as those killers used them. Then, I would gladly await your explanation of the difference. Without the talking points you copied from an NRA speech(try being original with your posts).
You tiny dick wonders will indeed do or say anything to keep that hard-on producer, the “assault” weapon that replaces the inadequate organ between your legs.

My heart goes out to all the Firefighters killed or injured in this. I can not even fanthom. how someone could do this, to these Brave Souls.Who put their lives on the line, everyday,their on the job.
You are in my Prayers, as well as, your families, this Christmas Season. I will pray for all of you, when I go to Christmas Mass. this evening!

Fire Dispatcher…Fire Dispatcher.. you did an incredible, outstanding job. You spoke to a fire fighter who was shot and reporting his fellow fire fighters were down and not moving. You kept calm and in control.
That means so much to those in the field. Your calmness empowered that firefighter to stay calm and give updates that were vital to other responding. You saved lives today.
I can not express enough my thoughts and prayers to those who fell in the line of duty and their families especially at a time when they should have been celebrating. I applaud and stand to salute all of those unsung hero’s the Dispatcher’s, we are the first responders.

Mine came out of the gate since the latrst school shooting promising proposed legislation (U.S. Senator Feinstein), but whatever comes of it, we need legislators from every state to move it forward so that it will be a part of a solution to this madness. Where and how he purchased the gun damned sure is an issue. But for certain if assault weapons were banned it would have much more difficult for him to have gotten his hands on one.

Where he got the gun is not an issue b/c he probably purchased it illegally. The problem is that after killing his grandmother he only gets 17 years instead of life in prison or the death penalty.

It is worth noting how easy it is for a white man to get out of prison than an OTW. OTWs can go pleading prepared and pleading for release when serving time for non violent crimes like marijuana possession and be refused parole.
But here a white man can go and tell the parole board that he isn’t interesting in being paroled while serving time for the brutal murder of his grandmother with a hammer and the parole board literally forces him to take parol.

The motive for the ambush Monday morning that killed two firefighters and injured two others is still not clear. The contents of a recent obituary may help police shed some light on William Spengler’s state of mind.
Police say William Spengler set a trap by burning up his home then laid in wait for firefighters to arrive.
“We’re assuming he was shooting from a high ground advantage on a berm near the home,” said Chief Gerald Pickering. “He had set himself up with his weapons to shoot the innocent responders.”
News10NBC learned on Monday that Spengler had a history of killing. He spent 16 years in prison for the death of his grandmother in 1980. According to reports, she was found at the bottom of the basement stairs in her home on Lake Road. She had been beaten with a hammer. Spengler pled guilty to manslaughter and was sentenced to 8 1/3 to 25 years behind bars.
While in prison, Spengler did not seem like a man seeking mercy or repentance. I-Team 10 has obtained a copy of his 1997 parole hearing. At that hearing, the commissioner says “you didn’t want to come here today?”
Spengler replied, “I thought it was mandatory.”
When told it was not, Spengler said, “Then it’s not worth the time and effort.”
He was denied parole, but was released six months later after serving two-thirds of the maximum. Since his release, police say he’s been a quiet member of the Webster community.

A source in law enforcement with knowledge of the case tells investigators found three guns, including a semi-automatic rifle that shot 30 rounds in a clip. One of those magazines was spent. We’re told three others had not been used before Spengler shot himself.
Spengler was a convicted felon and thus was not allowed by law to purchase or possess firearms. A source tells News10NBC that authorities do know the identity of the person who the guns are registered to and are now trying to determine how they got into the hands of Spengler.

Please, if any of these maniacs were black, brown or any point in between we’d be talking lynch mob and we all know it.
The white boy would be arguing the merits of dealing with the CAUSE of the problem and the need to profile black men because they are the ones killing with assault weapons. But because it is white men suddenly all the discussions is about looking for solutions to the problem not addressing the race and sex of the offenders, mental illness and such.
Hypocrisy, plain and simple. We all know that the white boy needs the big guns because the one between their legs is so small.
We also know that the white race is prone to sociopaths. They have a history of ignoring the feelings of others especially OTWs. It is nothing for them to enslave or deprive another race of basic human dignity.
They have no problem supporting racist, or guys who believe 47% of the American people are no good. As long as the guy isn’t perceived as a threat to the race, they will force him upon the rest of us.
Face it any way you examine it, 66% of the white race is either socially wanting or looking the other way at those of their race who are.

Just anecdotal from the other side… I used to work with poor kids of color from the inner city who had gotten themselves into some minor trouble.
Every time a white kid was assigned to the group, the rest of the kids were frightened to death, because for a white kid to get into trouble and be assigned there it pretty much meant he was, in their opinion, close to a Ted Kaczynski.
If the white kid was really acting strangely, the other kids would ask if I could fleece the kid’s backpack before group. Of course I wouldn’t, but when the police did spot checks, or the dogs would come through, even the marijuana users were thrilled!
