  1. Jolene Says:

That was just too cute Michelle.

  2. Brad Says:

My best friend had a dog. I used to go over to her house and play with it. Those were great days. I played in the mud in her neighbor’s yard and the dog kept the neighbor’s dog from biting me.

  3. Charisse Says:

Howie, my brother said that you were the man about all things alien. I have been checking out the blog for weeks waiting for your comments. Are you out there?

  4. Peggy Says:

Ab Lincoln, and all subsequent Republican presidents up to George H, Bush (and not including him), are shaking in their grave for the disgrace that the Republicans of 2012 have brought to the Republican Party. I predict, if the trend continues, by mid 2014 Republican brand will be as popular as calling someone a member of the KKK.

  5. James Says:

Republicans are as sick as they come. President Obama won & the American people just won because of President Obama winning.

  6. Mark Says:

Obama won and America lost, he will force this down our throats, and in 6 months he will need more money because this tax increase is going to do nothing about the debt. But it will cause more and more business’s to outsource, and cut employee’s…yep Obama won.

  7. Raymond Says:

Lindsey Graham said the president won. Well it is time he and the GOP act like it and compromise.

  8. Boonie Says:

Do you know how many Tea Party Birthers still won’t accept that America elected him TWICE and refuse to call President Obama Commander-in-Chief? Millions. That’s how goofy they are.

  9. James Says:

Lindsey is only thinking about the RICH being hurt…..not the middle class. I should hope that the voters have learned by now that the Republicans always will be a party for the RICH.

  10. Daniel Says:

I really don’t understand why some of the American people can’t understand why these republicans will not allow the rich to be taxed there fair share. There are more democrats than republicans and the only way they can ever hope to either remain in office or win an election is to receive monies from the rich.

This has been going on for so many years that you would think they would get a clue. These republicans will never change. When you hear of these people signing a pledge to never raise taxes that a lobbyists has set up should tell you some thing.

  11. Gary Says:

We are all chained to republican policies that only benefit the rich.
Can anyone tell me of a republican bill or issue that helps the poor, the sick or the elderly?

  12. Rudd Says:

How does anyone with the slightest information still vote for or support Republicans?
Oh, that’s right. Forget the low-information voter.
The GOTP now depends on the no-information or Fox informed voter.

  13. Yugi Says:

These thugs won’t be happy until people are writhing in agony on the streets. The racist, bigots, and the big money who play to their neurosis are destroying this country.

They are determined to punish the American people for re-electing President Obama.

  14. Robeson Says:

Obama is in for another long 4 years of obstructionism. He has numerically lost the House again, and in reality lost the Senate to the minority once more. Harry Reid and the Democratic Senate has once again failed to hold on the President’s popular tax reform that has 70% backing of the populace.

This is not the first time that the Reid’s Senate has turned certain victory into defeat, but it’s certainly very early in the new year. Perhaps Reid has been betrayed as much as Obama by the Senate desertions, but the results remain the same, McConnell will be running the Senate once again.

  15. Robert, RT Says:

The Right has gerrymandered the voting districts to insure the election of white men to the House. If Obama can’t find a way to get the federal government involved in this criminal deprivation of the majority to actually have a voice in their representation in the House, nothing will change.

There is no political ramifications for the republicans to bow to majority pressure of the people because they know that their election districts have been gerrymandered to insure their election by a few racist, tea baggers.

    Robert, rt

  16. Jonny Says:

Its just getting ridiculous and very obvious that the GOP cares nothing for anyone but the rich.

  17. Mike Says:

A recent poll said most Americans believe the earth is round—so of course Republicans will claim that it’s flat.

Obama will offer a compromise to say that it’s sort of oval.

  18. Henry Says:

the american voters have spoken with a landslide for the end of bushes tax cuts for the rich…..tax them more…

  19. Daniel Says:

OBAMA has BEEN RE ELECTED,, that is not the problem ,,, if he still has the OBSTRUCTING REPUBLICAN congress dragging this country down ,,, downgrading the countries credit,,, FILIBUSTER every job opportunity put forth,, and taking away healthcare from millions of people or just generally making all of our problems WORSE than they have to be,,,,,

AMERICANS need to concentrate on REMOVING as many republicans from congress as possible,,OBAMA needs to tell the American people to send him a DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS

  20. Kevin Says:

Don’t compromise with the minority house. End the filibuster and start the new Administration with the Obama Tax Cut for those making $250,000 or less. Lets flush the name “Bush” out of Washington.

  21. Pam Says:

They sure should end by jingo…it’s just them rich fellers that won’t be more fair. Polls don’t lie.Where’d them “not sure” votes come from?

  22. Maria Says:

Trickle down just means that rich folks are about to urinate on the rest of us again.

We middle class folks are the mules of the U.S. economy: we’ve been carrying the rich and the poor on our backs for the last decade. We love the U.S. with every bone in our body, but our bones are starting to break.

  23. Julia Says:

Why can’t we have a fair tax? What is so hard and difficult about that? Less accountants, less IRS, simple math.

  24. Brenda Says:

Here is the gist of the issue about the republican party said by a member of that party.
    ================================
Former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman (R), who ran for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, had harsh words for his party in an interview published Sunday in Britain’s Daily Telegraph.

“The party right now is a holding company that’s devoid of a soul and it will be filled up with ideas over time and leaders will take their proper place,” he said.

“We can’t be known as a party that’s fear-based and doesn’t believe in math,” he added. “In the end it will come down to a party that believes in opportunity for all our people, economic competitiveness and a strong dose of libertarianism.”
    ============================
That is the plain and simple of it. The republicans don’t fear losing because their constituents are the whites of my race who are either too ignorant to understand their own best interest.

How else can you explain people who are from the poorest states supporting a group who are holding out for no taxes on people making a $million a year. Ignorant racists bastards.

We used to call the trailer trash, now we just call then tea baggers.

  25. Kay Says:

It’s sad that republicans have no capacity to learn from their mistakes or they would have learned back in 2008 that going hard right was a mistake. Since then they’ve dug in their heels out of hatred for the president, and it doesn’t play well.

The American people are tired of their negativity and fearmongering. We don’t want to hear it anymore. It’s why they lost in 2008 and again in 2012. They have an anti American attitude.

  26. Zen Lill Says:

There’s nothing like a run through the puddle bc it’s there break, while you’re best companion waits patiently, makes me miss my Elke now, very cute video.
I’m thinking of fostering though, I get attached so I may as well plan on keeping if I do that : ) who’my kidding?!
Owen, I responded to your question on the wrong page and I’m going to play some tennis so no time for cutting and pasting, you can check on s/ex page.
