Teen ‘Jeopardy!’ Contestant Leonard Cooper…

Good morning!
I thought this would be a fun post for Saturday.
Teen ‘Jeopardy!’ Contestant Leonard Cooper Answers Final Question Like A Boss (VIDEO)
Thank you, ‘Jeopardy!’ Teen Tournament, for introducing us to our new favorite game show contestant: Leonard Cooper.
In what has to be one of the most entertaining Final Jeopardy! moments ever, Leonard goes into the last question having just doubled his money by betting it all on a Daily Double. But just when we thought that was the most brazen thing we’d ever see on a Teen ‘Jeopardy!’ episode, Leonard handled the final “Military Men” category like a boss.
Since the teen tournament set-up includes lump sum awards for each contestant, Leonard didn’t have to bet anything at the end to win the most money. It is worth noting, however, that things could have gone a lot differently. Let Uproxx commenter dax montana explain [sic]:
We NEED to talk about this though. Leonard started final jeopardy with $37,000. He had $3,000 from the Previous evening. Therefor,e wagering nothing, the most he could accumulate was obvi $40k. Nilai entered final jeopardy with $14,400. He ended the rpevious night wiht $19K. IF NILAI HAD WAGERED IT ALL (or even a majority) AND GOTTEN IT RIGHT, HE WOULD HAVE WON AND LEONARD WOULD HAVE LOOKED LIKE A HUGE DINGUS! But all’s well that end’s well I guess. Playon Playa.

I’ve could’ve done with out the last bit of commentary – but oh well. That’s it for me today. Blog me what you will.
Peace out.
Lastly, greed over a great story is surfacing from my “loyal”(?) readers. With all this back and forth about who owns what, that appears on my blog, let me reiterate that all material posted on my blog becomes the sole property of my blog. So Howie, are you saying that the Nors are thinking of invading the earth? If so how does that play with the Emperor?

Is Eating Eggs As Bad As Smoking?
For years, nutritionists told us that eating eggs would raise our cholesterol and give us heart disease…then they changed their tune and announced that eggs were perfectly fine. Now a study by researchers at Canada’s Western University is bashing eggs anew, claiming that they’re almost as bad for our hearts as smoking.
When I heard about the study, it didn’t sound right to me. My grandfather, a South Dakota farmer, ate two eggs for breakfast every morning and lived to age 86. My uncle ate eggs habitually, too, and lived to be 93. Neither one had heart problems.
Of course, a pair of egg-loving relatives doesn’t necessarily prove that eggs are safe—some smokers beat the odds and live long lives. That’s why I was relieved to hear that experts are questioning the latest egg warning as well.
David Katz, MD, MPH, founding director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center, says we can safely ignore the Western University study. The study’s finding that people who ate eggs regularly are particularly likely to have heart disease probably is accurate, he says, but the study is wrong to conclude that eggs are to blame.
The Canadian study failed to control for the other eating and lifestyle habits of those surveyed—a crucial mistake, Katz explains.
For example, eggs often are paired with bacon, sausage or steak—foods that absolutely are proven to be bad for our hearts unless eaten sparingly. “We have a lot of other better-controlled studies that have found just about no association between egg consumption and heart disease,” says Katz.
So hold the bacon, and add veggies to your breakfast. Katz recommends omelets full of peppers, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms. Now that’s good for our health.

Zen Lill, My friend who recommended me to this blog about a year ago said she had not heard of Swetno. How long does one have to go back to find stuff about Sweteno?
February 17th, 2013 at 12:05 pm
Zen Lill, I am relatively new. What exactly is Azza’a relationship with the TAO? Why again did Michelle shut down the archives?
February 17th, 2013 at 12:13 pm
Howie, I was directed to your recent post on Azza. Thanks. But could you tell me how Azza is related to the Tao?
Also why is it that the Emperor ” cannot be made known to the Emperor?” Is Azza a present or ex love of the Emperor?

Sorry Howie, I get it that the Emperor can’t know about the Tao because a god, Carr, made it so. Who is this Carr? and why that name?
February 17th, 2013 at 12:24 pm
Howie can you tell me why Carr removed knowledge of Azza and the Tao from the Emperor?
February 17th, 2013 at 12:29 pm
Howie how much territory does the Emperor control? Is it all are some of the Milky Way? How long has he controlled it?

Zen Lill, who are some of the oldest members of this blog? How far back does it go?
February 17th, 2013 at 2:05 pm
I go way back Zen Lill, but I don’t know the answer to a lot of these questions. I even have a few of my own. Who goes the farthest back you or Howie? I’m looking for the final authority or at least someone who is more likely to know the answer.
