Just Noticing: “Observations of A Reader”
Posted by Michelle Moquin on September 22nd, 2013
Good morning!
This was sent from LeTa0, who plans to post this comment on the Huff Post, for me to blog today.
“Just noticing…”
A write from the Huff Po:
Russia Says U.S. Using Syria Chemical Weapons Deal To Seek U.N. Resolution Threatening Force Against Assad Government
LeTa0′s comment: Obama is playing this game of diplomacy with a skill former Presidents have not shown. He is bringing the UN back into a position with Syria’s use of chemical weapons they had given up on because of the Russian and the Chinese refusals to cooperate and give the UN some teeth to go with its declarations.
Sit back and watch a pro show you how to manipulate the intractable. You will hear his detractors claim Obama is lost. But the truth is more like the game he is playing is too deep for their understanding.
Although he will if he has to, he never intended to use force. Once he had in place a credible commitment to use force, he set about giving Syria and Russia the time to come to terms. He knew that the polls showed that the American public was against military action and that he could count on the republicans be against anything he was for so all he had to do was propose putting using that armada he had sitting within striking distance of Syria to a vote. You will notice he did so with the admonition that he believed he had the Constitutional authority to use that force if he needed to.
That set his diplomatic chess board for the game and the moves have been a mystery to the MSM and most of the pundits because they are used to a game of checkers when it comes to diplomacy being played by the previous 43 presidents.

HA! Good try, but you fell flat. The difference between those of us that love our Church and those of you who despise Her (without bothering to study Her AT ALL) is that WE know and understand we are sinners in need of redemption, whereas YOU believe you are demigods despising an organization you don’t understand and consider beneath you. We pity you. No. We really do.

See the rabid hatred comes out. I don’t know what god you are praying to but it isn’t the same one I am. You have transferred your relationship with God to a middle man, the church. Lady, God doesn’t need an agent. If the Lord returned today the church would deny him faster than Peter did because it wouldn’t be profitable to do otherwise.
Some of the popes of our church have been so horribly bad as to be more for Satan than any god, demi or otherwise. Can you google the Borgias pope, they were the first organized crime family. It is one thing to say we are all sinners, but another to cloak yourself with powers our Lord never gave you, such as being infallible in matters concerning religion. Give me a break!
If being a catholic is your claim to fame so be it, but look into the mirror and save your pity for someone who needs it. This pope is speaking to fanatics like you when he talks of fixations. All your protestations about being so special because you are a catholic falls on deaf ears because everyone in this country knows that for 200 years the church was comfortable with “separate but equal” and it seems the pattern continues with keeping women out of the priesthood. There is NO separate but equal, no matter how cute you word it.
And finally whether it is true or not that Mary was Jesus’s wife, the church would never admit it. It has only been 40 years since the LSOS have been forced to admit she wasn’t a prostitute.
If it weren’t for Mary Magdalene, there wouldn’t be Lord Jesus Christ. While the 12 apostles were cowering, she carried the story of Jesus rising from the dead. http://departments.kings.edu/womens_history/marymagda.html
Her reward, a misogynous pope called her a prostitute.

True and true LeTa0. Obama is in a class by himself.

Wow! LeTa0 that was so on point. My husband is so jealous of Obama. Thank God he doesn’t know I read this blog. He is so intimidated by Obama’s coolness. He likes to say “I bet that guy is smoking weed in the White House, you those people can’t handle their drugs.”
I smile and think, “I wish I were on drugs when you make your unimaginative same moves on me twice a week.” Gawd if he wasn’t such a good provider I would dump his sorry bedroom ass.

Hafa adai, if you aliens had anything to do with this Guam – Tropical Depression 19-W has been upgarded to Tropical Storm Pabuk.
It has formed well north of the Marianas and is traveling north north-west towards Japan. There are no watches or warnings for Guam or the CNMI.
However showers and periods of heavy rain are expected to continue for the next few days.
Thanks and Hafa Adai
September 23rd, 2013 at 7:58 am
Hafa adai;
I hope aliens weren’t responsible for this mess.
Residents in some villages continue to go without running water because of the recent foul weather and flooding.
Classes at Southern High School and Oceanview Middle School are canceled today, and M.U. Lujan Elementary and Merizo Martyrs Memorial School will end classes at noon, according to the education department.
The water problems — including no water and low pressure, stretching from Yona to Umatac — are expected to continue until 6 p.m. today, according to the Guam Waterworks Authority.
The Ugum River, which is the primary water source for the south, has been too muddy to provide clean water — an ongoing problem when it rains too hard.
Andrew Tenorio yesterday brought his family and three large water jugs to the GWA water tank at the Yona mayor’s office.
He said his home has been without water since Thursday.
“They said it was supposed to be on two days ago, but nothing,” he said.
He said the water he is able to carry from the tank isn’t enough to allow his family to shower.
He took an impromptu shower, fully clothed, with the water from the tank before filling up the rest of his bottles.
Jorgine Chargualaf, cashier of the Blueberry Mart in Malojloj, said the water coming from the bathroom sink was brown right before it shut off on Saturday.
“It was nasty,” she said. “I think I’d rather have water than power.”
The water pressure still was low yesterday afternoon, but the water was flowing clear, she said.
The Department of Education has been working throughout the weekend to ensure schools will be prepared to open on Monday, but yesterday announced that some southern schools will be closed.
Southern High and Oceanview Middle still have flooding, power and water problems.
The two elementary schools are using reserve water tanks with limited capacity.
Water officials announced Friday low to no water pressure would be affecting southern villages, but they hoped to restore service by Saturday night.
Water agency spokeswoman Heidi Ballendorf said yesterday that GWA hasn’t seen a water outage like this since 2010.
Last year, a GWA computer glitch left southern villages without water for about a day. A few months earlier, a broken water line in Malojloj left residents without water for two days.
The Ugum surface water treatment facility, which serves all of southeastern Guam, currently is undergoing upgrades, which should be finished within the next few months, according to Pacific Daily News files.
The court-ordered project is intended to improve water quality, with the addition of a new storage tank and other technical projects, files state.
Some unaffected
Some residents in the south haven’t been greatly impacted by the water outage.
Patrick Sayama, of Yona, said he still has water running in his home, but they can’t do laundry because the water pressure is very low.
“We’re not washing because we have a high-efficiency washer and we don’t want to break it, so we’re waiting to hear when it gets better,” Sayama said.
Veronica Genereux, owner of the roadside business Creations by Genereux, in Talofofo, said her water pressure was normal, but business has been slow because of the weather. She sells ifil wood sculptures.
“Today, no one’s come by,” she said.
Rain to continue
There isn’t a definite end in sight for the dreary conditions, according to senior forecaster Mike Middlebrooke of the National Weather Service, who said a monsoon belt will continue to affect the island.
Guam can expect brief, heavy showers all this week, but not enough rain to cause flash floods, he said.
High surf, small craft and thunderstorm advisories remain in effect for the Marianas region, according to the weather service.
The high surf is expected to diminish, but another swell this week will be bringing hazardous surf conditions to the island, Middlebrooke said.
Tropical Storm Pabuk
The tropical depression formed yesterday from the monsoon belt was elevated to Tropical Storm Pabuk as it traveled north.
Middlebrooke said the storm was off the coast of Iwo Jima, Japan, and appears to be forming an eye.
According to the weather service, maximum sustained winds for the storm were blowing at 60 miles per hour, with gusts to 85 miles per hour.
The weather service expected the storm, which does not threaten Guam, would intensify through the night.

So what if the military was a little aggessive? Why punish the whole island?

Are You Getting the Most from Your Blood Tests?
Even doctors may miss signs of health problems.
Unless your doctor tells you there’s a problem, you may not give much thought to the blood tests that you receive periodically.
But standard blood tests and certain other blood tests that you may request from your doctor can offer valuable—even lifesaving—clues about your health, including explanations for such vexing conditions as short-term memory loss and fatigue.
What you may not realize: If your doctor says that your test results are “normal,” this is not the same as “optimal” or even “good.”
For example, a total cholesterol reading of 200 mg/dL is considered normal, even though the risk of developing heart disease is sometimes higher at this level than it would be if your numbers were lower. Always ask your doctor what your target should be.
Blood test results that you should definitely make note of—and certain tests you may want to request…*
• Low potassium. Low potassium (hypokalemia) is worrisome because it can cause fatigue, constipation and general weakness, along with heart palpitations.
Causes: An imbalance of the hormone insulin often causes low potassium. It also can be due to problems with the adrenal glands or a loss of fluids from vomiting and/or diarrhea. A magnesium deficiency or a high-sodium diet can lead to low potassium, too. It is also a common side effect of certain medications, including diuretics, such as hydrochlorothiazide…laxatives…and some asthma drugs, such as albuterol.
Normal potassium: 3.6 mEq/L to 5.2 mEq/L. Optimal potassium: 4.5 mEq/L to 5.2 mEq/L.
What to do: If your potassium is not optimal, your doctor will probably recommend that you eat more potassium-rich foods, such as fruits (bananas, oranges, cantaloupe)…vegetables (tomatoes, sweet potatoes)…and whole grains (quinoa, buckwheat). You’ll also be advised to reduce your sodium intake to less than 2,300 mg daily—high sodium depletes potassium from the body.
Additionally, you may be advised to take a magnesium and potassium supplement.
Also: Keep your stress level low. Chronic stress can lead to a high level of the hormone cortisol—this can overwhelm the adrenal glands and lead to low potassium.
• “Normal” glucose. Most people know that high blood glucose (126 mg/dL or above) is a warning sign of diabetes. But you may not be aware that slight increases in blood sugar—even when it is still within the so-called normal range—also put you at greater risk.
Surprising:
Among 46,000 people who were tracked for 10 years, for every one-point rise in fasting blood glucose over 84 mg/dL, the risk of developing diabetes increased by about 6%. Vascular and kidney damage may begin when glucose reaches 90 mg/dL—a level that’s within the normal range.
Causes: High blood glucose usually occurs when the body’s cells become resistant to the hormone insulin and/or when the pancreas doesn’t produce enough insulin. Obesity and genetic factors are among the main causes.
Normal glucose:
65 mg/dL to 99 mg/dL. Optimal glucose: 70 mg/dL to 84 mg/dL.
What to do: If your fasting glucose isn’t optimal or if tests show that it’s rising, try to get the numbers down with regular exercise, weight loss and a healthier diet.
Powerful spice:
Add one-quarter teaspoon of cinnamon to your food each day. People who take this small dose can lower their blood glucose by 18% to 29%.
Alternative: A standardized cinnamon extract in capsule form (125 mg to 250 mg, two to three times daily).
• High homocysteine. Most doctors recommend a homocysteine test only for patients with existing heart problems. Everyone should get it. High homocysteine may damage arteries and increase the risk for heart disease and stroke.
Causes:
Homocysteine rises if you don’t get enough B-complex vitamins or if you’re unable to properly metabolize methionine, an amino acid that’s mainly found in meat, fish and dairy. Vegetarians tend to have higher homocysteine levels. Other causes include a lack of exercise, chronic stress, smoking and too much caffeine.
Normal homocysteine:
Less than 15 umol/L. Optimal homocysteine: 8 umol/L or below.
What to do: If your homocysteine level isn’t optimal, take a daily B-complex vitamin supplement that has at least 50 mg of vitamin B-6.
Also helpful: A fish oil supplement to reduce inflammation and protect the arteries. Take 1,000 mg, two to three times daily.**
• Low DHEA. This is a hormone that’s used by the body to manufacture both testosterone and estrogen. It’s also an antioxidant that supports the immune system and increases insulin sensitivity and the body’s ability to metabolize fats. DHEA is not usually measured in standard blood tests, but all adults should request that their levels be tested.
Low DHEA is a common cause of fatigue, weight gain, depression and decreased libido in men and women of all ages. Over time, it can damage the hippocampus, the “memory center” of the brain.
Causes: It’s normal for DHEA to slightly decrease with age. Larger deficiencies can indicate an autoimmune disease (such as rheumatoid arthritis) or chronic stress.
Normal DHEA:
Levels of this hormone peak in one’s late 20s. Normal levels vary widely with age and gender. Optimal DHEA: The high end of the normal range is optimal—it reflects a reserve of DHEA. Examples: 200 mcg/dL to 270 mcg/dL for men…and 120 mcg/dL to 180 mcg/dL for women.
What to do: If your DHEA level isn’t optimal, managing emotional stress is critical. Get at least eight hours of sleep every night…exercise aerobically for about 30 minutes, three to four times a week…and practice relaxation techniques, such as yoga and meditation.
Also helpful:
A daily supplement (25 mg to 50 mg) of DHEA. If you take this supplement, do so only under a doctor’s supervision—you’ll need regular blood tests to ensure that your DHEA level doesn’t get too high.
• High LDL-P (LDL particle number). Traditional cholesterol tests look only at triglycerides and total LDL and HDL cholesterol. I advise patients to get a fractionated cholesterol test for a more detailed picture.
Important:
Patients with a large number of small LDL particles have an elevated risk for a heart attack even if their overall LDL level is normal. The greater the number of these cholesterol particles, the more likely they are to lodge in the lining of blood vessels and eventually trigger a heart attack.
Causes:
Genetics is partly responsible for high LDL and LDL-P. A poor reading can be due to metabolic syndrome, a group of factors that includes abdominal obesity, elevated triglycerides and high blood pressure. A diet high in animal fats and processed foods also can cause an increase in LDL-P.
Normal LDL-P: Less than 1,300 nmol/L. Optimal LDL-P: Below 1,000 nmol/L on an NMR lipoprofile (this test is the most accurate).
What to do:
If your LDL-P level is not optimal (and you have not had a coronary event), I recommend exercise…weight loss…blood pressure and blood sugar management…more antioxidant-rich foods such as vegetables, berries and legumes…and three to five cups of green tea daily—it’s a potent antioxidant that minimizes the oxidation of cholesterol molecules, which is important for reducing heart attacks.
Also:
Daily supplements of bergamot extract, which has been shown to change the size of cholesterol particles (Earl Grey tea, which is flavored with oil of bergamot, provides a less potent dose)…and aged garlic extract, which has a beneficial effect on multiple cardiovascular risk factors. If these steps do not sufficiently improve your LDL-P level, talk to your doctor about taking a statin and/or niacin.
*These blood tests typically are covered by health insurance.
**Check with your doctor before using fish oil, especially if you take a blood thinner—fish oil can interact with it and certain other medications.

Ike, re: love like you are experiencing, there’s nothing insane about it and everything insane about it, what you’re experiencing is the joy of love (your unconditionalness about it is the beauty of it) mostly people only wish they could experience that kind of love, but it’s work to be unconditional – and most of us have lots of conditions to meet (he/she must be/do/have this or that, be emotionally available at all times, etc…I’ve heard the laundry lists of ‘needs’ and ‘wants’ and there’s nothing wrong with it, though it isn’t ‘unconditional’ as is Ike’s definition of this love).
Admittedly, at times it can feel insane and unbalanced and all you can do is try your best to stay centered, you will and would be fine if it all ends with an attitude like you have. You’re fairly wise for a young man, she’s taught you many things directly and indirectly, some you might not even appreciate till much later…
Good for you and her, women (or men) who makes offers to meet you simply want what you’ve got without figuring out how to conjure it up on their own. (create intimate moments you and they cannot live without).
Which leads me to: Barbara, why would you put your own twice weekly pleasure in someone else’s hands, assuming you like your bread winner enough to be sleeping with him twice a week, why not change it up and crank up the heat factor and moves yourself? Empower your own inner fantasies and even if he’s not the guy to play them out with (hmm, you may be surprised, he may do same same bc he thinks you LIKE same same…sounds like your both driving cars with 4 flat tires to me, and that’s just my opinion, you can feel free to not like it or not change anything…), often in cases like this doing a little flirting to get your own moves back and juices flowing is worthwhile.
When I hear women say things like that I start thinking – hmm, one or the other of them is stepping out or soon will be bc we only stay with the same same for just so long, life/love/sex is dynamic, not static, if you think doing the same same is somehow satisfying then please carry on, I myself am just not going to live life or have sex that doesn’t transport me in the best way possible, with or without new moves ; ) I care about my own pleasure too much.
If your man complains or doesn’t want to ‘play’ you can expect some jealousy of other men you chat with bc now that they know you like A/B or C and they don’t, and they will think you’ll seek to fulfill that fantasy anyway ( a damned if you do and a damned if you don’t sitch if there ever was one), so is it risky, maybe, but without a few risks life is pretty same same (zzzzzz)…
I wish you the best with using this info (or not) none of it is a criticism , only trying to help…female sexuality is a complex thing though I firmly believe that until women step up and own it, men will never offer you ‘new’ moves, as with anything else we would expect men to offer up, ain’t gonna happen, we have to step up and speak up bc as Obama said in his speech about the UN (it was in reference to guns and gun control) – THERE WILL NOT BE CHANGE UNTIL THE PEOPLE SPEAK UP. (put ‘women’ in there and repeat out loud). So, start with in bed, or in the voting booth or preferably both, maybe then the men we want near our uteruses will know how to please and the people we want away form our uteruses (repug issues w/women and our bodies) will just be voted away…
I can only HOPE.
Most men are overwhelmed by Obama, he’s got intelligence, sensitivity to people, manners, ability to call it as he sees it and plain old real man swagger ; ) white dudes (and any other insecure male) eat your hearts out…

Zen Lill, we’ve been married for 13 years. He has no imagination and no dick to make it work if he had one. That should explain why I’m okay with his twice a week romp. If he misses one of those, I feel like God smiled on me.
He is a very good looking specimen of a man. I get off on just looking at him with his clothes on. If I see that tiny dick one more time I will jump off our penthouse balcony. Well, so I told my mother. She said “your father probably had a smaller one and we stayed together until he passed.”
That woman is not to be trusted. She didn’t vote for Obama the first time, but voted, campaigned and donated $60,000 to his campaign when he ran the second time because his first election gave the father of her 3 children a heart attack.
My father may have been a bigot, no he was a certified white supremacist. But he was a loving father and a very good husband. My mother cheated on him regularly. I know because I caught her several time with much younger men one being my elder sister’s Junior Prom escort. I’m 36 years old and I can’t remember when she was not cheating on my father.
Sorry, I just had to get that out.
September 23rd, 2013 at 7:59 pm
Thanks Zen Lill for thinking of us.
September 23rd, 2013 at 8:07 pm
I’ve been cheating with a huge black stud for 9 years. He fucks me everywhichway but in the ass. I want him to try some times when he rubs that gigantic head still covered with my wet pussy juices up against my asshole as if he wants to plunge it in.
But he pulls back, smiles and says, “it isn’t read for the anaconda yet.” He knows how to move inside me so well with that dick that I don’t care how repetitive the performance has been over the last 9 years. I can go another 9 without a change of moves or pace. He gets me off every time. So I hardly disagree with you about staying with the same same.
If it is good, it is just fucking good.
September 23rd, 2013 at 8:15 pm
Zen Lill, I have been trying for 4 years to get my husband to try different positions. He says I’m acting like a slut and he refuses to try. Your advice about him maybe thinking about me doing them with some one else has awaken in me a desire that I didn’t know I had.
I was a virgin when we got married. I picked up those moves from watching porno(soft porn). But now I think I will look to another man for some experience. What is our advice about doing it with someone I work with. If that isn’t cool, how about this UPS guy who delivers and picks up our packages. He has been making cute small talk with me for 2 years, but I wouldn’t think of cheating on my husband with a black man.
However, I don’t have a lot of choices. It’s either a work mate or this guy. My boss wouldn’t dare hire a black so all my choices at work would be okay.
September 23rd, 2013 at 8:23 pm
Zen Lill, I’m not jealous of anything Obama has. I just don’t like the nigger.

How many times have I passed up cheating on my itty bitty penis husband in our 17 years of marriage. THOUSANDS! I am not lying. I am fine.
Today I learned that lousy fuck has been cheating on me for at least 8 years. My so called friends have known about his shenanigans for most of that time, but decided not to tell me so as not to break up our marriage. What’s that saying? Oh, yeah “with friends like that, who needs enemies?
The best years of my life saved for that creep. Tomorrow. I start big time. Anyone who propositions me gets this fine pussy. I’m 35 years old, but I look 18 if a day. That bastard is going to pay. On second thought, I want a black man. He’s such a white boy. He couldn’t take it if he knew I was sleeping with a black man.
I was a medical assistant when I met and married him. I am a real estate broker now. I make as much money as he does. I have been banking all my earnings for our retirement. I have $millions. That bastard will see none of it.
He is such a lousy lay. I have two sexual partners before him and they were both better in bed. But I tried everything to spice up our relationship. But his small penis was always an impediment to advanced sexual experimentation..
How many times can you suck a small penis and pretend it is HUGE? He will never know how much good pussy he has missed between my legs because he couldn’t get near it.
Grace, you bitch. I will fuck your husbands brains out one day. He is such a horny toad, always making overtures. I always turned him down. I find pictures of you in my husbands medical bag with is fingers up your ass. He is a gynecologist NOT a fucking proctologist.
What the fuck were you thinking. Never mind I put it on the web. Not to worry who knows that tattoo on your ass is yours?

Hafa Adai:
I saw my first alien yesterday. He came walking out of the clouds like he was a God. I followed him into the Boonies. He pretended not to see me. I thought I was unobserved. He changed into shorts and a pink Leo Palace Polo shirt. Put on a pair of black sanders and strolled out onto the street as if he had live on the island all his life.
I followed him to a light blue BMW and as he was about to enter, he walked to the passenger side and said, “Tia want a ride?”
I ran all the way home.
