So while a business corporation can’t go to church, fast on Yom Kippur, or travel to Mecca for Ramadan, it can still go to court and, on the basis of religious freedom, demand to be exempted from the law that applies to everyone else. Today, women are the victim. Tomorrow, it could be LGBT people. Indeed, after Hobby Lobby, every person is at risk. Everyone, that is, except the corporate person, my friend.

Detroit’s Top Civil Rights Attorney Falsely Accused Of Shoplifting In Possible Racial Profiling Case

“Detroit’s Top Civil Rights Attorney Falsely Accused Of Shoplifting In Possible Racial Profiling Case”
Portia Roberson is an attorney, a former prosecutor, and a former Obama Administration official who worked in the Justice Department and the White House. She currently heads the Civil Rights and Ethics Division for the city of Detroit. Yet, when she walked into a Talbots clothing store last Sunday to return some clothes and try on new ones, a member of the store’s staff looked at her and somehow saw a shoplifter.
According to Roberson, who is African American, she visited the store to return two items she’d bought online, and says that she told a salesperson that she had the items she’d purchased in her bag. Roberson wrote about what happened next on her Facebook page:
When I exit the fitting room, I’m confronted by two GP police officers who ask to search my bag and ask me if I have any merchandise in the bag. I tell them to go ahead and search and point out the items and the receipt. He (the officer) tells me it is clear that someone made a mistake and then takes my bag to the store manager to point out that everything that I have in my possession, I have purchased. . . .
The manager’s explanation was that she had asked the police to do a walk around the store because it was so busy (four customers, including me) however I pointed out to her that after searching me, they left without searching anyone else.
Talbots has admitted that “the police should not have been called and acknowledge[d] that Ms. Roberson’s personal belongings should not have been searched,” and says they are investigating the incident.

While we are celebrating our country this weekend I would like to address the state it is in because of white boy leadership. Let’s face it they are 90% of what poses for a justice system in this country. The recent SCOTUS rulings lead by S.T.A.R.K. speak for itself about that branch.
So I will pick just two others. One is the callous state of the justice system. The white boy’s judicial system often rules so incredibly insensitively that it boggles the mind. CASE ON POINT – “DNA Evidence Overturns Conviction Of Florida Man Who Spent 28 Years On Death Row

Here we have another case where a man was sentenced to death for a rape and murder he didn’t commit. There were 2 possible perpetrators , and plenty of evidence to apply to the decision.
In 1986, Paul Christopher Hildwin was one of two suspects in the murder of a Florida woman named Vronzettie Cox. The other suspect was Cox’s boyfriend, a man named William Haverty. As usual the high school diplomas (cops), used it to pick the wrong person,
Hildwin was tried on that evidence and convicted. That wouldn’t be as bad if one could count on a judicial system to do it job and correct such a mistake once it is discovered. But most of the time the courts admit the mistake but allow the person to continue to do the time because get this white boy logic {the person was convicted by a jury of his peers}.- [In 2006, after testing proved that the DNA evidence found near the victim did not belong to Hildwin, the state supreme court voted 4-3 not to overturn his conviction.]
That’s the kind of shit that says this race has a mental deficiency that should preclude them from ever being in charge. But that is only the tip of their unconscionable behavior at the head of meting our “justice.” They don’t even tell the falsely accused person who the DNA evidence says really committed the crime. – [ Hildwin did not ultimately receive confirmation that the DNA evidence found on the scene belonged to Haverty until 2011, five years after the Florida Supreme Court denied his earlier request for a new trial. Thursday’s order came two-and-a-half years after he obtained this evidence proving that crucial DNA evidence actually belonged to the other suspect in Cox’s murder.]
It’s gets better or worse if you are the wrongly convicted. – [And, for all of this time, Hildwin has been on death row, serving time for a crime that he most likely could not have been convicted of if his jury had known in 1986 what we now know.] Death row, who are the fucking judges that leave a man on death row when they themselves on a 5-4 decision have trouble deciding to keep him in jail.
The really bad part about this is he is white, if he were an OTW we probably wouldn’t even be hearing about this because he would have been executed by now. Think about this being repeated thousands of times a day around this country while you are celebrating you “great” country.

My SECOND thought for you during your festivities is the one about how insane the gun issue in this country has become because of the white boy’s fixation on the small size of his penis. Because he feels a gun will compensate for that inadequacy, he has manipulated the gun laws to allow him to carry openly, concealed, and in places that boggle the mind like churches and bars.
Like his proclivity for fast cars, he chooses guns that are designed to kill as many people in a few minutes as the market can produce. This story is about his sexual inadequacy that gives him a penchant for big trucks. Howie, If you have any pull with Michelle, would you ask her to allow me to become a Girlz. I am 24 and recently lost my leg in a rocket attack that hit a home I was patrolling in Sederot on July 3, 2014. I can no longer serve my country as a soldier. I wish to continue military service in space.
Your accounts have thrilled me from the beginning. Some believe some don’t, I do. Everyone says Howie loves Israel and that you will always be our friend. I ask if it is not too much for you to ask Michelle to allow this one legged human to join her Girlz.

Howie, here in Sderot we are being rocketed almost daily because we are located less than a mile from Gaza where most of the rocket attacks come from. Most of the people here suffer from some type of deep fear of dying horribly disfigured by bombs or being buried alive amid the rubble.
Some days we get a dozen or more rocket attacks. It is maddening. Why is the world so cruel?

Usman#11, your claim of Sderot like the Arab claim of Gaza is fraught with lies and misdirection of the historical background of the area.
Gaza and many of the sounding cities are 5,000 years old and in that time many different peoples have conquered the area. During the different centuries the area has been ruled by the Kingdom of Israel, Assyrians, the Persian Empire, Greeks and Hasmoneans. In the era of the Roman Empire, Gaza became a truly multicultural city populated by Romans, Greeks, Egyptians, Jews, Nabateans, Bedouins, Persians and others.
No one has a historical claim on these lands. It is what it is today because of today’s politics. Your assertion concerning Sderot is pure bullshit. The only reason Sderot receives such terrible attacks on a daily basis is because of the proximity it has to Gaza, one kilometer – hardly more than half a mile – from Gaza to its west.
Take your lies and your hate somewhere else.

I lived in Israel during the first “Gulf War” with Iraq.
I know the terrible deep fear when missiles are falling out of the sky. We all had gas masks and a sealed room to stay in during the bombings every night. When darkness came the entire city closed up and people stayed at home with Family or Friends.
It was maddening.
As far as becoming a Girlz, Michelle makes those decisions but I will ask her to put you on the list. Remember Madalynn, it is permanent.

to live in — they call it a “Suit”.
Your new Suit will give you great strength and health. Your Brain will also be enhanced.
Having one leg missing now does is not a disadvantage. I know this is true.
