‘The Shift’ On Oprah Radio

Posted by Michelle Moquin on November 28th, 2009

So…I am still here….wha’at’s up – where is everyone? Wow. Either everyone is away for the Thanksgiving holiday or I’ve been deserted. What about my readers overseas?

Hmm…So be it. My new mantra: “I except the ‘is’ness of the moment.”

Okay…excepting the ‘is’ness of the moment, I’ll carry on….

Remember when I wrote about the movie ‘The Shift’? Well, it has hit mainstream consciousness via Oprah’s talk radio show on Sirius. And we all know, those fortunate and lucky enough to be able to appear on any show connected with Oprah, means huge kudos. An endorsement from Oprah usually means instant fame and success. Oh, the days when my goal was to be a guest of Oprah, and sadly now she is ending her long successful television show. But I am digressing….here’s the gist about the interview and how you can sign up to hear it for free:

We have some exciting and inspiring news for the film and the movement!!

First, I would love to say that as we begin to embrace the holiday season, THE SHIFT team wants to reach out to each and every one of you to extend a warm, heartfelt thanks for your continued support. Each of us want to wish you many blessings and joy as we wind down from 2009 and prepare for an amazing new year!

As a member of a community of evolutionaries, you have joined the journey of THE SHIFT team, a group of devoted individuals who intend to create and contribute media that assists in introducing an exciting, critical and inspiring movement to itself and the world. THE SHIFT is happening and we embrace the opportunity to help facilitate its SHIFT into the mainstream.

Today, we are so proud and exhilarated to share a milestone in both the film’s development and in the movements acceleration into the mainstream conversation.

In an informative, enlightening and fun interview by Oprah with our shining star, Derrick Ashong, Oprah asked questions about the film and its message, WOW!!! Now we know this is just the beginning of THE SHIFT into the mainstream consciousness and our hearts soar to witness and contribute to its unfolding. We are deeply grateful for this blessing and the support this kind of acknowledgement can bring to the film, its message and the movement.

Our congratulations to Derrick Ashong for his insightful, thought provoking and entertaining interview with Oprah. We look forward to enjoying the many expressions of Derricks unique genius which is driven by his passionate desire to help facilitate THE SHIFT in consciousness. We will continue to update you on his magnificent journey and its impact on our evolutionary awareness and activities.

We are also excited to let you know there is another opportunity to hear the interview again this Saturday and Sunday. It is easy to sign up and tune into Oprah Radio (Sirius Channel 195 – XM Channel 156) to hear Oprah’s hour long sit down with Derrick. Midway through the interview, you will hear the discussion of THE SHIFT film and the movement. The folks at Harpo and Sirius/XM are giving away a free 30-day trial to their subscription service so that you can LISTEN ONLINE.

Please visit this link to sign up: http://bit.ly/7eiMgT

Its easier to sign up in advance and the broadcast times are as follows:

These are exciting times as a new paradigm of consciousness emerges. Thank you again for all of your individual contributions and for adding your beautiful energy and support to helping us inform and transform the collective to a consciousness of expanding goodness.

there is a new movie about the history of Sirius XM called “Stock Shock.” Amazon carries the DVD. I did not know the founder of Sirius XM was a transgender woman! Good Flick. http://www.stockshockmovie.com has the trailer and DVD.

  2. AL Says:

Hi Michelle, It has been a while. Hope that you and the other ladies, Zen Lill, Ruth, Evelyn and Dulcinea had a fine Thanksgiving Holiday.

Am very interested in seeing the film “ The Shift”, so thanks for the heads up on that one. It looks to be very inspirational, and we could all use a little inspiration these days with all that’s been happening to our planet and it’s occupants.

Some scary s**t about cell phone privacy, or the lack of it. Big brother can kiss my ass and my phones ass too! I’ve always known that those spying techniques could be utilized, but I never knew how easy it was to do. Good U-Tuber you found there.

Dulcinea, I say ok, if you want to go through the trouble. Something you said has me curious. Be sure I have some advance notice.

    Al

  3. AL Says:

Oh yeah, I love your new mantra. Carry on;)

  4. Lilly Says:

Thanks Al for thinking of me and others. I hope your Thanksgiving was wonderful too.
