Tired Of Being Fleeced? Be A Force – Participate!

Posted by Michelle Moquin on March 1st, 2009

Well, I woke up on this storming morning and felt little ado about nothing, again. I thought that we would have more comments from what Anonz wrote on last Thursday, so I was waiting to give my two until them. But so far, there have been few comments.  I am a bit surprised by this.  And then a comment came in from Anonz and what he said inspired my write this morning.

I think you are correct Anonz when you say that some feel you are purging your demons. Some feel that you are just as corrupt as our government. Well let me be blunt here. Most of the men on my blog feel that you are, and the women see you as a noble hero.  I find it fascinating and interesting that the two sexes stand at opposite ends. Just why is that?

No one can deny what part you have played. You have freely admitted your participation. But many refuse to see that you are player of a game and the people of the United States set up the rules by who they voted in to office.  You have told us for many months, not to hate the players but to hate the game. Even I, in the beginning could not see your reasoning. But it has been crystal clear to me now for a long time.

Our complacency in our participation of our government allowed for the rules to stand as they are.  You as a player had decided that if those are the rules that the people chose…if we voted those people into office who have no concern for anyone else outside of them and theirs….who could care less about the rights of women and OTW’s, who have little concern for our environment etc…the list goes on….whose main goal was to fleece the American people and to amass as much personal wealth as possible…you were going to make sure that you were a major player instead of people like us: “The ones getting fleeced.” I don’t blame you.

I truly believe and I have had many people disagree with me on this, ‘People do not want others to be successful.’ They will cheer you on and hope that you are successful, but…this is the caveat, ‘As long as you are not as successful as them.’ It is sad but I really believe this to be true. If you look around, those with the wealth want to continue to amass it, to stay exclusive in their group, and keep it from others. Those that are trying to amass the wealth want to attain it so that they can be a part of the exclusive group, and keep it others from attaining it.

I think that anyone who judges you and your actions are people who wish that they could play at your level too, instead of being fleeced. Yes, there are many innocents in this group. We can all say, ‘Well I didn’t vote for Bush.’ But really, is voting for one party or another really participating in our government? We live in a country that has more freedoms and choices, the greatest country on this planet, and yet we bitch and moan and rarely do anything. We have to be accountable for our actions. We have to be accountable for our lack of actions.

If 55% of white America is willing to support a party that sees nothing wrong with bankrupting our country because of personal greed, what does that say? It says that we have to participate more and drown out the voices of that 55%. It says that we have to work really hard and not take our rights for granted. It says that we can no longer rest on our laurels and ‘hope’ that everything comes out okay. It won’t.  The state that our country is presently in, proves just that. It really says that in order for our survival, people need to change.

I know that if anyone was in your position to either be fleeced or control and fleece the fleecers ( Is that a word?) that were voted into office, they would chose to be in your position. If the American people are going to continue to vote in office people such as we have in the past, then you are correct, we deserve to be fleeced. And you Anonz, should not feel any other way than you do.  As you have said before and you stated again, “If someone is going to be screwed by our politicians, it isn’t going to be you.”  I believe that if others were fortunate to be in your position to amass the billions as you have, they would jump at the opportunity; they would not be turning down the billions.

I have asked the question before, “If you could trust anyone to have all of the power and control, who would you trust?” My answer would be me.  I think Anonz has the same answer, and I don’t mean ‘me’. :)

So I ask again, why such a difference of opinions when it comes to Anonz? I believe the men are envious and wish they too could be big players. They say that they would act differently but knowing men, I know that the zeros would be too enticing to pass up. One can not judge until one is in the same position. I would like to see how many men would turn down the billions or say no to the fleecing when they know it will continue with or without them. The smart thing to do, would be do gain as much wealth and control as possible.  Again….”If you could trust anyone to have all of the control and power….” If the men could let their egos aside, they would see where Anonz is coming from.

Zen Lill once said, ‘He is a recovering bigot’. I think she is correct. Could the love from a little girl have that much of an affect on Anonz? It seems it has. Oh, how I wish the love from women could have the same affect on all of the men out there.  He gives us hope that men like him can change and because we have so few examples to go by,  why wouldn’t women be taken by him?

How many men would risk their lives to do what he is doing? How many would go defend a dead little girl and ask for nothing in return? Most would just sit back and enjoy the billions; not put their life on the line.  Women are routing for him because they see that Anonz is a real man, a true hero, a man of nobility.  As we have seen from the comments from many women readers, we are lacking in the ‘real men’ department in this world. I am blessed but not many women are. Anonz give them hope. And although Anonz says that he may not be altruistic with his billions, women have the faith that he will do the right thing. It is no surprise that they pray for him and his safe return.

I decided to reprint Anonz’s comment from the other day. I think it is important that people read it again and realize that standing along the sidelines and not participating in the game is not an option anymore. You might hate Anonz for his participation or you might be envious because he is in a position that you wish you were in.

My advice? Readers: Be less concerned about Anonz and the player that he is in this game where we created the rules, and be more concerned about the game and how we can change the rules by participating ourselves. He has revealed to us information that gives us power. He has informed us of things that we would never be privy to, if it were not for him. I for one am grateful, and I intend to use that information to empower me, and help empower the people in our country and this world.

Anonz’s comment from Thursday:

I am so tired of fighting my own people while I am trying to get this task done. This is not really the work of George W. Bush. He is just an imbecilic toady. This order to kill me at any cost is by the old head of the CIA, George H. Bush.

The guy became head of the CIA to get control of all the information on ALL investments made in the world markets. He used the information to enable insider trading on the highest level ever imaginable. It made multi-billionaires over night.

We were making so much money that when he informed us that he could do much more for us as President, we went for it big time. So we put together the fastest money pot any Presidential candidate ever had. Then we set out to insure his election.

It was then we learned that money and power was not enough to own America. We had to have control over a significant numbers of mindless minions to get out there and bring us the votes. Of course this was before the technology was available to enable us to steal elections.

GH Bush was never a leader of our group. He was just a very ambitious soldier. He like Dole wanted to be one of us. We despised these lackeys, but we had to admit they were willing to do anything to become seated members of our little group. So we played on them to gain absolute control of all money transactions going through the USA.

There are many stories that can be told about the getting there, but for now I just wish to say we settled on GH Bush to give us that via the Presidency and Dole through the Senate.

GH had his own greedy aims. As soon as he became President he made bigger overtures to the Saudi royal family to secure billions for his family and personal friends. We were very upset at our cut of this action. Between us we knew that if we let him remain in office for a second term, he would try to oust us. His fate was sealed. He never forgave us for kicking him out.

GH came to us with a brilliant idea. He knew through his CIA connections that Saddam coveted the wealth of Kuwait. That’s the lie he told us. We later found that his CIA operatives had been putting the bug in Saddam’s ear about all the riches he could have by taking control of Kuwait. The CIA had many operatives in Saddam’s inner circle. They were instructed to entice Saddam into invading Kuwait.

That would give the US an opportunity to invade and kill him. He had to be killed because he was threatening to change the unit of currency for oil trading from US dollars to Euros. The European cabal was attempting to make an end run to stop the control over the world markets that we were rapidly securing. We agreed and the play was on.

What we didn’t count on was that Saddam would offer such a large sum to keep his life and that that greedy bastard GH would take it. He paid GH 87 billion dollars to leave him in control of Iraq. Bush took the money and pulled out of Iraq leaving Saddam and his regime intact. For a few billion more he gave Saddam the names of the Iraqis and kurds that were lined up to take over after the US had killed Saddam.

The Saudis felt betrayed. They vowed to punish the US for their betrayal. So they set about financing any group who wanted to harm the US or their interest worldwide. That too is another story.

We made a shit load of money as our cut of the $87 billion(we still don’t know how much additional money GH pocketed). But we do know that Saddam had made tapes of the transaction and he was threatening to tell. Now we said that he had to go.

GH was desperate to appease the Saudis and he was worried that the world would find out that he tricked Saddam into invading Kuwait and that he had been assured that if he did the US would look the other way. He was also worried it would become known that he had been paid off by Saddam to allow him to invade Kuwait and to keep control of power afterwards.

We agreed to help him get his idiot son elected provided he allowed our man Chaney to control things. The deal was cut. Since technology had caught up with us, we were now in possession of the technology to guarantee the election of anyone we wanted. So we put the idiot in.

It should also be pointed out that the idiot son with the help of some other greedy ambitious bastards decided that he could run things without our influence. So he set out removing Chaney and others we controlled from the center of influence. We were making so much money that we didn’t perceive the disaster this idiot could get our operation into.

Now the push is on to prevent me from telling the world what I know. More than a few of us are worried. Most are probably watching to see what happens to me. Me, I intend to push back.

Anonz

Hey, Anonymous, the next time you write in pick a name any name. We won’t know who you are. But at least if will make it easy for us to comment on your comment. That goes to all you other Anons who are seriously entertaining a dialogue voicing another opinion. I defer to Anonz because he established his moniker first.

Okay, Anonz could be a hack, but why does he have to be fat? I am a little over weight does that make me a bad guy or a liar. Your slur tells a bit more about you that you think.

“Living on welfare” another gem of yours that tells a lot about you. So those of us forced to live on welfare are bad according to you. Many of us americans are “living on welfare” due to no fault of our own. We may owe that to those like you who when the rich and big business are given tax breaks and subsidies you call it capitalism, but when the middle class is given a tax break, or the same kind of health care the rest of the industrialized world has, you call it welfare or socialism.

“Most of the shit he babbled on about during the election was a bunch of crap… never happened. ”
That quote would have to be more explicit for me to really take it seriously. But even if SOME of the shit “he blabbed on about” was true, it should be enough to alarm even the most cynic. Oh, and could you tell us why we should believe you when you say the rest “never happened.?”

As to rather “Madaline made it so,” I, for one, choose to put more faith in a person who would tell me what he/she is going to do before he/she does it, than a johnny-come-lately who would decry the results of the person’s prediction after the fact.

Less you forget, Madaline didn’t just say Obama would win, she said that he would win big and that he would have coat tails. Explain the odds on getting that right. Not to mention the loss of faith had she not been able to do it.

I may not yet believe in aliens controlling our destiny, but I definitely don’t believe that you know shit.

  2. George Says:

Yeah, but would he be as upset if the little girl was white? I think he has his priorities wrong. Those africans will be killing each other one way or another. America is where Anonz should be concentrating his aim to do good.

You say you love your country, then put your money where your mouth is. Do something for the white kids whose parents are forced unto welfare because the politicians forced the banks to lend to niggers who couldn’t afford the homes they bought.

Why should we share our country with anyone? We whites built this country from the sweat of our brows.

  3. Aybak Says:

I agree with you Michelle. The world is full of people who care only for their own needs. They seem oblivious to the needs of others. Men are especially attuned to their own needs. Arab refuse to address the fact that no person would want to be treated as they treat us.

Why is it okay for them to complain of their treatment by the West, when they make every attempt to prevent us from complaining about how they treat us their mothers, wives, sisters, and daughter?

I hope they never get respect for the West. They do not deserve respect from any living being. They are cruel would be masters of their females.

    Aybak

  4. Doug Says:

    George,
Don’t you mean that “we white’s have built this country from the sweat of the African brow.”

You probably go to church on Sunday, profess your christian faith to your family and community, pray at the dinner table, etc. But, love for your fellow human being has a lot to be desired.

There are many white people that took loans that are unable to pay. Your racism is showing with bright shining colors…color, george, a word you don’t like…

  5. Zen Lill Says:

Mischa Robert & Doug, thank you for summing it all up – have iPhone will comment but cannot type as fast besides l am supposed to be running an open house on 1.5M condo with killer ocean view such a deal : )

M, let’s chat and work on the ‘letters’ for the participants – hahaha – lazy ones : ) working like mad thru Wed but will start a draft now its so beautiful out people are at the beach not here.

Anonz, I get where your coming from – not sure how many times men need you to say it though : ) they just love to hate you, babe, as per Mischa’s astute take. Me, I have no such need.

    Caio, Zen Lilly

  6. Brooke Says:

Cleo what a bunch of lying crooks those credit card banks are. They are financially devastating people who are already in dire straights. Corporation greed Knows no bounds.

I like can not understand the 55% who continue to support those bastards that deregulated those crooks. Bush and Cheney need to be jailed.

    Brooke

  7. Linda Says:

Yes But CEO greed knows no bounds !!! Its unending. FYI- All these so called banks rules( or kack of ) were made possible by DEREGULATION POLICY. I have to keep saying that so it becomes commonly known as the ‘ genesis of this crisis ‘
Send Bush & Cheney a Thank You card for leaving us such a ‘ rememberance ‘ of them !

  8. Frank Says:

People should not use credit they cannot afford. But that doesn’t mean that banks should be allowed to raise their rates at will.

Assume you have a house loan and make payments on it. What would happen if out of the blue your mortgage company came to you and told you the interest rate was going to be 20% instead of 6%. Or how about your house has gone underwater. You owe $150,000 and it is only worth $125,000. So your mortgage company comes to you and says you need to pay us $25,000.

    Frank

  9. Anonymous Says:

DO NOT BANK WITH CITI, B OF A, OR WELLS FARGO!!!.

Why people continue to use the big banks at all is inconceivable to me. I urge people to put their money in a credit union or local bank with good ties to your community. I actually believe it is immoral to give your money to the big sleaze banks.

Why is Obama protecting these corrupt institutions? I can understand it if he is trying to prevent chaos from taking hold in the country, but he had better have a plan for a full disclosure of what these people did. TRUTH AND RECONCILIATION.

And that includes having Larry Summers and Tim Geithner confess to their part in it, as well as most of the senators on Capitol Hill. And Bill Clinton (that’ll be the day when he ‘fesses up to anything). The Republican right? Beyond redemption.

My personal confession? I got hip to the credit card casino ten years ago, and so I played the system for a number of years, taking their money, then declared bankruptcy before new, tougher bankruptcy laws came into effect four(?) years ago. But all the time I was so enraged by their pandering and clever tricks that I felt they more than deserved to get screwed.

  10. Anonymous Says:

Lying Crooks ? Yes. They think we ‘re all dumb…since they’ve gotten away with it for so long-since the start of Reagan / Bush DEREGULATION POLICY. .

  11. Anonymous Says:

This is still America. I think we should treat them as they have treated us. All your money is there power. The reason I say your, is because , I have no debt. And the way I was treated by the credit companies. I refuse to ever do business with them again. I put it into the term of legallized loan sharking. It is funny how the system is set up. Since I choose not to do business with them I can not improve my rating. So they have the power to effect my families lives. My choice is to get a card and pay monthly, if I use it or not. Of course and a HIGH rate. It’s funny, when we are down or fall on tough times. They kick us in our teeth and keep us there. When they lose billions of dollars, They have an out. How is that equal? I wonder what the cost was, who has been bought. I really need this knowledge. Then I will know how much money I need, to beable to lose billions and then have somebody just give it right back. I filed bankrupcy on 35k, did the payback thing. I lost the house, boat, car. And did they ever offer me help? Cut up your cards, Lets start over.

  12. AH Says:

If a bank or any other entity gets “too big to fail,” then it is too big exist. That should be the first law or any Anti-Trust bill.

The politicians who allowed these business entities to get too big were paving the way for the looting of the American taxpayer. They knew these entities could do whatever they wished financially and the taxpayer would be forced to bail them our less they fail.

The problem won’t be solved until those entities are broken up again. The “too big to fail” banks used the ball out money to get bigger. Thus insuring that they would continue to be bailed out by the taxpayer.

The insult to injury is if their financial gambles turn out profitable, they get to say to the rest of us, the old canard “big risks should be rewarded big.” When it really isn’t a risk for them since if they lose big, we the taxpayer must bail them out because they are “too big to fail.”

I believe that President Obama does have a plan. But he can not act to precipitously. All these unregulated fat cats are interconnected. The republican policy of lassez faire allowed these entities to cross state lines, to amass vertical and horizontal monopolies.

We may not all agree with the President’s plan, but he deserves a chance. He came into office with this huge financial crisis, this health care nightmare, and two wars. Let’s give him a chance to clean house.

  13. General Info Says:

10 Fun Ways to Make an Extra Buck

    Abigail R. Gehring

In today’s world, making extra money is often a necessity. But even when it isn’t, taking on an odd job can be challenging and fun.
Working — even occasionally — can bring excitement in doing something totally different and in meeting new people. Ideas to consider…

    1. Male dance host on cruise ships. Dance with partygoers who don’t have partners. You must be a competent ballroom dancer, dress appropriately and have charm and confidence.
Downside: You won’t always want to dance with everyone who wants to dance with you. Also, you’re on call for all social activities on the entire trip.
What you’ll earn: $25 to $100 an hour plus the cost of the cruise.
    More information: Dancing List (800-815-9158).
    2. Mystery shopper. This work requires you to visit a bank, shop, car dealership or restaurant posing as a customer and to evaluate your experience — for example, you’ll report back on the service, product quality and how items are displayed. Sometimes you may be given a small amount of money to make a purchase. Other times, such as at a car dealership, you only pretend to be interested in buying. (Caution: Beware of help-wanted ads for mystery shoppers. Most of them are scams requiring money up front.)
    Downside: Sporadic assignments.
What you’ll earn: About $100 a month in cash, food and/or merchandise if you work two to four hours. Note: You are hired by the mystery shopping company. They pay you and bill the company you visit.
    3. Movie or TV extra. You do not need to belong to a performer’s union to work as a movie or TV extra (since you have no spoken lines). Sign up with a local talent agency or watch for newspaper ads to learn about work opportunities. To do this work, you must have the particular look that the production company requires — such as a certain age, ethnicity, hair color, etc.
Downside: Twelve-hour days — including sitting around for hours doing nothing — are not unusual.
What you’ll earn: About $100 to $200 a day if you are not a member of the Screen Actors Guild. Agencies take a 20% commission.
    4. Resort receptionist. During busy holiday periods, resorts are always short-staffed, and they are very happy to have extra help checking people in and out of their rooms, answering the phone and accommodating guest requests. Generally, you get to stay at the resort for free. To do this work, you need customer service skills and good command of English (fluency in other languages is a plus).
Downside: You’re expected to present a positive image by always being particularly polite and helpful around hotel guests, even when not working.
What you’ll earn: About $10 an hour (varies with location and type of resort).
    5. Focus group participant. Meet with a group led by a moderator to give your opinion on an idea, evaluate a service or test a product. Sessions last one to two hours. Requirements for participation vary according to the needs of the client paying for the session. You’ll need to supply information about yourself — education and income levels, profession, marital status.

Listening to Limblaugh, as much as my stomach/mind allows, I hear two recurring messages:

    1. “Do NOT Tax 5% richest because we are the hard working productive people of America creating Wealth so taxing Rich will drive them away! That’s wealth redistribution!

Ans: 8 Years of wealth redistribution to Wealthy has created bigger mansions with $100 million European paintings. These Wealthy Manufactured $600 Trillion of Toxic Paper while skimming the Banks” $Trillions into Executives’ pockets for more paintings/bathrooms, nearly ruining our Economy!

Middle Class Americans win on productivity/hard work on production lines, providing services, harvesting crops, helping sick and elderly, and educating our children. These actions enhanced the QUALITY OF LIFE of Americas unlike “FAKE AAA Rated Toxic Paper” and the “SURE FAIL TRICK and TRAP Mortgages” of Wall Street productivity.

    2. “Liberals think they are emotional/compassionate but they can NOT think Clearly so they want to fund the single mothers and unproductive people to ruin America!

Ans: Unlike the strict Ideological thinking of Conservatives, Liberals have the ability and desire to do mental trade-offs between Government/Industry and between Productivity/Fake Productivity, Between serving RICH Elites/Creating a High Quality of Life for all Americans. The Richest 1% or 2% may pay 3% to 5% more taxes to enrich Lives of all Americans. If it were not for Americans the Rich would not have massive numbers of $Billionaires and $Hundred-Millionaires. Helping Americans survive/produce benefits the Rich.

    AH,
Welcome back! It is always a pleasure. Michelle and I were looking at your portrait the other day…nice profile…

Anyway…I must agree. Through the mess of entanglement of asset and expenditures, we are left with a literal mirage of paperwork with which very few people actually know how, if possible, to entangle these assets. The idea of corporations planning on the strategic bailout and strategizing themselves accordingly and running things accordingly in order to capitalize on is something that I have thought about quite a bit.

There can be a veritable corporate metaphoric chess match associated with this kind of play. Play and plan a move. Anonz…?

It is quite interesting to see things as they transpire. There is quite a board of players, and at times it actually seems a bit crowded.

Buffett even was played, or perhaps he has a great poker face…time will soon tell. It feels as though he was “got” a bit…

Obama is in a position to make some good. The people do need to give the guy a chance. I mean, it’s only been three weeks…

What a difference a day makes.

    Be Well.
