  1. Health Info Says:

    GINKGO MAY HELP ALLEVIATE ANXIETY

Ginkgo is one of the best-selling supplements in the US right now, thanks to its long history of healing uses. As with many ancient remedies, modern science is now catching up with traditional applications and verifying their efficacy. Current evidence supports the use of ginkgo in the treatment of dementia disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, intermittent claudication (painful legs from clogged arteries) and cerebral insufficiency (decreased blood flow to the brain, also from clogged arteries). Now new research demonstrates that ginkgo may also be helpful in relieving anxiety.
    RESEARCH CONFIRMS GINKGO HELPS
Scientists in a German trial looked at 107 people with two kinds of anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder or adjustment disorder with anxious mood, which is the diagnosis for having a hard time dealing with change). Participants were randomly given 480 milligrams (mg) of standardized ginkgo extract… 240 mg of standardized ginkgo extract… or a placebo. Before the trial, all scored about the same on a standard measurement of anxiety (approximately 30 points on the Hamilton Rating Scale for Anxiety). After four weeks, those taking the high dose of ginkgo experienced a nearly 50% drop in anxiety (14.3 points)… the lower dose was associated with a decrease of 12.1 points… and the placebo resulted in a 7.8 point decline.
This is a relatively new use for ginkgo and one worthy of consideration, says Mark Stengler, ND, author of Bottom Line Natural Healing newsletter and The Natural Physician’s Healing Therapies. He believes ginkgo might be especially helpful for people with mild to moderate anxiety, particularly when it is accompanied by memory problems. The mechanism by which ginkgo relieves anxiety is unknown, but Dr. Stengler speculates that it may work by reducing blood levels of the stress hormone cortisol or by enhancing brain neurotransmitter levels.
    NOT FOR EVERYONE
While ginkgo is generally safe and can be extremely beneficial, it is best used under the care of a trained professional. Possible side effects may include dizziness, digestive upset, headaches, palpitations, diarrhea or skin rash — and these are more likely to be seen in people taking pharmaceutical drugs including cardiac meds, as well as those with chronic health problems such as IBS or allergies. Even more important, there have been reports of spontaneous internal bleeding with ginkgo. Note: If you suffer from a bleeding disorder or take blood-thinning drugs such as warfarin (Coumadin), aspirin and other NSAIDs, anti-platelet drugs, other prescription drugs or supplements, be sure to consult a qualified health care professional before taking ginkgo. If you’re clear to take ginkgo, the prescription of choice is generally a leaf extract product in tincture or capsule form (such as one manufactured by Herb Pharm or Eclectic Institute’s fresh freeze-dried extract tablets or capsules).

    HI Mischa, good video…good warning…

Anonz, hmm…several months ago when I did that Carlysle Group blog entry research GH and GW, the Bush/Saudi connection seemed very questionable and very deep but I reached a dead end with further searches using numerous search engines. I’d like to run this commmentary you wrote on my blog if you don’t mind, you haven’t in the past but I’ll wait for a response this time, you’re at risk already I would not want to further that with my request. Although I do think people deserve these explanations about our US government and fairly recent history. I can see why ‘they’ would want you not to disclose this info and will go to great lengths to stop you, so – I am concerned for your welfare under the circumstances.

Mischa, please advise Madaline, if you will and if she’s available to get anonz’s back on this please…Anonz, you can express your displeasure with that request another time. I’ll risk your wrath but not your life, sorry sweet pea. I’m sure you understand.

    Ciao, Zen Lill

Has anybody ever give into the notion that Annonz is a hack? A fat slob living on welfare sitting in his dank apartment with a lot of time on his hands to amuse everybody with tales of his millions- er, I’m sorry billions. Most of the shit he babbled on about during the election was a bunch of crap… never happened. Of course, this blog had “Madeline” to fall back on should “Annonz” be right. As far as you’re all concerned, Obama won because “Madeline” made it so.
I tell you, it’s the train wreck syndrome- you tune in to see what freaks, geeks and tweaks will write.
    Amusing enough, I suppose…

  4. Doug Says:

Let’s see if I’m getting this right. Under Bush 1, through the CIA opps and his Presidency, we had the Bush family greed along with Rumsfeld, Cheney, et. al who created the puppet monster we came to know a Saddam Hussein. This led to Operation Desert Storm and a thousand points of light. This killed a reported thousands of innocent Iraqi civilans. The true numbers I’m sure are substantially higher. Through this our country sent Iraq back to the stone age with “smart” bombs that blew up milk bottling plants and civilian areas. Funny how they never seemed to be able to simply blow up the man they were telling everyone they were looking for. Convenient. The Amerikans called it a success since there were such low Amerikan casualties.

The conspiratorial team who orchestrated the above later used technology (knowing that the American people really didn’t want the imbicilic toady, Bush 2, in office) and fraudulently created a coup to topple the American government, knowing that the people could not believe that such conspiracies could exist. This is what can make such conspiracies exist and be successful is the blind faith of the people that it couldn’t really exist in the first place.

In 1733, Benjamin Franklin wrote in Poor Richard’s Almanack, “A rich rogue is like a fat hog, who never does good ’til he’s dead as a log. The poor have little, beggars none; the rich too much, enough, not one.”

I am guessing that it has become increasingly difficult over the years to live in the skin of Anonz. As a global economic conspirator, mass murderer, and power broker, he makes the works of Madoff and any bank executive look like children playing in a sand box. It seems he has reached a point of personal resolution and social restitution. The demons seem to be wanting out of the closet.

But then what does it take to resolve oneself of such massive global atrocities. This same conspiratorial crowd to which he walks with would be quick to put to trial those such as the puppets they created (ie; Pinochet, Hussein, Bush), but to step forward out from under a moniker of Anonz and truly come clean is a whole other story.

There can never be healing when those that are claiming to be doing the healing are pointing fingers outward.
