Looking For Sweteno

Posted by Michelle Moquin on March 12th, 2009

Hello fellow Earthlings….

I just got a brief thought for you to consider.  Google the satellite that was recently launched by the United States government to investigate Earth-link planets out there in the galaxy. I think you’ll find it interesting. You bet I am.  And when you find something…care to share? Blog me.

~~~~~~~~
Hey Meleea D:  If you didnt get catch my typo yesterday…so sorry, I meant to say your anonymity is safe NOT your animosity!  Just where did that come from? Ugh, I guess it was a bit early when I was writing, and my mind was not awake enough. :)
Hello Zen Lill: I can honestly say that I am not attached to my tech products, nor do I feel entitlement towards them. I have never been the one who has to own the latest and greatest. Maybe that’s good….maybe not. I’ll check out your video though; I could use a good laugh.
However, I will say, I do appreciate them. I am grateful that when I need to make a call my c-phone is there to assist me. I am grateful that when I need information, my good friend Mac, is always reliable. But…there are so many days when I wish I didn’t have to tap on Mac, or turn my c-phone on. When I do feel tied to them, it is almost the same feeling I get when I ask the question, ‘Do I own my house or does my house own me?’ So I ask, ‘Am I in control of my tech products or do they run my life?’ I believe many people are slaves to their little machines. Who is really in control? Ohh the satisfaction I get when I hit the ‘off’ button!…..Something I am going to get pleasure doing right now :)
Peace out peeps.
Gratefully your blog host,
michelle
    For more Google information;
    It is called the Kepler Satellite.
    You can find a lot of info at NASA.org
  2. Zen Lill Says:
    Hi Misch,
    It’s exactly the gratefulness this comedian addresses, you’ll enjoy it and we’ve all heard one of the airplane stories he tells, check it out, click on my name. I never have been ‘need the latest greatest’ either until my iPhone ; ) but I leave it out on my car when I go to the gym or go to meet someone I’d rather have a convo with, it had better be an important expected call for me to be packin’ tech ; )
    I’m going to get outta here and go share some peace and luv now or, um, after I check out the Kepler satellite, thanks for the further info Doug.
    Oh, forgot, I saw your comment on my blog, yes I think I’ll say a few words re: Darfur this week, there’s an interesting story behind the call to remove all charities from the area and I need some research time to see what the reasoning might be. I was thinking Anonz would’ve tuned in by now to share some insider info on that potentially devastating news. But maybe he’s in the thick of things…
    Ciao, Zen Lill
  3. Earthlings Says:
    Each time we return to earth space we find more debris in space. Earth is rapidly junking up the area. We will soon be forced to shoot down some of the stuff. It poses the problem of being attracted to the hull of our ships do to the gravitational fields our ships create as we cloak and uncloak. The debris become glued to the hull like barnacles do to ships.
    Do earthlings ever consider the repercussions of their actions on the environment? We are forced to navigate a treacherous path between the outer and inner space areas between our entry and the planet earth. Perhaps a bump of their space station will get their attention.
    I’ve been listening to the liberal media today and they all seem to think President Obama should have fixed the economy in the 46 days he has been in office. Republicans are suggesting that just because Obama took office, the economy should turn around. Outrageous. This economy has been going down hill for the middle class since Reagan took office. We had a reprieve during the Clinton administration and GW took us over the cliff. The poor have known from the beginning of this wealth distribution to the top that “trickle down” economics was a hoax. The middle class didn’t learn that until the Bush administration when 6 years of Republican rule and 8 years of Bush conservative policies made them poorer than they were when he took office. It took us 8 years to get here, yet the media thinks this mess can be cleaned up overnight or in 46 days. OMG.
    I, too, thought the blog was gone. My link kept telling me that it was no longer available. What’s up?
    I like the caption “Looking for Sweteno. My husband says he thinks someone is reading your blog in high places and they decided to take a look. I really missed checking in and seeing what the topics for the day was. I thought it was gone and I would never be able to say that I had commented so I decided to just do it.
    Hello Michelle from Canada.
    Obamas war on Free Enterprise is causing this country to go into a deep depression. Free Enterprise accounts for 80% of jobs for Americans. Where are these folks going to get a job is the Free Enterprise system just says to hell with taxes and regulations. we will take our money overseas to invest??? Does anyone in the Obama administration understand t his simple fact??
  8. Earthlings Says:
    Michelle
    Sir
    In keeping our eye on Anonz, we have been confronted with helping him extricate his party from a party of Sudanese irregulars supported by the Sudanese government. The Chinese government has pulled back less they be named as complicitors in the kidnapping of doctors without borders personnel.
    Anonz has set up communication with the kidnappers to arrange the freedom of the prisoners. The Sudanese government don’t want to have that added to their President’s charges so they want to eliminate the witnesses. That would include killing the captives and their negotiator.
    Anonz went in alone to talk with the kidnappers. He has some options, but I don’t think they will help him get out alive. I am taking this as a situation that requires my intervention since he has deviated from his mission to intervene in this situation.
    Shall we bring out the captives too? We can arrange a memory lapse for them, and leave them to explain their rescue with their own resources.
    We await your orders. No time to use normal channels for usual reasons.
    Sir
    Madaline
  9. Anonymous Says:
    The scary thing is that the Obama administration might undedrstand this simple fact very well. They may not WANT a recovery as you and I would envision it. They may want us to wake up from this nightmare into the utopia they plan to create for us.
  10. Anonymous Says:
    So many powerful money interests to fight reform. Business does not want unions- they want CHEAP LABOR. The GOP only wants huge tax breaks for CORPORATE AMERICA & FAT CATS.
    Bus / Cheney gave huge breaks to Co’s that shipped jobs over seas. Bush & CO has ‘ bleeped’ the country every which way ! I’m giving Obama a chance to do right by the people !
  11. Larry Says:
    Anon10, the bush boys didn’t “give” anything away. Have you been reading Anonz? They sold each piece of deregulation to the industry that it benefited for a very high price.
    Whoever Anonz is one can not refute his information. It seems that as more and more of the inner dealings of the bush administration is made known. The more we learn how truthful Anonz was.
    Frankly, it is scary to know that what that man said is true. I was a republican, but my wife and I and some of our friends that convinced us to take a look at what this Anonz character is saying are taking another look at other parties.
    Some of us are thinking of forming a new party with some of the republican values and less of the corruption. As much as I like what Obama is doing, I can’t stomach a party that would put a nigger in the White House.
    Larry
  12. Phil Says:
    Larry, I agree. The present republican party are nothing short of robber barons of the 21st Century. I also agree that real white men can not support the democratic party.
  13. Tucker Says:
    You guessed right, I am a girl. I became legal, really legal (21) yesterday. Thanks for the mention. I want to say that my parents have been republicans for as long as I can remember. But they switched when McCain picked Palin as his running mate. They recognized that McCain’s agenda was getting power and control anyway he could.
    It seems that that is what the GOP is about today.
    Tucker
